Starbucks in Sheffield

I had a great experience at this starbucks, definitely the best in the area. I was served by Hannah who was such a pleasant and lovely girl and the other girls on I think Abby and Nura were really friendly and asked me about my day. They didn't have any White Chocolate Pistachio which I usually get but Hannah helped me and recommend a Brown Sugar one with white chocolate sauce which was really nice! All 3 girls were amazing and should be praised for there efforts and attitudes. I will be visiting again!

Mel was so patient while i was trying a new drink, recommending things that would be nice with it and it was gorgeous. such a friendly woman definitely needs a praise. left feeling really uplifted.

I have never left a review before, but this was so bad I felt compelled to write one. To start I ordered a LARGE Skinny latte which was definitely not large. I even questioned this and they said it was large when clearly it wasn’t. I didn’t push the point further as I needed to get home. I also ordered my daughter a large strawberry açai with lemonade and she said “This is the worst strawberry açai I have ever had, it is basically water!” Furthermore, as I was not playing on the app I requested payment to be made by card & the points added to my app. The assistant took payment and was then unable to add the points on my £25 order. Will not return.

Music SO loud barista couldnt hear to take my order. Ran out of small cups so ended up large .. trays of dirty mugs on uncleared tables. Coffee and hot chocolate not great at inflated prices, especially as had to ask for the cream on hot chocolate (which barista didnt hear!). Tables not cleared/wiped. Toilets not clean and paper all over the floor. Wont be visiting again!!

Drive thru was closed again, for some reason the drive thru is closed very regularly. How they are allowed to get away with doing this is beyond me Went into the store which had lots of messy tables. Ordered a flat white which was put into a tall size cup as they had run out of flat white cups, (which we would not mind about) but they filled the drink to the top so we were actually given a small latte rather than a flat white We left to go to some shops and when we got back to the car at 15:30 we saw they were already putting chairs onto tables even though they don't close until 18:00 Generally get a poor service from this place every time I go, the drive thru has been closed on 4 occasions of me visiting, the tables are always a mess. Not too sure why the manager or the area manager aren't fixing these things

Every single time we order from here on Uber Eats, the store without fail, will get the order wrong! Now, I'm not talking as if the orders are lengthy or even awkward and the issue isn't specifically relating to the coffee itself but, whole items literally missing from the order. Last week we ordered: two, Eggnog Latte's and two Croissants and a blueberry muffin and what arrived: 1 Croissant, nothing else. 4/5 items missing! Today ordered: Caramel waffle latte, Choc Gingerbread latte, Pigs under blankets (sandwich), Croissant, Christmas Tree brownie and a Blueberry muffin. What arrived: Caramel waffle latte, Choc Gingerbread latte and a blueberry muffin. 3/6 items arrived! This place, either has staff that can't count past 2 items or can't read in general as, the receipt for the order is stuck to the bag! Just put the items listed in the bag! Not that hard, even when busy! If they can't perform such basic tasks why the hell are they still employed! It's like they have some weird incentive where they get a cash bonus per item they "Forget" to add. It's not like this was a one off, there has been around 5 orders where stuff is missing and usually around 30-40% of the order. And they also can't blame it on the driver's as, each time, different driver and also the bags are sealed by the store prior to the driver picking them up. You may say to yourself, why keep ordering? It's literally the only Starbucks near us that delivers and we don't drive so have zero choice but, to play the Starbucks lottery!

Absolutely terrible family ordered various frappe drinks and a couple of toasted sandwiches I had an americano, and there was huge gaps between the drinks and the food. My drink the simplest of the lot took 30 minutes to come. Reckon I'll be sticking to Costa or the small independent coffee shops from now on.

Fabulous and friendly staff and really nice drinks and treats. I visit here a lot (almost daily) and always have the same experience. The staff are kind and polite and tell me when there are new options on, as I enjoy trying new things. Not many places have such nice staff so I hope their area manager gives them credit. The place is always clean and well stocked.

From walking in to walking out grim customer service. They closed a section off for cleaning and the side they was not cleaning had one table that did not have empty dirty pots. We sat in the area that was closed for cleaning and asked to move in to the other area. We took the only table that had no pots on but had not been wiped down. One hour before closing me and my friend was the only customers in and staff began putting the chairs on the table in the only area that was open very uncomfortable and I will 100 percent be visiting costa in the future and advising anyone else to do the same.

Went here with my sister and niece. they didn't take a name for the order which isn't usually a big deal however it was pretty busy and a few groups in front of myself. we sat on the bench as close to the ordering counter as we could get and waited for the order. orders where getting placed and a VERY faint voice was saying what it was, other customers where picking each others up just to look at what it was, after waiting a while and seeing what looked like my order (one had been sitting there a while with another customers) I went and checked. I spoke to the woman behind the counter and said that people art hearing what was being said. Amiee who turned out to be the manager (a title that is not represented in her manner) snapped back saying she was loud enough . After looking down and seeing that there was still another customers order there because they had not heard her I stated this to amine who then started to shout (if she had spoken at this level the whole time then maybe people wouldn't have been missing there orders) started to shout at my self and said how busy and warm it was, as I left she started to say something under her breath to which my sister heard and asked what she had said. she refused to repeat so who knows what she was saying I went around again and asked if I I could speak to the manager which she then said it was her with a grin. she then started shouting at both me and my sister saying that it was hot, it was busy and that she also had to wear a headset (non of this is in my control its just the circumstances of the day ad role) she proceeded to give the worst customer service I have ever had. to say she is a manager: someone who should lead a team is a joke! if she doesn't have the customer service required and can not cope with a moderately busy coffee shop then she shouldn't be in that position. won't be returning. People wanting an iced coffee on a warm day...... isn't that what most customers are wanting?

Called in here for a brew before going home. Wish we hadn't. The place was uninviting and generally grubby from the moment you go through the door. Ordered an Almond milk Cappuccino and was asked if it was with milk or almond syrup. ?? Also a cup of tea, we don't frequent Starbucks too often so was surprised to see how big the drinks were, seemed to be huge. I wasn't asked what size drink and was given a grande cup - too big! Simple and bland looking cake selection, much more on offer in their burgundy coloured rivals. Nipped to the toilet before I left and it was minging. Toilet paper strewn all over and the area was disgusting - needed a proper clean. All in all a very disappointing visit, safe to say we won't be going back.

Went in to buy a filter coffee. Was told that it wasn't on (not uncommon in the UK), with no offer to put a pot on. Then I was asked if I wanted an Americano. Now, previously in Starbucks, this was sold at the price of a filter coffee. I was told it would be at the regular, higher price of an Americano. I asked the worker if I could have it at the filter price, and that Starbucks had always done this. I was told that they weren't allowed to do this. Why not? Is this a new policy? Also, why put filter coffee on the menu if you have no intention of selling any?

Ordered in store and was given the wrong drink and was huffed at as usual by miserable staff . Next two deliveries ordered via Übereats both sent wrong with oat milk when we requested semi skimmed . Why bother asking about allergies when they just make whatever drinks they feel like ... Starbucks customer service never reply . Terrible store with terrible service on the last 3 times used

Popped in for a mid morning coffee, the place was in turmoil, un cleaned tables, litter, order drinks £8.00 served in takeaway cups, when I challenged the fact I was told there was nothing they could do in a belligerent manner, real quality branding

Do not go to this Starbucks, the one at elmwood farm is a lot better, staff are rude, the drinks do not taste how they should do, they alter them how they like because they can’t be bothered.
