I had an absolutely fantastic time at the Hogarth Pub in Teddington! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to unwind with a pint. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my visit was enjoyable from start to finish. The selection of beers was impressive, and the pint I had was perfectly chilled and delicious. I can’t wait to return for another great evening at this wonderful pub!

Dropped in for a meal after a busy day being a tourist. Staff were friendly to us visiting Australians even indulging us with our love of AFL (Google if not sure what that means). We chose fish and chips. Chips were well cooked and chunky, fish was dry and we needed to remind the server of the coleslaw (did not come with meal) we had asked for with our order. Kind enough to give us the chance to test on-tap cider before purchasing.

A very friendly atmosphere with a refurbished bar and new owners James and Sinead, Great food menu and a lovely rear garden. Lot of things going on Open mic on Sundays, Kareoke and 5 TV screens. Highly recommend.

Friendly swift service with a smile. Popped in for some lunch on a breezy but bright mid September day. Good to see proper chunky chips, well cooked. Huge TV's, tables / seating well spaced out.

Great to see this little gem given another chance. Great for watching sports with plenty of screens and different matches at same time! Live music every Saturday is a great treat and the Sunday jam sessions are back too! Plus the kitchen in full use, family run for families! Great effort from the new owners….finally a good local in Teddington

Went there with a group of friends, a great place to go now they have refurbished, looks fanastic and modern, great atospmophere, staff are friendly and serice with a smile. What more do you need for a great night out.

A really great pub that has really turned the corner under the new management. I would always been quite wary about the pub previously but the last few times I have been down there recently have been fantastic!

Frequented the pub a few times of late due to the exceptional and warm service from a combination of Wayne, Issy and James behind the bar. Incredibly impressed by the quality of the bands on a Saturday and even the talented musicians at the Open Mic night on Sunday too! The management quite rightly reminded youngsters that ID is required, they should feel obligated to buy a drink and consuming alcohol bought off premises is not acceptable. The Hogarth is a business and not a community centre....those days are done and dusted thank goodness!

Great music, the night was ruined by the pub owner/manager being rude and disrespectful. Never been in a pub and had it feel so hostile before. It was unclear whether he was drunk, he was shouting and being all round very rude. Will not be visiting again, very disappointed.

Awful screen filled pub with no atmosphere. I sat in the one small area where there was no screen on but the speakers where pumping out sky sports adverts. No soul. Terrible

Used to be a regular at the Sunday open mics here (and latterly the Friday karaoke) but this pub had way too many issues then permanently closed. Randoms snorting lines on the cistern in the gents? Check Ladies toilets flooded? Check Gents becomes Unisex toilet? Check No food? Check Low/nonexistent supplies of beer? In a pub?! Check Trouble with groups of kids hanging around outside? Check Dingy lighting straight out of a horror film? Check Bar staff completely ignoring you whilst they scroll through their Insta? Check The only mystery is why I went there as long as I did. There was a particularly vile redhead girl behind the bar before its closure. The last Sunday I was there, she stopped the open mic 90 minutes early and told us all to leave. No idea where she is now, but frankly, customer service is not your forte; you should give up and do something else! I must have spent hundreds if not thousands drinking here, more fool me. I know there's new management etc now but I'll still not go back. Good luck to the new management, because you have an Everest to climb, to get the pub back to anywhere near what it was.

What an improvement! Lovely new owners of the pub. Great atmosphere and you can tell they are really passionate about making it something great. Random note but always a big plus the women's toilets are so much nicer and the little touches they added are really appreciated.

What a transformation! I’ve lived and worked in Teddington for over 18 months and this pub hasn't had the best reputation. Reopened today, and looks incredible. I didn’t have food but good to see a full back bar of spirits, fridges full and a good pint. Great service. Sky TV on, pool table and darts finally gone. Wish the new management all the best as this should be a great pub.

Can anyone tell me how to contact this pub? I've tried calling multiple times and left messages. I've also emailed with no reply. And I've been there but it was closed late afternoon.

Wow…. What a turn around I saw That they have new managers again and I was a little unsure as the last 2 have been awful the one recently let people do what they wanted and let the staff get off their heads… so anyway we popped in tonight sceptical and wow it’s amazing… nice welcoming decor, spacious vibe… beer tasted great… and the lady behind the bar so welcoming and happy to chat and I can say I am looking forward to making this my local once again she’s Amazing I am so happy that the owners got rid of the other manager and the staff they degraded the pub…

I had a quiet drink with my dog. This is alovely little pub withing happening every night, they have a dart board and a pool table. They will be serving food in the near future once they get the kitchen up an running.

