Loads of staff girl that severed me didn't look interested didn't give me a rect or number for my order £5 for a decaff lattie will a shot of salted caramel couldn't taste either like warm milk and when she shouted the order she forgot the decaff bit at least I got to charge my tablet.im adding this bit a hour and a half later I found my salted caramel in the bottom of the cup my tablet didn't change as the change point didn't work I told the girl at the counter she I know not worked for a few days 😀

In T3. The queue was large but relatively fast. I ordered Chailatte and it wasnt the worst of my life but it was horrible. They don t know how to do it and the price is too much even if it was a good chai. At least workers were friendly :)

There’s this particular staff Named Mo who asked me and my daughter to transfer to another seat specifically to be sitted together with the old couple. Because we are sitting in a 4 sitted chair which he said intends to families???? I told him that i dont mind sitting with anyone who wants to sit with us? We’re not occupying the whole space. I wont tolerate this kind of behaviour that is just being rude!

Here at least once a month. This visit the space was even filthier than usual. Same response "short staffed"! Ordered a cortado as I have since Costa have had them in their menu. In a large cup this time!! I pointed out it's always in a short cup. There's a reason for that. Server told me he's worked there several months, always made it that way and retorted would I like to go behind the counter and make it myself. Beyond shameful!!!!!! Pay peanuts, get monkeys. Costa, train your staff and pay them so that they actually give s£%t!

The manager that was on 2/04/24 today was absolutely disgusting the way he was speaking down too this lady on the till trying to take orders when i came too giving all the orders out he just slammed them on the counter and expected us too know who’s orders who’s like no… it’s a busy airport he really needs to be retrained if you don’t wanna work don’t work simple.

As other reviews have alluded, service is not as you would expect for Costa. I was served by a very rude man who was displeased that I was not quick enough to scan my app. He snatched the bacon roll off the poor fella behind me to heat it. I understand working at an airport coffee shop isn't the most satisfying of jobs, but come one guys, manners cost nothing!

Only popped in for a quick coffee before departure. Staff rude, no response to hello, or even thank you. Greeting with a smile and good manners goes a long way. Basics of hospitality training missing. I do like costa coffee, however today was different. Worst espresso I ever had from a coffee chain.

Horrible is a compliment for here. No forks, no plates, eating a cake at a table from a paper bag... I have not seen such treatment of clients in a while. Service was slow to say it nicely. With one person in front of me it took almost 10 mins to get a cappuccino and a piece of cake.

Terrible experience. I ordered a soy milk cappuccino. I was sipping my coffee when I noticed an unexpected flavour. I asked them if they were sure this was soy, and they adamantly said that they were. They offered to make me another coffee, to what I said that if they were sure, that was ok. I put my coffee aside, not to be touched just in case. They brought me another coffee nevertheless, and as soon as I smelled the two, it was confirmation that the first coffee was indeed cow's milk. As a vegan AND lactose intolerant, you can imagine I was unimpressed. I had a bad reaction to the milk that evening. Also, the main reason I ordered a coffee was to charge in one of the USB chargers, and it was broken. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Very busy coffee shop but honestly a really good atmosphere. People who are working there trying as much as they can. Underpaid and understaffed ( only two people serving) but still positive vibe. It might be a nightmare working there with 24h queue. A bit overpriced.

Worst Costa ever. I've ordered a flat white and I got a latte, I've asked to redo it and they did but also commented that my drink actually already WAS a flat white. No comment. I've also ordered a chocolate twist and it was the driest most tasteless pastry I ever had. It's just a shame that there's no other coffee shops on this side.

The guy who served me was polite, friendly and my drink was well done, but whilst waiting for my order, a short , dark haired woman with hair in a bun and glasses was rude. Asked me if I had been served whilst waiting at the till and I said yes I’ve been served, she then rudely asks me where I queued and says “the queue is over there”, acting like I had pushed in, to which the guy told her I had already been served and then she bluntly tells me to move to the side. No need to speak to paying customers like that.

