Horrible way of assisting people. The lady said she didn’t have a meal of the day. They had one for 3.99. That is not the point. She addressed me in an impolite way the whole time. The atmosphere was horrible. I would not recommend this place at all

I had worse experience in this subway I bought chicken sandwich three they didn't even put chicken in it just tiny tiny amount of chicken and no taste. The need to improve their food quality. I don't know what happened with this i eat subway regularly but this one is worst ever taste . and the staff was not like well trained talking with each other not bothering about customers .

I'm here to share my worst experience in this particular subway. The sandwich artist named Harman who served me my Big Bombay Six inch was really rude and irresponsible behaviour in her duties. Usually a six inch Bombay comes with 4 slices of American cheese and she only put 2 slices and told me that's how it comes when I questioned it. Second thing about choosing bread. She demanded me only hearty and brown bread available. Third about the sauces, she refused to put two sauces and told me first sauce it'self has three lines so no more. Fourth she refused to scan and redeem my subway rewards. Top of all this I saw airpod in her ears and she was in phone talking with someone in other end while working. I don't feel it's promotable meanwhile she was serving food to a customer. As a loyal customer of subway these attitudes of your staff Harman really made me super disappointed and I'm not gonna suggest your store to any of my friends. When I look through reviews about this store, I came to know that it's not only me with the same situation with this staff Harman. I'm posting the picture of that review and the picture of the respective subway opposite to Wilmslow park.

Went in later on in the afternoon, the man serving was super helpful and polite (despite the ongoing heat!) and food and drinks made really quickly. It was pretty much empty which I think helped this, but usually doesn't take too long here however busy :)

I had an unpleasant encounter at a Subway. An employee named Harman was unhelpful, impolite, and unwilling to let us dine in at 8 PM, and she also refused to use my points without explanation. On the bright side, another staff member was very courteous and provided excellent service. However, due to Harman's behaviour, my overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this location to others.

Staff here are very rude and ignorant. There is no communication whatsoever and basic english is lacking, I was asked 4 times if I would like any sauce and after responding each time I had to shout in the end. I asked for Teriyaki and the woman proceeded to check EVERY SINGLE SAUCE, including ones that look nothing like Teriyaki, she also put olives on that I didn't ask for, staff here clearly have not had to undergo any training as they should know the sauces. After wrapping up my order the member of staff then walked into the back without saying a word and did not return. As I was about to leave without my sandwich another staff member came over and activated the card machine so I could pay, he then walked off and I had to reach over the counter to grab my own sandwich from the back. I would not recommend this store under any circumstances.

The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff have all always been kind, quick and helpful to make the experience memorable and enjoyable. Everything from the sandwiches to the cookies and donuts is delicious and the breakfast service is incredible as well. Would definitely recommend it!

This is up there with one of the worst Subways I have attended. Where do I start, they are so stingy with everything. The food doesn’t taste fresh even when I came at 8AM when they first opened; no ice machine and hot drinks are cold. The staff are so stuck up and unwelcoming. A terrible experience for sure. Whoever manages this branch needs to do their job properly because it’s atrociously managed. Do yourself a favour and don’t come here!

Worst food place I’ve visited. Took my son for a hospital appointment (round the corner from this place) and he wanted a subway afterwards. Went inside, they served the people in front of us and then just ignored us completely for 10mins like we weren’t even there, we are both 6ft+ tall. Just walked out and bought our food from a place where the customer service was brilliant. Avoid this place as the staff have no concept of customer service.

I've been here 4-5 times and generally the staff are really friendly. Never had an issue with their stock/ how they prepped a sandwich. They've worked through the lockdown strangeness well and I'll deffo be going back!

Placed an order on Just Eat at 11.21am, it was accepted at 11.22am. We finally received our order at 13.35pm, after it was claimed to be delivered. Followed Just Eats procedure, who contacted the restaurant and said it would be on it's way. Finally we heard that it had been returned to the restaurant and there's no more they can do. Contacted the restaurant ourselves and within the same breath claimed that they "never received the order" and "they had tried to contact us." After debating for a few minutes about who's to blame, they asked if I could call back after they had spoken to management. I called back and explained we had just spoken, the manager replied "...yeah and?" and then was told I could come and collect it myself. We went to the restaurant to collect the order, which was flung at us with a grunt. Never ever ever will I set foot in this restaurant again.

I have been here half a dozen times since it reopened after lockdown. The scanning of your subway app does not work here and I have repeatedly told them about this. The manageress who works there has a rude aggressive manner and is flippant on every visit I have been there. I only return as it is opposite whitworth Park and I like to eat my subway on the benches there

Arrived and was served immediately by friendly staff. The food was nice and they had plug sockets for Tablets etc. The Wi Fi was very good and the staff were not pestering you to buy more things or leave. The Hygiene rating is a 5 and were inspected on 24th May 2015. Would go back and they don't mind you paying on your card.

If I were to provide a rating, it would be a 0. I experienced very poor service. It seemed to be the owner who approached me and insisted that I buy a drink in order to use the slot machine. 🤣 He mentioned that this is standard practice in any bar, but his approach was quite impolite. Consequently, I decided to take my business elsewhere and enjoyed a few drinks without being hassled to make a purchase before playing on the slot machine. The gentleman's demeanor was abrupt and discourteous. Moreover, the prices were exorbitant - I paid £3.50 for a small glass of orange juice that was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend visiting this place as it is a complete waste of both your money and time. The overall atmosphere was also very disappointing.

Loads of staff girl that severed me didn't look interested didn't give me a rect or number for my order £5 for a decaff lattie will a shot of salted caramel couldn't taste either like warm milk and when she shouted the order she forgot the decaff bit at least I got to charge my tablet.im adding this bit a hour and a half later I found my salted caramel in the bottom of the cup my tablet didn't change as the change point didn't work I told the girl at the counter she I know not worked for a few days 😀

Don’t order skip the dishes from this location. They take over an hour to complete an order for two sandwiches. On the Skip app they advertise a 25-30 minute make and delivery time. False.
