Went in for milkshakes , ordered take away cakes , got home carrot cake was rock hard & stale so was the apple crumble ! Rang up to tell them got a very rude & cheeky man telling me not to order again ! Lovely customers service 😡 avoid waste of money

Absolutely disgusting experience anyone could ever have. If I could give a -10 I absolutely would. Vile manager with zero manners and absolutely no respect. Very rude to both customers and his staff. I went with my friend and paid £3 for each child which was demanded in cash before we could even walk any further into the shop. About 5 minutes after we were seated a very rude rude man (the manager) came with a very bad attitude and started to point at my friend’s daughter and ask if she was with us. I asked him what the problem was and he said she immediately needs to get out of the play area and described her as a big person. Bear in mind the girl is only 9. How dare he speak about a child like that. He said he’d give us the £3 back. We wanted all of our children to play so we decided we cannot stay in this horrible place and asked for the rest of the money back as we weren’t even in there for 5 minutes and we can’t just let one of our kids watch all the others play without her. The disgusting rude man refused to refund us our money back and told me it’s not his problem. I told him of course it’s his problem he saw us walk right in and was very eager to take the money for the play area in cash and saw all of our children with us. Why didn’t he tell us she’s not allowed in the first place because we wouldn’t have gone in. Not only was he horrible he also upset the little girl with his vile attitude. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. The most traumatic experience for not only us but the customers watching too. Not professional at all. Please if anyone can help me to report this to somewhere official I would be grateful.

£9 for this (I had to put sauce on myself) rip off and the staff are rude and do not listen. Never had a place so stingy for the price.

Very very rude I did feel like smashing this guys face in as I have not experienced in 20 years living in Cheethamhill this sort off behaviour from a restaurant owner or the manger as his wife was stood next to him when he Swore at me in front off my family and 2 years old kid shame at this sort of person who has employed this sort off people or who have issued this type person a business license we just went for a day out as family and it’s winter now thought we go in doors with the little one here as the have play are as it’s advertised play area from 2 -9 years old which dose not good first of all as a 2 years old and 9 years have a big difference to play in a bouncy cases or climbing area first off all how ever we went in paid for my child to play £3 and paid over 17.00 for just 3 cups off drinks and sat down after ordering how ever my child she only 2 years old and she went into play area and walk up to slide down but she got stuck and my wife went to help her down and this matter exulted and the come up to us and as ruddily we have to leave because my wife went to help her child to come down the slide no issue was done so because we ask for our money and the manger or the owner who stood next to his wife start crying and Swearing at us rudely as a customer it’s my right to login inn complain against them and I will do so legal way how rude the are never Ever I would go see them agin or would recommend any one or my family definitely not very bad behaviour towards customers poor service and rude I’m sure we in uk but this man don’t think he is for sure

Wow is all I can say…. In the worst way possible! I’ve been to many creams in the past but this is the worst - desserts were poorly made, atmosphere was grim and soulless and the service was… well, literally the worst I’ve ever had. Miserable workers and the manager was the rudest man I’ve ever met. Avoid!!

Just went to the Creams Cafe. The interior is alright but it’s not about that. The workers are really mean. Apparently, the owners are permitted to eat takeaway food inside, but the customers aren’t? What if they didn’t like the food and their family was there? This is really saddening to see as we always go to Creams and spend a lot of money every year and now we are getting shouted at because we have a different type of food from another shop. Absolutely shocking. Wouldn’t recommend if you have picky kids who like different foods.

Absolutely despicable service. The Manager was down right rude and ignorant. No sense of customer service at all. Ruined our Eid Day. In future I will give my business to Gelatos up the road. Avoid like the plague

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE,i didn't want to go as previous experiences were all as a horrendous as this was. Weather was hot kids asked as i was walking past I said with alot of hesitating quickly let's grab and go then My boy had 1 donut he walked in with he told him to leave,I said I'm.buying 4 extremely high priced desserts from you can he have it as he's buying from u now aswell i don't want to send mychild alone outside in cheetham hill, he rudley and very loud made his opinion for us to leave if he was going to eat it.I SURE LEFT and won't go back it was definatley a finall confirmation, the children didn't feel comfortable at all because of the approach he always has..NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY AT ALL.

