Most disappointing Sunday dinner ever. The vegetarian option that was supposed to be a Pearl Barley and nut crochette was a sloppy tasteless pile of unseasoned pearl barely with about 1 nut. This was served with 3 tiny roast potatoes and root vegetables that were mostly onions. No other veg unless you want to pay £4 extra. I paid £4 extra for cauliflower cheese that was curdled. £18 quid and I left hungry. Even ordering drinks was poor, the batmaid couldn't find the till button for a half pint, so suggested we'll have to have and pay for a pint instead! From beginning to end we were only half an hour as the atmosphere was so lacking, we ate our meal and left straight away. Passing three staff on the way out, not a single acknowledgement. Won't be back.

Popped in here for a roll with bacon and tomato sauce with a decaf cappuccino. First off, the staff that served me was more concerned with what was being said in his ear piece than what I was ordering. When I asked for tomato sauce he asked back 'tomato sauce?'. I said yeah. He gave me my order which was 55 pence more expensive than a regular Greggs. I gets outside to find my bacon roll had brown sauce. Not what I'd asked for. The cappuccino had a chemical taste to it. I went back inside to report the issues. The roll wasn't a big deal but told him how the coffee tasted. He couldn't give a monkeys. I gave him some advice, pay more attention to the customer you're serving instead of the radio headset. I got talking to an old fella outside. He told me that yesterday he ordered a bacon roll only to find it was a roll with egg when he got outside. Incompetence is flourishing there. I won't be visiting there again.

What a place to enjoy the sport, have a few drinks and grab some amazing food! Great viewing, well priced, fantastic location and decor. Could not fault it!

Last time I visited this store I was given frozen chicken in my sandwich for which I was offered a free cookie as compensation...Really? Decided to try it again this morning but wanted to double check the food wasn't frozen to be spoken to with a really bad attitude so I decided to leave. This is the worst Subway ever, wouldn't recommend at all!

Sadly I don’t know if it’s still open. Website never works and any time I’ve been over they don’t have the basis like curry sauce or chips. Haven’t been since the start of the year.

I shop here now and again (when I can afford it!) and have always found the staff more than friendly and helpful. Not any more. Yesterday I dropped in and was proud to see that they were stocking my brother in law's Cornish organic antibiotic free cheese. He's a hard working farmer with the highest animal welfare standards where the cows and calves are very well cared for and roam outside in large, lush fields. A member of staff happened to be at the cheese counter and I remarked happily about the cheese and how pleased the family were that Planet Organic were stocking it. Her response knocked me for six. She immediately reacted with insulting remarks about the dairy industry, this cheese in particular and it's anti-biotic free status. She was just so utterly rude and insulting for absolutely no reason leaving me shocked and upset. Why is she working in this shop if she finds the produce offensive and can't be polite to a customer? If she has issues with the dairy industry (and I agree that there are issues with mainstream dairy farming) she should not be working in a store that stocks dairy produce. I won't set foot inside this shop again. A shame. Anyway, it almost went into receivership recently so Waitrose hopefully will take it over and she'll be out of a job.

Incredible rude and unprofessional staff! Got ‘told off’ for being too loud whilst having a coffee with friends, as she ‘couldn’t hear the orders at the till’ and felt sorry for ‘the poor dog’ sat near us. We were speaking normally and not being loud at all.. but it was the way she spoke to us, unbelievable!!

Excellent, fast service at self check out. Fast delivery of food and drinks. Great service and from staff. Wonderful menu and drinks selection.

Sólo dame una falla. Oscuro, sucio y mordido el mejor menú. El personal estaba bien. La comida no era la mejor. Las bebidas tampoco.

Llegamos al Travelodge bastante tarde en una tormenta de nieve y el Burger King era realmente el único juego en la ciudad a menos que quisiera aventurarse por la carretera. Este es un lugar sombrío con un ventilador que sopla aire frío en algunas mesas, algunas con camada de comidas anteriores. Hay que decir que el tipo que servía era un alma alegre que, dadas sus condiciones de trabajo, mostraba una fuerza de carácter que no se veía en la mayoría de los lugares de comida rápida. La comida era de calidad estándar BK.

Qué carga de basura pidió gammon pero no había huevos ni piña ni guisantes, así que tenía especial del día katsu curry. Un poco de pollo, arroz y salsa de curry. Caro para lo que era y tuvo que esperar siglos a pesar de ser un día tranquilo, y por el aspecto y el servicio general al personal no le importaba una mierda. No estar volviendo

Used drive-thru. 15 minute queue. Paid, then told to find parking space on road as no parking available on site and road double yellow lines. Waited a further 15 mins for girl to come out to car with meals. Got home (2 mins away). Meals were cold and of poor quality.

In the middle of a park surrounded by football, cricket or the kids playground, it is a quiet oasis in a busy suburb. A great place to sit and watch your kids play. Lovely staff. Cakes and croissants are good too.
