Never seen a common burger chain with below average quality food, overpriced items, bad service. Two standart cheeseburgers, 1 fries, 1 hot dog, two drinks cost over 45 pounds. You can get a really nice steak burger served properly, two pints beer for two in your nice local pub. Go with Wendy's or McDonald's. You'll be much better off. Never understood the hype about five guys and I'm a chaser of great burgers all the time.

have had 2 deliveries from this place, always forgetting to put the milkshake in. have had to do a refund twice

When you need a no fuss burger and chips. You can choose your salad ingredients for the burger so you can leave out the items you don't like or want. They even have a bun free burger option.

Hot dog is nice. French fries are legendary. It's like home made. Eat peanuts while you wait.

Wrong price really for food this average. We had one hamburger, one cheese hotdog, small fries, water and one beer. £28.80. Hot dog was small but tasted OK, burger was good, fries were greasy and I think over cooked. Staff were good and efficient. Decor is horrible. Cheap tiled floor, horrile wobbly tables, looks like a Morleys inside.

Swaroob , Dean & Ismail have always been very kind and attentive to taking my orders, couldn’t recommend Five Guys Richmond enough! They’re a great team and super friendly towards their customers and the homeless , Burgers always on point and the Cajun fries you can never go wrong with. Can’t remember a Five guys restaurant being this good as the Richmond

Tasty and Juicy burgers with great milkshakes. It took a little time to get the food, but service is generally friendly and nice.

Worst food ever. it was disgusting. 5 of us ate and every meal was soggy and vile.. Grossly overpriced. Even milkshakes weren't blended properly and the lunps stuck in the straws. Food was upside down in bags..Sausages and burgers fallen apart and a rediculas amount of chips just dumped on the top. Over 100 pounds which was a rip off. would never eat there again. Our kids were performing in Richmand theater and were looking forward to this treat..They ended up being hungry and very disappointed!

When you spend £42 on a couple of burger you expect the order to be right. Both burgers were ordered with bbq sauce which was not added. A side order of keychup for the fries, charged at £2+ was also missing. Very disappointing.

This branch is not good. It's small and crampy. Yet, the fiveguys Burge is awesome

As I stepped in this horrible smell caught me by surprise. Thought to myself to immediately go away but since it's my first time at Five Guys let me check the food. Staff doesn't smile, food comes on these metallic greasy things, everything was greasy. And that smell was on the food... had 5 chips and a bit on the tiny burger with cheap cheese and left. Never coming back 😞 sorry

Toppings I didn’t request on burger . Fries all spilled in bag.

They used to be really generous on the fries, as per their famous ethos and openly insisted on by the owners. Burgers ordered are fine but the issue was regular fries for delivery, which barely filled the cup plus three ketchup and three mayo on the side but they delivered no condiments. None at all. How can they miss the request for condiments? A major inconvenience since we didn’t have condiments at home and enough emphasis was given. Second time it’s happened. Just rubbish. Will not be ordering from here again.

Excellent burgers. I really like their toppings and sauces - especially the spicy sauce.

I’m not happy at all. Food was ordered for my daughter and myself for my Mother’s Day meal and the whole of my order was missing apart from 1 x Drink. I am really upset by this. I then called the restaurant and the manager could not understand what I was saying and then wanted to send me the order again but he could not understand what I was explaining when it came to my deli every. It’s very frustrating that these things happen - especially when I’m a regular customer.

Ok, the staff is nice and polite, but that's it. This was probably the most uninspiring hamburger I had, dry and without much flavour. And clearly, I got left behind in terms of the prices, last time a burger was around 6 quid, now I paid 9.25 for that burger, really not a good value. Oh, and what kind of atmosphere are we talking about, where the noise from the kitchen extractor is mixed with the delivery guys shouting, litter on the floor, and the red white tiles that looked horrible 5 years ago too.

So I have my thoughts on this five guys location.. food is always on point which is amazing, but as for the toilet facilities, absolutely horrific. They have not maintained their bathrooms all that well. I will spare you from the image I have taken and will send it, upon request, to five guys when/if they request to see it. Overall, it was okay, but was a bit dirty with the seating upstairs. Would I come here again? Sure, but just for takeout

£6.50 for Fries and I only received half of them!

Both the milkshakes are missing. asked delivery driver who said he wasn't given any... called Five Guys Richmond who said the milkshakes are still with them and delivery guy didn't collect them. Poor around service.

They forgot to pack my milkshake so I had to order it twice.

Paid for Cheeseburger with extra patty (3 patties in total), with no bun in a bowl... they put 3 burgers in a bowl, but forgot all the cheese (it was clearly marked "CB" and "Cheeseburger"). Now, every time I go to this Five Guys in Richmond, I will have to open the packaging right there to check that they have added the cheese that was paid for.

