I am editing my review as the silly owner of the kfc did not read it why would I try you next time when you staff has stolen from me Food was not great Firstly burnt dry chicken I had to wait 15 minutes whist the person in charge heated up the beans how do beans take 15 minutes to heat up after being told I would have to wait 5 minutes then I get home to find the coleslaw I paid for was missing so kfc twickenham have basically stolen from me so I urge anyone still willing to use them to double check your order before you leave as staff maybe stealing from you too

Ordered food through Just Eat. Usually no problem at all but this occasion the wrong food was delivered. Tried calling the branch (Twickenham) over and over again but nobody would answer the phone. Had to request a refund via Just Eat then re-order through Just Eat. Meanwhile all the other pieces of food are going cold. Shocking service! Somebody in the Twickenham shop needs to pick up the phone then the problem could have been resolved within minutes.

The staff there is so rude specially with the delivery

I ordered a 3 piece meal, got 2 drumsticks and a thigh. I think that's wrong. You should get at least one breast piece . I love KFC and I've used lots of different branches and this seems to happen everywhere I go. As a result, they're getting less and less of my custom.

Nicest kfc I ve ever been to. The lady at the till tells me how long the order will take without me asking and she always greets with a smile on her face. 😊

Nasty food uncooked such a shame

Bad experience... Burgers was a mess, little sauce. Gravy tasteless, diluted. Pice of chicken partially RAW... Never again.

The chicken pieces and chip size, have consistently been getting smaller and smaller. And their prices are going up and up. They don't even give you regular Pepsi, only Pepsi Max. I will definitely not be going to this branch again.

Repeatedly asked for oat milk on my caramel macchiato but said I could have the caramel sauce . We had to rush for our train so had to leave but they have given my semi skimmed and even 1 sip can set me off. Very disappointing when you pay £5 for a drink !!!!!!!

KFC have gone down hill chips cold not freshly cooked at all

Staff just didn't seem to care about the customer or the mess left on the floor after whipping down the tables also afters drink was spilt and the staff were told by a customer about it all they did was bring out a wet floor sign but never mopped up the spill

Quick service, staff pleasant, food tasty. The only downside was the toilets out of order so had to use the disabled and the floor had quite an amount of water on the floor, not urine and no toilet paper

Quick clean and tasty food norhing else to want from fast food

Best KFC, clean and organized. Staff are nice too.

Nice, I hope they improve their selection tho, like probably considering the crispy version of the fried chicken, because the original one feel too soggy.

i had to wait 35 mins for a small takeaway meal when the shop was empty. staff are rude and unhelpful. extremely overpriced. dirty and unclean environment.

It's KFC, same as always, service at this branch can be slightly slower than other KFCs but max wait has been 10mins at the middle of the lunch rush

These are the worst wings I ever had wing’s colour has been changed. I gave a complaint to one of the staff member ,but she was not responding well .in store no response about complaint .

Had a fillet box meal. All was hot and tasty. You know what you hope to get. Service quick and with a smile. Restaurant was very clean and almost empty, hence low atmosphere. Can't really fault it.

It's KFC what's not to like. Service was just OK the server passed the food and just walked away no thank you or a smile. Didn't feel like a valued customer.

I would give zero if I can. Missing item on the order . I called them and was asked to drive back pick up me self which is fine. The staff didn’t say single word to apologise at all. And telling each other she did well packed the order which is doubting me lying. Unbelievable poor service、unprofessional shop manager!!

Great place I went in and out for a popcorn chicken meal. It wasn't busy and the food came just in time for me to catch my bus.

Kitchen standards are fowl. Zinger burger made me sick 30 mins after eating. Never again. Put me off ever setting foot in a KFC again.

Terrible service - no greeting or smiles, I came in with voucher and was told it had expired when on the app it said 8 days, once I spoke with the manager Abdul who put through my order but told me the previous staff member was not rude, he was in the back hiding so how would he of heard.

Just some chicken were fried really badly. The only thing which is normal is the chicken wing.

