I visited this location for the first time. We ordered 2 sandwiches out of which one was with avocado and the new “trainee” (don’t know the name as she was not wearing her name batch) was assisting us. She billed both with avocado and upon looking at the bill when we confronted that one of them doesnt even have avocado and we would not like to pay extra charge for it, she said take a drink as she would not refund 2 dollars. It is not about 2 dollars but it is not at all justifiable to address this concern to a customer when you make a mistake. She was not ready to accept her mistake too and argued saying both sandwich were the same which they weren’t and also said “its just 2 dollars” as if there is no value for money. She didnt even let us dine in although there were 20 mins to close. It seems she was not happy working here. I usually do not post reviews when the staff that is new or in the training but it is about basic service that I feel needs to be there when you are working for a food chain. I hope the owner sees this and trains her to avoid such experiences. Very disappointed.

I was very happy with the service provided. I had ordered for 5 people, it was just the solo staff in & she did really good being efficient & fast making the subs. She was friendly throughout the whole time even when I had to confirm toppings during a phone call. She made 5 subs & started on the rest of the line up with no hesitation.

The staff lacks energy here. This isn't the Subway to choose unless you're nearby, as they're extremely stingy with veggies. I had to spend so much time asking for more tomatoes and green peppers. A footlong costs over $12, and I wonder if the staff has been instructed to add the least amount of veggies by the owner. I wanted to ask the two unenergetic workers if they own this specific Subway and why they resist adding veggies. It's frustrating and this location will never thrive and the minute the staff is replaced by robots ill be happy. They are the reason everything is turning to AI. The staff have zero personality so you might as well replace with a robot. The Subway with the best staff and proper sandwiches, is the one on Longstreet near downtown. Also, the cookies here are often overbaked, so I avoid buying them.

Consistently has new staff, they always have difficulties following instruction. Extremely cheap on the veg, literally less than a dozen Spinach leaves and 5 pickles on a footlong sub, blasted one side with hotsauce and barely any on the other. This makes all the price increases not worth it. I did not feel very welcome at this location when I was standing in line and they gave someone else preferential treatment that was not in line. I've been ordering the exact same sub for several years and this location is always more expensive than others.

Went in for lunch with a coupon that should have gotten me 50% off but the girls told me it didn't apply so I had to pay full price. The only reason I ordered 2 footlongs is because of the coupon... after sitting down and re reading the coupon, they should have accepted it and I should have received the second footlong at 50% I went up to the counter and they refused to honor the coupon and refund the difference and told me to "use the coupon next time" outrageous service. Not only that, majority of their veggies were empty, the servers attitudes were extremely dismissive and rude, and my nephews coupon was also refused and he was told the coupons were for online ordering only... no where does it say that on the coupons. Never eating at this location again, and I do not recommend eating here.

Oh boy, this location never fails to disappoint! It's like they have a special talent for completely ignoring the specific instructions provided in online orders. Because who needs to actually read, right? It's quite amusing how they consistently manage to overlook simple things like toppings or grilling a sandwich, even when explicitly stated in the comments. But hold on, folks, because this time they really outdid themselves! Instead of the chicken sandwich I ordered, they graciously decided to surprise me with a veg sandwich. How thoughtful! I must say, their customer service skills are truly outstanding. When I called to express my utter delight at this unexpected twist, I was informed that the sandwich artist responsible had vanished into thin air. How convenient! They kindly asked me to call back the next day, giving me an extra day to bask in the glory of this veggie surprise. Of course, I couldn't resist pushing for immediate resolution. But alas, the manager was conveniently off for the day and incapable of speaking to me. When I suggested speaking with the franchise owner, I received the same incredible response. And now, my friends, I have been eagerly awaiting that promised callback for what feels like an eternity. Bravo to this location for consistently providing a silver lining to my day with their marvelous display of incompetence and exceptional customer service skills. Keep up the great work, folks!

Have ordered from here several times in the past year. Have found it to be understaffed during meal rushes (one person). On multiple occasions they have not warmed more soup, even hours before closing time - they just tell you there is none. Several mistakes (not following instructions) with mobile subway orders to this location. Choose a different location if there’s another one on your route.

I had a very frustrating experience here. Long story short is the employee guilted me out of not getting a refund for them overcharging me, I asked for a credit card refund for one entire sandwich and they said they didn’t have that ability and the sandwich would go to waste, so I asked for just a refund for the amount they overcharged me, they went to get their personal money to refund me, and when I said that’s unacceptable, I’m not taking their own money, I just left. Make sure you get a receipt. The food itself was as expected.

I use the app for the offers.This location is closest to my place so its convienent. The food at all Subways tastes the same so I can't rate that really. What's become comical is the staffs unwillingness to follow directions with online orders. So now i order through the app, pick up the sandwich, take it to my car or open it there - as I got tired of getting it home and realizing they did not do what i asked. What kills me is my order isn't ever complicated and i make it clear in the notes the app provides. You can click extra for veggies or less. I click extra and in the comments on this occasion wrote please a minimum of 7 tomatoes. The sub had 4 tomatoes. The staff here is meh nice. They don't go out of there way, they have zero personality. If you have a coupon best to go in and just walk them through making the sub as you want it- spoiler you will need to be like more please they are stingy.

Loads of staff girl that severed me didn't look interested didn't give me a rect or number for my order £5 for a decaff lattie will a shot of salted caramel couldn't taste either like warm milk and when she shouted the order she forgot the decaff bit at least I got to charge my tablet.im adding this bit a hour and a half later I found my salted caramel in the bottom of the cup my tablet didn't change as the change point didn't work I told the girl at the counter she I know not worked for a few days 😀