The food was very good. But the 3 boys I was in charge of on tour absolutely LOVED the milkshakes. They had a Five Guys Millshake in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, and Richmond. It was their mission to have a milkshake in every city we visited. They succeeded.

First time at a 5G outside the US. Not bad at all. I forgot that they had hot dogs, which are actually excellent. I think their prices are a bit high but the food quality is great.

One of the best 5five Guys branch I have ever eaten. Very clean place and the team looked like pro chefs. The lady on the till called Carmen has nice customer service skills. Way to go! 5 stars well deserved.

Here’s what I liked: • The fries (when immediately fresh) • The grilled cheese • Polite service • The burgers (according to a meat eater with me) What I didn’t like: • PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE • Very cold location - draughty • Seating not great nor comfortable • £4.30 for a soft drink from a machine!! Be careful if you have a peanut allergy. I don’t and think it’s a nice touch to have available. Do I recommend going? YES if you’re hungry Will I go again? PROBABLY but a different one Was it good value? NO Price point: $$

The package of the hamburger was very bad. The hamburger had been smashed and the cheese was stuck onto aluminum. The beef dog was not like the picture. No lettuce or salad in it. Only bread and the beef dog.

Terrible terrible customer service Burgers over cooked and dry and when we raised this the girl ( Lara) who claimed to be the manager was dismissive, rude and unhelpful. This girl is defiantly not fit to be a manager and needs serious training. Please note she did not even offer to change our food, two burgers and chips were binned

The burger came with little to no bacon, there was 3 shreds of lettuce, and the patty’s were falling apart. Normally a really good burger but when you’re packing £12+ for a burger, you expect it to come looking less sloppy

The meals were great. Delicious cheeseburger 🍔 You can choose your favorite flavor ingredients. The milkshake is delicious👍🏻 the only thing that is missing. The environment is a bit not so tidy and clean

We were given the wrong takeout order, had to drive all the way back to be told it was our fault despite the bag being handed to us. No apology given, so I got a partial refund and left without any food. Not the convenience that fast food is supposed to be.

A little above the usual price for fast food, but much higher quality and very tasty. They're also very generous with their fries. Only bad thing was that the top floor was very slippery from the grease, you need to clean it better or people could fall

The best 5 guys so far. The service could not have been better the two times I have gone. Super friendly and attentive. They strive to make sure the food comes out perfect. I will return without a doubt

Thanks to the staff who decidedly came to work to give bad service, removed their name tag, get milkshake orders wrong and then accuse you for making the wrong orders and stating in he own words “it’s impossible for us to get it wrong”. The sheer confidence and implications that customers are the only ones who get it wrong. Five guys you lost credibility for this branch. *** In response to Five Guys: thanks for clarifying the lack of name tags. Do you also refuse to give names when called over the phone? Is that a policy? If not then please feel free to locate the individual who answered your Richmond Branch’s phone on 21st August 2023 at 10:44pm and again at 11:16pm who aggressively stated “I don’t care about your order, it’s impossible for us to make a mistake, I am not giving you my name” and proceeded to hang up. So you take my money, get my order wrong, blame me for the mistake in a dismissive and aggressive manner, refuse to acknowledge my complaint and refuse to identify yourself when the complaint aims to be escalated. interesting policy. I got my money back. But it does not resolve the issue this branch created. Had anyone just done their job, there would simply be no issue. But you went above and beyond to create a hostile disservice and to what end?

Very tasty burger and fries and milkshake. Not so keen on the hot dog but that does not mean anything was wrong.

I bought large French fries and they were the worst fries ever. I threw the whole lot in the bin. They were so soggy and some of them seemed burnt as well

Five guys is an American , very good, burger joint. For fast food this is a very dependable place . You know what you get , always tasty and good quality... I usually go when I am hungry and lack a better place or sense of experimenting . Go all the way and add all the free toppings.

It is a fast food restaurant with no frills good service pleasant staff

Looked at several places to eat and opted for Five Guys based on past experience elsewhere, we weren't disappointed! The burger was amazing, as was the milkshake. Staff were nice and friendly, the restaurant has only 1 toilet which is slightly ridiculous but apart from that, will definitely go back and thoroughly recommend. Five Guys burgers are the closest to American burgers that we have found in the UK. A real meal!

The quality of the food was very bad, I had come on the suggestion of one of my friends and I wonder why someone should eat such food and recommend it to others!!!!

I asked the lady behind the till what the "cheese dog" was and she rolled her eyes and said "hot dog.......with cheese" as if I was some sort of idiot. They also forgot my BBQ sauce in the cheese dog. I only asked for three things-mushroom, lettuce and BBQ sauce and yet they forgot. Oh well. Not going back there again.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, no extra toppings and fries. Received no bacon in the burger. Mistakes happen but that's poor, the only thing on the receipt was 'cheeseburger > bacon'.