Pass here daily/had raw chicken or over cooked in the past had put me off !! **Seems Better ATM** (Feb) Lots of school college kids frequent here at lunchtimes..disabled toilet gets busy & can be a mess.. cold with no atmosphere as it had in the past.. music or something would liven it up a bit ..machines were broken so had to pay at counters which I prefer if paying cash still* chose wraps this visit.. which were good choice .. and good pricing !

I have ordered 12 wings and when i opened the bag there are only 6 of them in, this is unacceptable i paid full money for 12 not half, and i am requesting a refund.

Gave me a piece of VERY pink chicken in my meal. They didn’t even say sorry and gave me another very pink chicken. No sympathy and poising people.

Other KFCs have accepted blue light discount before, contacted them beforehand anyways just in case. Reassured they still do, went to venue, and was told by a server they actually don't. I paid, and then later I was told by another server they did. I asked for the refund, and they said it can only be done at checkout. Almost wish they hadn't have told me. 10% isn't massive, but in these times everything penny counts. Won't go again there!

The staff refuse to accept any Colonels Club discounts at the counter. Usually "the machine is not working" or sometimes "we dont accept that here". It's inconsistent and disingenuous.

Good quality and nice. Fried chicken and fried potatoes are delicious, but expensive.

The portion of fries in the snack box was considerably less even though the price has gone up and as usual over cooked and cold The afternoon manager on the 17/10/2022 was grumpy. The table in seating area empty and dirty. I will post pictures next time for sure.

Chips tasted dried, (overcooked) The chicken looked and tasty as if it had been cooked twice, ( reconditioned, my father called it), will not be going to any KFC again.

Ordered a normal meal and went to sit down and for no reason we're told to leave accusing that me and my freinds would make a mess (first time coming)

Not a relaxing experience - there's a bit of a violent undertone to the vibe here late at night; the tables always seem to be covered in leftovers that people haven't cleared away - don't order on Deliveroo because it never arrives hot - and reheating it just doesn't taste the same.

We ordered the chicken bucket which wasn't as expected. Chicken are literally filled with oil, if u touch them and squeeze them all oil will go out and it's a large amount of oil, the chicken wasn't well done inside. And also we had a burned chicken. We had mentioned and showed staff that chicken was burned, but they just serve the order, they don't look or give attention to what they serve. It's a shame that the food is no longer as it was and totally not tasty and filled with large oil.

We got mega boxes and chicken sauce bites,they were all just say warm,chicken very dry,chips like wood,not very appetising.

Went to KFC Twickenham a few minutes ago to order two Krushems, one Malteser one Milky Way. I ordered it on the touch screen machines. The server made two Milky Way Krushems instead of one Malteser and one Milky Way. After I told him his mistake, he made a third one (Malteser). I asked him what he was going to do with the third one and be said "throw it in the bin". I suggested donating some money and giving the drink to a homeless man outside. They said "No, it's company policy, we have to throw it away". This is a total waste of food; it could've gone to someone who would actually eat it. Money donation went to homeless man instead of KFC.

Don't bother. Delivererd in good time but food beyond dissapointing. Open till 11.45pm? No one picking up shop phone. Going to escalate. And Deliveroo - tried contacting u too. No reply to email. Let me guess - you were trying to contact KFC too. Good luck.

Never had any issues. Good service, food to standard. Some of the customers are very rude/ mean though. One guy today mumbling his order and on the phone to someone at the same time. Poor girl on the till had no chance. He starts getting angry and asks for another server. Well done to staff for remaining polite and patient. I not sure I could hack it myself

Don’t expect to get what you ask for. Placed large order on Just Eat for delivery with clear and polite instructions; asking for no legs or drumsticks and was delivered 12 third and drumsticks which were in inedible for us. Very poor service. Chicken was soggy and if poor quality also on this occasion (normally chicken is good).

