ordered online cancelled my order took my money and left me with nothing whT rats

Foody heaven for cakes, sausage rolls, pasties or other delicious delights. Highly recommended - warning come quickly as most items sell out fast! 😁👍

I've had breakfast from here before but today's breakfast I found the sausages not cooked thoroughly. Had stomach pain after eating it and was not nice. With hindsight I shouldn't of really ate the sausages but the rest of the breakfast was lovely.

Was absolutely delicious. Portion size was ample. Definitely order from here again

Toast was burnt. Not the normal quality of Chatwins. Pricey for burnt toast

Ordered bacon egg and sausage toastie and it was only bacon and egg Wanted a bacon toastie and sausage toastie and 2 sausage toasties were delivered

The ladies handle the food with their hands!!! Didn't see them clean their hands, where are the gloves? Very unhygienic, pressing and molestering my sandwich. Asked for a bap, got a wrap.

Chatwins Hope Farm Precinct is undergoing a Refit. Planned to Reopen on Tuesday 16th January 2024

Busy day- fair enough but girl told me there was no sausages left, rather than saying they were a few minutes wait, then the person behind me was served sausages but when I asked for one to be added to my toastie I was told no because the customer behind me had ordered them? Then was served half a load of bread with a slither of cheese in the middle instead for £6. Will be boycotting chatwins from now on

Always great food, like most things you get what you pay for and although prices seem high the quality is too! 10/10

Ordered sausage and bacon batch and only got sausage…

Very rude staff at times. Not all but enough to put you off going back.

Placed an order on Just Eat. It took quite a long time but the order was accepted. A few minutes later I get a phone call to say there was no beef (2 out of our 3 items were beef). It appears they don't read the orders before accepting them; as they claimed to not realise x2 of the 3 items were beef. So, I ask them to cancel the order. I'm far from impressed it's just not professional. I am then told they cannot cancel the order; I have to do this - my understanding it that I would be changed for cancelling the order which I explain. The woman on the phone couldn't care less and just said "oh, I don't know about that" So I thanked them for wasting my time and giving me their mess to sort out. As it happens because a driver was not assigned yet I have not been charged for cancelling but I do have to wait for the refund to be processed because the order was accepted. So now I have to keep checking and may have to chase this up (another painful task). Conveniently, I also cannot leave a review on Just Eat so no idea how many others they do this to. Mistakes happen, but dont leave your customers to sort it out because you dont care. Better still if your staff are not equipped to deal with online ordering keep thing simple as a shop one visits.

Ordered food waited for over 2 hours never received order and card was charged

Food was lovely and arrived in time however one of us went hungry as the order was incomplete. Just eat processed a refund but that didn’t really help with the issue of hunger.

Time kept moving further away as they were waiting for a driver. Food was OK but overcooked egg and they have added £1 onto each item compared to instore despite there being a delivery fee and service charge so really expensive.

My first order from here and didn't disappoint. It was delicious,hot and fresh. I will be back soon.

Expensive…however worth every penny. Far superior quality and taste compared to similar establishments in the area.

I've been coming here every day for lunch for my project team since the start of November. The sandwiches are top drawer, I think I may have been through every filling!! The service from all the ladies that work in there is 2nd to none, always with a big smile (even when I forget to ring in advance and order 8 sandwiches at peak times). Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!!

Top quality food... Really nice staff.... a little expensive, but you only get what you pay for.. and it's worth it

Shocking experience, My mums favourite bakery, took her on Sunday for a hot turkey & stuffing batch, the young lady had no passion was told no turkey! At 2pm they don't close till 4pm ..won't be returning, If you don't want to sell hot food at 2pm Close !!don't charge a arm & leg for dried up cold turkey & colsaw better value at CO-OP

My niece bought a vegetarian slice on Sunday only to find pork in the slice ..... and to be smirked and laughed at by the staff because she looks young isn't great customer service . You wouldn't be laughing in court .

Reason for the 1 star is the service. Went in this morning one of the first customers asked for two sausage baps got home and they were two bacon baps. The person who served talking to her mate more than me. Total lack of customer focus

I go to Chatwins practically everyday with a bloke named Adam Griffin The quality of this bakery and staff is outstanding. I will forever buy Chatwins Sausage Rolls as they are very Tasty. I would like to thank chatwins for playing a major role in my life and development as not only a Teen but a Man. I will forever remember my experiences at this beautiful Bakery. Thank You x

I went there this morning for a breakfast after hearing how nice it was.i suffer with severe asthma and have had 2 asthma attacks from wearing face mask. We queued outside and the staff let one person in at a time. They asked if I had face covering so I said no sorry have asthma I cant wear them.ordered me food and went to wait outside to allow others to enter the store. As I walked out the lady behind the counter made a comment and made me feel quite uncomfortable. The lady who went in after me proceeded to slag me off with the women behind the counter who joined in agreeing with her and making me feel extremely uncomfortable as I could hear it all from outside the shop.the staff should be more courteous of peoples feelings, if it was an issue they could have told me not to enter the shop but they didnt so to then join in and slate me with another customer was very unprofessional. If I was the staff in that situation I would have told the customer that some people are exempt rather than join in. Food was tasty just a shame about the experience

Everything I needed from a bakers, and a local independent chain as well. . Tasty bread that lasts, cakes, pastries, hot sausage rolls. Well worth using. Only two customers in store at the moment (for obvious reasons) but if you have to queue outside, it is a covered area. Because the shop isn't too big, you never have to queue for very long. Free parking outside the door in the shopping parade car park. No cafe in this branch (even if it was open) but

Try the door step toast, you won't regret it.

Lovely food lovely setting, the reason for 1 star is the staff are rude, obnoxious and clicky if your looking for service go elsewhere, if u wanna fill ur gut then it's OK to go in.

Great food and fast service. Quite a popular place. Highly recommend the pork and apple pastries!
