Joe & The Juice in Richmond upon Thames

No pude pagar por la aplicación, ya que había un problema con ella y el personal me pidió que pagara con mi tarjeta y dijo que tendré que enviar un correo electrónico al servicio al cliente para que puedan agregar el punto de recompensa. ha sido desde el 9 de junio y dos veces ya con correos electrónicos a atención al cliente que realmente no les importa y no es la única mala experiencia que sugieren que se esfuerzan en un mal servicio. caro y el personal en varios lugares no están bien capacitados. En otro incidente intenté comprar unas cuantas bolsas de caramelo de chocolate que ahora sé que no se avivan, pero visité 11 tiendas hasta que el gerente de piccadilly me dijo que ya no se avivan. Pero cada tienda en la que entré dicen que la encontraréis en la próxima tienda que los idiotas deberían haber sabido que ya no está disponible y me ahorraron 3 horas de caminar.

Service was really bad I was ignored and waited the person serving by spoke to the customer behind me, ignoring me. Drink wasn’t made correctly really watery and made poorly it was disgusting and I paid £9.60 had joes juice before and it was nice nothing like this very unhappy

Terrible Service - coffee served scolding hot. Manager refused to remake. I do not recommend - STAY AWAY.

Popped in for a drink and a snack. Ordered the açai bowl which was completely frozen. The bamboo spoon wouldn’t handle it. We mentioned this to the staff and they just said “that’s what it is”

Tables dirty. Staff couldnt care less. Coffee is coloured water. Food OK. But for a £10 bowl of cerial, I expect more. Plus. Everything served in one use plastics or cups.

Joe and the Juice only employ arrogant and sometimes even aggressive staff members. The food is also overpriced, avoid.

The attitude and the arrogance of the guy making the juice wasn’t necessary at all. £20 for 2 fresh juices and that service ….. No thanks !

Literally the worst sandwich I've ever had. Appallingly over priced, tiny amount of filling, blandest thing ive ever eaten. I cannot stress enough , don't bother.

This review is for the Kingston Branch. I popped in to get a healthy juice, chose a green juice - celery kale and something. The staff didn’t seem happy I walked in. Ordered - they took off the lid of their juice machine and it was filthy. I asked if that’s what they were making it in and then said it was just the pulp. They offered me a refund. The jugs did not look clean. I was not excited about my drink. Took it and it tasted just like celery water. I’m used to juicing and this was not a good juice. I walked to my car and saw another discarded Juice from there - I put mine with it. Joe & the Juice whoever you are - by the looks of all these reviews you are dropping the ball. I will never go back.

My wife and I decided to have coffee here because of its reputation on the continent. Firstly, I was overcharge for my small latte. Man could not explain to me what the board prices were depicting. There were no smiles and they would not accept cash but there was no sign to say so. Music was too loud. This place is to be avoided.

I’ve been intrigued to visit this place for some time and I had 20 minutes spare before my train so I went in to order a juice to take out. I ended up standing for 20 minutes, had I known it would have taken this long I would have sat down or not bothered ordering at all. Staff were chatting amongst themselves and restocking cups while there was one guy making the drinks. No sorry for the wait or have a nice day. I ended up missing my train for a mediocre juice. Not very happy and not worth the prices they are charging.

Great sandwiches with crispy bread. The juices and smoothies looks great and there is plenty to choose from - this is a great place for a short break.

Tried 2 different juices with families. Fresh and tasty. The sitting area on the second floor is nice and comfortable.

Visiting the shop in High Street Kensington this morning and have the say the Joe’s Club Sandwich was absolutely awful. I can just about handle the rubbish customer service when I asked if the sandwich could be toasted! But to be then handed the sandwich back, still cold with the guy’s hand all over it was the last straw. Rubbish customer service and food. The juice was ok.

No wonder all the other cafes in Richmond are full but this one isn't. The place is dirty (table top was sticky, floor not swept with pieces of paper and plastic wrapping strewn around). The young woman at the till was the most passive-aggressive unfriendly person I've met for a while. My husband's coffee was cold and the blueberry muffin - after having asked twice whether they had some as I could not see it on the counter, AND having paid for it - was 'unavailable', the same young woman not having even glanced at the counter right in front of her eyes to check. And no, I did not want a chocolate muffin instead so we eventually chose banana bread (actually fairly good) from the meagre selection of goodies on display. Maybe the juices are nice but I'm not likely to go back.

I usually get my açai bowl from whole foods which is delicious but they were still closed so I tried this one. The bananas were too ripe and disgusting (see photo- it’s brown and vein-y when it’s time to go into the bin) and the actual açai was watered down and not tasty. I would not recommend the açai bowl as it was inedible. The granola on top wasn’t too bad though...