This is the third time I visit Costa coffee and honestly this is the slowest service I have ever seen in three different continents and 52 cities I have been to until now. Today there were four people in front of me and only one was making coffee. The other three were wandering around even if there were 8 people already queuing behind me. By the time I got my coffee the 8 people became 15 and I'm sure it will get worse.

Thursday 19th at 4am. Server on left queue slow argumentative and drinking orange juice wiping his mouth with his hand. Ugh… Don’t the staff have breaks? My right queue had a male and female - female was confrontational said my order of a Latte was an Americano with milk and tried to tell me why Costa is wrong. My request for filling the water bottle was met with a torrent of ranting. Unpleasant unhygienic staff working there today. Management - please tackle this. Thank you.

Went at 3pm on a bank holiday weekend. Lots of food, worked out only slight more expensive than the meal deal at the shop next door. But got a hot drink and a toastie. Few tables free, staff were quick. Clean. Stayed for about an hour waiting for my plane as it was so quiet.

This regretably is another example of a team.with weak.or no leadership . I noticed an add for a teamleader posted in the seating area. So the place has 3 tills 2 of which were operating . The staff were wandering around like tomorrow will do. People here are getting refreshment whilst taking 2nd glances at flight information i would contend that prompt service would be appreciated. Now to balance this review i would state that Manchester Airport , whilst it never moves, is difficult to get to at say 3am when staff need to be in the off site car parks to get service buses and through security . This can lead to staff turn over as working at the airport in any capacity is not an easy or glamourous gig. Someone in charge needs to address staffing and turn customer over quicker. In catering turning covers and takeaway trade is profit . Costa Coffee is afterall a "Fastfood model" .. Goodluck with your visit

Corporate needs to come back and look at the layout. The system to cue and whom I can only describe and the self proclaimed "enforcer" of killed my vibe. The place was very messy with no clean tables in sight. By the end of my coffee, the cup was full again from the tears I cried knowing that others would have to experience the same as me.

While the place was spacious and had plenty of seating options, I was disappointed to find that the queues were long and the service was slow. The staff did not seem particularly happy which made the wait even more frustrating. To make matters worse, when I finally received my coffee, it did not taste good. I hope that Costa coffee can address these issues in the future to improve the experience for their customers.

My experience at Costa coffee was horrible today 23 August 2022 at about 4pm I qued for ages that's no problem but very slow at serving and getting through people. I finally got to the till and wanted a cake to my disbelief the cakes where crawling with flies I saw the girl beside me make a face like she was going to barf! It was a mutal understanding anyway I opted for a sandwich instead something wrapped in plastic. I ordered a hot chocolate and a latte off the women serving I saw her making a latte and what looked like a Americano. I said to her is that hot chocolate she said no you asked for latte and Americano I said I didn't I don't even drink that so why would I ask for it she had a rotten attitude all most sausy like she didn't want to be there. She reluctantly made another one So I sat down with my hot chocolate and sandwich and a different girl started shouting where closing get out. They where fast enough to take my money and should have told me this before I paid you need to learn some manners Costa terrible customer service! I fly through Manchester alot wouldn't go here again!

Flight delayed so headed to costa for coffee and tea cake, at 11.00am. After long queue I was told they had no butter, only peanut butter. Ridiculous. No supplies at 11am? Busy, worn out seats (if you could get one). As choice limited next time I will get my coffee before heading through security.

Pedí un simple cambio de taza (sólo el tipo taza, Simple? Y obtuvimos una corriente de abuso del barista y acusó de tener una actitud, recordó que el cliente siempre tiene la razón y vaya si ella ver rojo. Costa se puede evitar en el futuro ya que es muy claro su personal mal preparada o no gustarle tener que trabajar para sobrevivir.

Don’t order skip the dishes from this location. They take over an hour to complete an order for two sandwiches. On the Skip app they advertise a 25-30 minute make and delivery time. False.

One of many Costa coffee branches now with dismissive attitudes towards custom. Either the staff Members themselves seem to lack it , or the management do little to instil a sense of friendly customer service. Sad.
