We called in the cafe for breakfasts. Children's breakfast is free if you buy an adult breakfast, that is the one star. The sausages are luke warm and cheap quality. Black pudding is hard and inedible and the bacon is undercooked. The eggs are left under a heating light so are rubbery and inedible. Toast is OK but that is the only decent part the other items were luke warm . Don't bother find another place to each

Wonderful staff & excellent coffee. Spotlessly clean throughout the store. Very busy with drive through trade yet didn't neglect the cafe customers. Customer parking with car reg. Helpful with exiting store with wheelchair user.

Unclean, only one loo for a place this size is ridiculous. Avoid this Starbucks in Winter as you will definitely pick up nasty bugs.

Ohh this place is getting worse!!.. ordered fish and chips twice to sit down and 25 minutes later to be told they hadn't any fish!!..why couldn't they have told me when I ordered it!.. we then chose the breakfast and a portion of chips. It did come quickly after I'd told them we'd already waited 25 minutes! Breakfast was below average...broken fried egg, warm everything else to be honest.Drinks area needed cleaning up, the floor and around the bottom of the tables needed cleaning it was very dirty and the base of the tables obviously hadn't been cleaned for a long time! Very disappointing and the staff really don't care..they are slow and have no idea about customer service or pride in their job

El personal era increíble, pero claramente este Buisness no está diseñado para el huésped, congelado en el microondas y volcado en un tazón que es su macarrones, sin ensalada sin patatas fritas nada Las patatas fritas se cocinaron en un horno microondas como un chef alegre y se quemaron en el exterior pegados juntos y empapados en el medio, Mi madre pescado era horrible que era marrón, como 3 chefs todos estábamos de acuerdo en qué productos de qué proveedores se estaban utilizando. y es el más barato de la historia, este es sin duda el peor lugar que he comido en Escocia que yo pueda recordar ! ! ! ! ! EVITAR, de nuevo la encantadora dama de cabello negro fue tan servicial, nos sentimos tan apenados por ella que probablemente tiene que escuchar esto a diario y no puede hacer nada para cambiarlo de nuevo EVITAR

Horrible gerente que era tan grosero que pagamos £ 9 y dijo que mis hijos no están permitidos en el área de juego. Entonces, ¿por qué pagué? Tan grosero que ni siquiera voy a mencionar su nombre porque no quiso dar su nombre, entonces al final probablemente solo inventó un nombre falso para darme. Estoy sorprendido de lo mal que podría ser un gerente que literalmente nos estaba gritando malgastó mi dinero y no dio un reembolso. Qué impactante cómo se sale con la suya.

We came for lunch. Queue was small but hardly moved due to slowness of two drinks makers. Eventually was served with fish and chips. Awful! More batter than fish, cold plate and overcooked chips. The staff here need to pop over to the JL Place to Eat in Cheadle to observe how staff in hospitality roles are meant to behave. The difference in customer experience is EXTREME. Serious staff retraining required.

Visited for the first time when flying from Terminal 2 early on a Thursday morning, sad to say but our first visit will also probably be our last. Despite hardly any customers, staff appeared to be both unmotivated and disinterested, lacking in customer relation skills, felt I was more of an inconvenience than a potential welcomed customer. However to their credit staff member did enquire if either my wife or I had any food allergy, a routine but potential critical process, so credit were credit is due, My wife had a cinnamon bun (£3.75) which she said was quite palatable, I ordered a "Sausage Sarnie" (£7.50!!!!!) and a long regular coffee (£3.30). Sausage was served lukewarm and was tasteless and of poor quality, poor value for money taking in to account the price. Very underwhelming experience, will not be using again.

The filthiest Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff are un-engaging. There was rubbish and empty cups everywhere, the staff are more concerned with chatting between themselves than clearing tables it honestly was disgusting and unhygienic.

Gave it one star as couldn’t select zero. Slow service with cold food. Staff couldn’t have cared less either. Morrisons have certainly ruined this cafe. Do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere.

This place is as nasty as the women that runs it tried to use the toilets. 1 cubicle you can't lock the door the other has no toilet seat showers are rancid how the lorry drivers try and wash in the showers is beyond farcical Now to the food experience all i can say is wot a waist of money no real Menu i don't like black pudding so asked if they could change it for a slice of toast omg this obviously upset this nutter behind the till she started shouting and yelling telling me it was to difficult to change a bit of black pudding for a slice of toast the way she was going on about it you would have thought I wanted a steak and fries all i can say its a total dive of a truck stop and the food and staff are as nasty and disgusting as each other