I'm convinced this and other branches (Chiswick) have a scam going where they don't give you your entire order in takeaways. I don't go to KFC often but when I do they seem to always miss something from my order, more fool me for not checking as it happens almost every time I've been to this branch. I will be reporting this to head office and highlighting all the other reviews with KFC as this is not an isolated case. Make sure you check your orders and if you are missing items make sure you write a review and report them

We had a meal there yesterday. What a scruffy and dirty dump, including their toilet. Brown bags everywhere, mostly empty Pepsi cola all over the place. Every table needed washing down, sticky gunge stuck to both tables and chairs. While we were there, nobody lifted a finger to tidy up. If we'd witnessed a rat running across the floor, it wouldn't have caused the slightest surprise. Never again!

Probably the best KFC I know where you can sit down in. It's obviously not 5 star cuisine food but for a fast food place, it's better than McDonald's and WAY better than Burger King. Bring back the lunch boxes though!!!!

Order at self service to eat in, went up to collect food to be told that it's take away and its only 10 50 pm. KFC closes at 12!! Have a sign please so paying or paid customers know . Wasn't given an explanation why, asked for a refund due to Daves lack of customer service experience or that's what he told me his name was. Definitely won't return for a while until KFC can sort out there franchise operator's lack of standards. Would like a response or answer as to how a franchisee owner can seriously damage KFC reputation

Order a trilogy box meal and they gave a kids burger in the box instead of trilogy box burger and it was undercooked mayo was discusting. .

Smallest piece of chicken ever!!

Bad customer experience. Wrong order taken in the shop then the lack of customer service when it needed a simple fix. They wouldn’t help or admit a fault. What happened to customer service in KFC Twickenham? Disappointing.

This is my 5th time buying from this fastfood this 10 pieces spicy wings meal and it's unbelievable they keep giving me this tiny pieces almost the sice of my thumb. Seven of tiny pieces and only three of the sensibly sized ones. If you order 20 pieces, they'll give u one sachet of ketchup and one mayo and when you ask for some more they give one additional each. It's annoying! No wonder their ratings are very low and the workers don't seem to be keen on hygiene!!!

The staff is getting rudder by day, miss the people who were there for ages and still polite.

They've changed the chips recipe and it's worse. Sauce is paid extra. But, it's still the best fried chicken

Good fast service, opened during pandemic, quite clean store. Regular KFC with good standards

Visited today; I was served cold, hard chicken which must’ve been many hours old. The taste was nowhere near the usual KFC flavour; I get the impression they are being cheap with ingredients. It feels like there’s been a management change in the past year; fair to say new management are cutting corners. After today’s service, I’ve gone from loyal customer to never visiting this KFC again!

Always check your receipts! Nice location, could be a good place if not such a rude and unprofessional stuff, sadly. Once we came and they charged more, I thought it was a mistake, second time-same situation, ok... and now again... hmmm, looks like it’s more as a normal routine for this place! Be careful or avoid at all :)

Chicken not left to drain off and smothered and dripping in oil and buns get used even when they're almost stale, take a bite of your burger and bun falls into pieces, chips get reheated, cheese hard around outside where it's been kept out Overall experience over the last few visits for this branch is at an all time low Wont be going back anytime soon This used to be all the opposite of the above but now there is no care shown to this restaurant, this is massively reflected in the quality of food and hygiene it has lowered to Other than that the staff are reasonably polite or at least the ones that can understand you are

Siempre voy allí y lo disfruto, pero hoy, al dar mi pedido, la señora no pareció entender lo que dije. Una vez que se hizo la bebida, lamenté decirle al barista que no ordené esa bebida y que debimos haber tenido un malentendido. La señora que tomó mi orden le preguntó a su colega qué estaba mal y luego me miró y frunció el ceño y luego puso los ojos en blanco. No creo que sea muy profesional ni agradable. Pido disculpas muchas veces por un error que no fue mío y el mínimo respeto es esconderse cuando quieres ser irrespetuoso. Me encanta esta tienda y voy muchas veces al mes, pero si tengo que encontrarme una vez más con este tipo de comportamiento, no creo que vuelva. . .

The place is filthy, there is always rubbish on the floor and the tables and it never seems like somebody comes to clean it. the staff have a serious attitude problem too, i ordered a krushem once and the woman acted as if i asked for gods work. The food can be very nice at times but at others its disgusting when ordered through deliveroo.
