Express Cafe in Cheshire West and Chester

Firstly want to give credit to express cafe which I would hope turns around such poor reviews, it's not for me to judge either way only to outline mine and colleagues opinions of the delivery service for our breakfast cobs/baps/batches call other what you will. After numerous weekends of having their bin lids not once has there been an issue, delivered very close to requested times, staff no issue at all and we have tried most places in the area, pound for pound the nicest one currently. In terms of delivery/take away this is far from such a lowly score as it is given thanks all whilst it's this good we have no reason to look elsewhere

UPDATE: I went back to the express Cafè today just to do work on my laptop and to have a coffee, they left me outside as I have a wheelchair for long-distance, and instead of a member of staff coming to speak to me a member of public opened the door for me to go in, then I found out that I was banned for a review I left last year. And they couldn't serve me; instead of improving their service when they get bad reviews they just ban people. I have disabilities, and I will say how it is, the line of disrespect and I felt like I was being discriminated against and my freedom of speech being restricted by this cafè; they can't ban people for leaving bad reviews by law, as its freedom, As my research shows and I quote “write an honest and fair review of a cafe, you are exercising your right to free speech and consumer protection a cafe cannot ban you” So by law and it shows that I was discriminated and disrespected by staff. The staff will ban you for silly reasons; even if you complained about the food, the staff shouldn't be doing this to no one, it's unfair and they are restricting peoples freedom to speech. No staff should do this, even the BOSS, of the Cafè, as he was the one who said I was banned for the review, which is unlawful and it's discrimination and restricting peoples freedom to speech. Please share this as this shouldn't be happening; it's disrespectful and it's discrimination by law. I will never go back to this cafè as I felt like I was being discriminated and I was; all because of a review I left last year. It's unfair. The staff are unprofessional and they will talk about customers to other people, as mentioned they will ban you for silly reasons, even if you're experiencing your rights, and giving honest reviews, it's just unprofessional and disrespectful. “Please don't go here”

Absolutely shocking One of the lads from work went out to grab breakfast I asked for sausage egg on toast and I got one sausage sliced in to 4 and placed across the toast. I basically had egg on toast because I couldn’t taste the thinly sliced sausage £2.50 I feel like I need to go back out to subway or McDonald’s

Friendly wait staff but the cook not so nice actually git barred for complaining about the quality of the food which was really surprising we were not impolite when we complained about the food as far as we were concerned if you Don't tell them about it they can't do anything about it but for the boss to actually send the server over to tell us they can't serve us and that we were barred for complaining when we just sat down was quite frankly humiliating when we regularly had lunch there and got on well with them so no not impressed

I’m going to be honest now, and this is the truth, don’t get me wrong the is nice and friendly staff in the café, and they will try their best to bring a smile to people’s faces. But… Some people get spoken about after they leave the express Café as I’m one of those people, it’s not nice that this happens, and it’s disrespectful In all areas of professional behaviour within a workplace. Also the hygiene levels ain’t great, when I visited I didn’t see the cook wash their hands in between touching raw meat which is a food safety concern. Staff members in this café also joke about inappropriate things that shouldn’t really be discussed within the café, and they also wrongly accuse people of doing something when it’s not true. Apart from all the above, it’s a good café, just be careful, as I’m extremely disappointed with what I have heard from some people, because of what the staff has said about me. Not happy.