What a soulless place this has become. Beer selection is awful, staff are awful and unattentive, it's so quiet, just random people lingering. I saw a drug deal happening in plain sight. It's a very sorry version of what it was just a few short years ago.

Probably the best pub in town. Brilliant atmosphere and entertainment, will definitely be going back next time we're in the area

We decided to visit a few pubs in Teddington on a rainy Saturday evening. Never been in this pub before but asked for my usual, a white wine spritzer with soda. The barman didn’t know what a spritzer was ( ok maybe I’m a little old). He then said they had no wine except rose! Not my favourite.

In love with this pub and the people that are around! Everybody is so lovely and welcoming and they have many cool events like Live Music and Karaoke Night. We spent most of our Friday evenings there during my time in London and should I ever come back, I will definitely turn up again!

Not a bad pub but if the bar lady would skipping songs half way through it would be much more enjoyable.

I booked a table for 7 people online. When I arrived I was told they had no record of my booking but could fit me in anyway. The guy then told me they had no food. I questioned why I hadn't been told this but he didn't really have an answer. I left and we went somewhere else. Absolutely terrible.

I love this pub! Jo and his team are very welcoming and there is a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We had SO much fun at karaoke last night.

We enjoyed a pre dinner drink here this evening.

Not only did they not even have my booking for 8 people, the told me on arrival, despite selecting ‘dinner’ when booking and despite menus being on their website, that they no longer do food and haven’t had a kitchen for a month. Do not book if you are intending to eat here as they don’t do food!

Awfully unclean, toilet was seat missing other no toilet roll. Told the guys behind bar numous of times. Not one care using my own tissue luckily. Dirty rotten glasses, assuming beer pumps are just as dirty and black bits/flys coming from the soft drink pump. Floor flirty. Needs a massive deep clean. Over half the group all been visiting on Sunday visit thing is we didn't even eat here.. can you just imagine the kitchen ❌

Entered late afternoon with my lovely young Polish neighbour (I'm 83)following lunch a few yards away. Introduced her to the consistently good London Pride. Sadly the pub was empty but we had a pleasant hour together.

Went for the quiz night, had a great time! (Other than only coming in 3rd) Staff are awesome and good selection of drinks. Also been for the Sunday open mic night a few times which is always a fantastic evening. Will be back soon.

Great high street pub. Made us feel very welcome. The food was fantastic, the chef said he was called zebedee, definitely will be back.

Amazing location and impeccable staff, what a gem. Joe the manager made us very comfortable, and the chef Zac was a culinary wizard, weaving a tapestry of flavours. My experience was akin to the last scene in ratatouille. Great hot dogs. SCRUMPTIOUS.

A pub full of eccentric and creatives. Love it. Rough and ready and terrible house wine, although a beer is the same anywhere. Interesting, unpretentious and quirky people. Brimming with character.

Popped in for a drink.. found out it was happy hour on cocktails as informed by Shiv who makes a lovely cocktail and very knowledgeable. He is an asset to the pub. All the staff very friendly and this guy has a very good customer service manner and was very helpful with helping me choose what cocktail to have! Drinks good, if a little pricey. Service charming. However ... we were there at Sunday lunchtime, and the place was not really fit for customers. Chairs were still up on tables ... the back yard (terrace??) hadn't really been straightened up ... furniture was tatty...

Max is a great bartender. Sweet and friendly, will ask you your story if it’s quiet, will serve you efficiently if it’s busy. The Hogarth is a local treasure, loved by all the locals and an instant friend to anyone who drops through.

Came in with my husband after 9 months of pregnancy with no alcohol. excellent food only £5 for a burger and chips. Emma served us she was really charismatic and poured a 10/10 pint. Will be returning regularly now I am an alcoholic again.

I have frequented the Hogarth for the past 3 or so years, and I have never been to a place with a more welcoming and friendly atmosphere! Every time I have rocked up, without fail, I have received the warmest welcome from either Haydon or Holly (or both, those were my favourites), paired with some incredible cocktails suited for every mood or occasion. Holly with her fantastic knowledge in mixology, and Haydon with his skills in creating killer events, the pair were an un-matched power duo. They both have a that special gift of seeing my face and knowing exactly how I'm feeling, and exactly what drink to pour! I am sad to hear they are both moving on. The Hogarth was always a happy place because of those two. I hope it maintains the amazing standards they set during their time there.

The Hogarth never fails to provide! Always a great time, affordable drinks, good music and even better company! Haydon is a real credit to the company and really helps the Hogarth ethos shine.
