Worse customer service. Went into the kiosk to buy Ecig and the lady was absolutely unfriendly and rude. She probably fought with her husband before going work

Only place on my route to work to get non instant coffee. Unfortunately I've just had too argue the difference between a Long black espresso and an Americano with two idiot servers. All I want is an espresso with a shot of hot water, it's not difficult. Not a single coffee shop I have ever visited has refused to put a shot of hot water in my espresso, it was Pret that told me its called a long black and every other shop knows what I mean when I say that. However I'm sure the Tesco servers know best, thank for arguing with me instead of getting me the coffee I was looking forward too, great start to the day.

My two daughters visited here today one has complex needs in wheelchair.I would avoid the cafe as staff were rude. Also very unhelpful i this day and age should not be the case .Both my daughters are polite and kind .

I needed a quick lunch whilst waiting for an eye test also in the Tesco store. I have wheat and dairy food intolerances. However, there was nothing on the menu that I could eat. I had to buy crisps in the Tesco store and eat then in the Cafe. They didn't have any gluten free bread and the Tesco store didn't have any gluten free sandwiches either. Most disappointed, I felt like a second class citizen!!

This cafe has the most miserable staff I've come across, none of them smile and are so rude, every time I've been in there we've waited 40 minutes or more for the food to come out and it's never hot enough, even if the cafe is quiet, Tesco need to give the Staff some better training because the service is shocking here

Why are thay using paper plates paper cups and Desposable knives and forks food not kept or not as mine was very hot and my fish looked like it had better days

Visited today 31st March. Ok it only take out at this hard time for us all . After 90 min shopping trip in store , thought we have bacon barms & coffee take out to sit in car & eat . How disappointing the bacon barm was , Cold bacon dried up & black looking & barm so dry after being frozen . My husband went back in store & gave back & he was told it was cooked fresh ,to my surprise my husband reply was if that was cooked fresh I’d hate to see what your old food looked like, & there was no offer of a refund. Hopefully when cafeteria open again we can get some of the nice meals we had so many times before.

O e of the friendliest shop assistants are hired there. A good supermarket for essentials and special shopping. They have products which cannot be got elsewhere. Like going there.

The food was ok and the kids finished it. The staff are very polite and the place is clean and tidy.

Visitamos el café en tesco tras visitar el hospital cerca. Nos dieron una comida rápidamente, pero teniendo en cuenta que era sólo una chaqueta fritas con queso y frijoles y ensalada, tanto de mi mujer y mi ensalada estaba sucia. Las mesas no estaban limpias y no estaba lleno. El personal no parecía importarle, todo, pero la chica que nos sirve. Este tiene que ser el peor café tesco que he visitado. No es la palabra decepcionado.

Visita este café sobre una base regular y el personal es encantador, siempre sonriente y hacerte sentir bienvenido.

Don't normally shop here but what a pleasure staff so pleasant and was able to have a laugh and joke with them while looking for the bits I needed excellent layout wide isles so no crashing of trollies and the guy in the carpark unfortunately cant remember his name helped me sort my trolly out when the wheel went wonky pushed it to my car put the shopping in the boot and helped me into my car never had that sort of help before will definitely be returning

On arrival i was greeted with a girl who was on her mobile asking me was i wanted. Firstly the food was of very poor quality. ( need to look at how morrisons cafe works. They do an all day breakfast).I had a latte and a toastie.Got my latte ok the girl told me she would bring my toastie over when its done. Great.No clean knives i had to ask for one. But still not too clean when i got the knive. The tables and floor area was dirty too. Very poor hygiene standards.Well after 20minutes i went and asked about my toasties. Which the girl said hell. Sorry i forgot about it its still in the machine. She did me a fresh one as that one was black.Wouldn't eat there again. I know places get busy but during busy periods surely they should av more staff on. Not staff being on breaks.

I have visited several times before, not good but convenient, however this time at this Costa owned cafe the young sulky girl behind the counter had to be summoned by another customer banging on the staff door. The girl was obviously unimpressed, stomping about with a face like a smacked bottom. She forgot to credit my tesco club card and blamed me for paying too quickly. There were no tea spoons providedand when I asked for them she grunted "they're there" indicating the counter. They were not and after more sulking she came to look, saw none were out and said "they're round the corner". They weren't. After more sulking she stormed into the back of the serving area, came out with just two dirty spoons and literally slammed them onto the saucers. The toast was OK but she forgot my request for two plates so we could share, not a major issue but indicative of the incompetence shown.Refreshment only as a last resort!

We went there for breakfast before doing our shopping. It was the first time and it will be the only time I set foot in there. The food was dried out, uncovered and terrible. Staff member looked like she had be drawn through a hedge backwards with a sour puss to match. We left it behind us. Not worth the heartburn afterwards

They sell Costa Coffee. Breakfast is standard as expected, not quite a morrisons standard but overall OK.

This place is a disgrace to the Costa name!!! No blender to make iced drinks? Yeah right, just to lazy to make them! And the seating area....oh my days? Does anyone ever clean up or clean at the end of day. I moved a table and I couldn't believe the amount of dirt. I won't be coming back

Had a full English not very nice parts of it was cold and got talked out of having a fried egg as the girl said they take a long time to cook ? Take it she can't cook eggs . Will never have breakfast from there again.

Had a Cheese and Onion toastie after the match. Slither of cheese and about 4 pieces of Onion for £3.50. Give it a miss endless you support daylight robbery !