Single mother and a 6 year old special needs child spent over £15 on a rubbery flavourless bland crepe and over priced dessert for one scoop of ice-cream. Child ran into the play area and I asked to be seated closer to supervise him as he is non verbal autistic no danger awareness. The tall skinny man with a beard the managers husband was extremly rude arrogant and had an attitude problem! So many tables were empty and he said oh you can't just swap tables were busy! And clearly he wasn't and kept telling me I had to pay £3 for the play area. Which I was going to do anyway. But afyer 10 minutes tells a staff member to tell me play areas closed! Rubbish service! And overly priced rubbery crepes

We visited the place with group of friends, we was goven table bit never got told that that's no table service ( don't understand that at all. Place is really dirty and costumer service non exists at all!!!! Avoid this place!!!!

Went with kids loved the play area and amazing desserts will definitely coming bk .good customer service manager was really nice and helpfull

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!! The worst customer service and the rudest staff I’ve experienced. Upon both my friend and I finding hairs in our ice cream, the way in which the staff dealt with the matter was absolutely appalling. We received no apology whatsoever and the manager point blank refused to look at the hair that was in my ice cream. They denied that any hair was present and had the audacity to imply it was our own doing. Unfortunately the other customers present were also dissatisfied with the staff - this evidently showed how poor the service was. After management reluctantly dealt with the refund, we were told to “get your kids and get out” several times. This place has no regards to the most basic food hygiene and no customer deserves to be treated that way.

Honestly i would avoid this place like the plague, manager has a serious attitude problem and has no respect for his customers I seriously can't understand how these lot are still in business, has to be a front for something else just check out the other reviews if you think I'm lying will not go back EVER!!!!

As per the title, the place was Cream Cafe, it`s now Italian Gelato, but one thing remains, the manager is a walking advertisement of how to NOT run a business. Firstly the food, ordered the waffle with cookie dough inside (could barely see any cookie dough) and for the waffle, l will stick to Costco waffles. Ordered ice cream for one of the kids, the menu indicated choices of drink, when the drink came, l was appalled that the drink was a carton of orange juice and wait for it, with price marked 35P on the carton l am all for business making a profit, but to blatantly insult your customer and serve a price marked 35P juice as the drink with a £6.95 ice cream? Even Mcdonalds serve Tropicana juice with £1.99 meal deal. On my way out, pointed out to the manager (stealing a living if he owns the place, and if not feel sorry for the owners) that serving price marked 35P juice is an insult to the customer and at least disguise your greed by putting it in a glass, he quickly retorted the drink is free (which is a blatant lie as it`s on the menu as part of the deal of a child`s menu) l replied the But the optics is bad` he just shrugged and replied `l don`t care! Said to him `l will let the whole world knows and do people a service to avoid this place` By the way, they now charge £2.50 cash ONLY (wonder if they tell the taxman) for a child to use the play area. Also be sure, you will not need the toilet if are you foolish enough to venture to this sorry place.The men`s toilet was filthy, water logged and have to turn back as l could not stay another second inside the toilet.If l could give 0 star, will still be too much.AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I came into the shop to treat myself with a desert on the bank holiday Monday .The owner took my order and got it wrong .Instead of apologising he started to blame me and shouting can u not read the menu he was extremely rude and patronising he had absolutely no idea of customer service .I later asked a member of staff who he was and to my shock I was told was the owner .The owner could only be described as a angry and very unpleasant character.The staff was also very rude and condescending swearing at times and patronising . I will never be going back here nor will any of my friends family and associates Avoid !Avoid!Avoid!

Went to creams Cheethamhill, the place seems to be very well set up and the staff are lovely, and so where the doughnuts and waffles. Definitely my favourite dessert place.
