McDonalds, Bridge Of Don in Aberdeen City

Used drive-thru. 15 minute queue. Paid, then told to find parking space on road as no parking available on site and road double yellow lines. Waited a further 15 mins for girl to come out to car with meals. Got home (2 mins away). Meals were cold and of poor quality.

We've actually stopped going here. Like others have mentioned unfortunately this McDonald's NEVER has milkshakes available. Im not losing sleep over it but our kids complain like mad so we've started going to another location. Makes no difference if a weekday, weekend, morning, lunch,dinner etc. They are constantly unavailable. Not great.

Over the last couple months we've started going to the other nearest McDonald's in Bucksburn purely because this one never has milkshakes for our children. Don't really understand why. It's one of McDonald's main products but they are constantly 'unavailable'.

I visit this store semi regularly as football training is near by. If you ever want a milkshake you will be disappointed. Once in the last 6 months I have been lucky enough to have the chance. It’s not the cleanest either. Busy but understaffed most often. Check out the table inside the redundant phone chargers. See pic.

Waited 35 mins in the drive thru at 11 pm at night, also same during the day the service is awfull for a fast food service Won’t be returning to this branch

i was in the bod mcds for my supper with the fam thinking our night will be peaceful until we looked over and there was a gang of youths vaping in the back booths this was when i was shouted at calling me fat because i had ordered half of the menu its not easy being 300 kilos living life large xxx

I normally come fair late after work, there is normally a really nice young lad that’s cleaning around 1am, at least he was on the in the early hours of Friday 28 of April, super friendly always says hello when I come in, takes care of my rubbish, the usual. Working in retail I know that some people don’t always get recognised for their hard work, but I really appreciate when people take pride in their work and customer service, I didn’t catch the guy’s name, I’m sure you’ll be able to able to work it out he’s normally clean the restaurant around 1-1:30 am ish most night at least Thursday -Friday night, hope someone at bridge of don maccies sees this, and the food was also good, many thanks jacob

Very clean for a fast food restaurant. The food is okay but quite often your order has missing items. Also, the ice cream machine is always broken. 🍦 Overall, not a bad Mcdonalds.

Joined the queue at drive through, 25 minutes later got our meal, delivery drivers picking up good were in and gone quicker than us, order and pick up were done before us, the meal we got was stone cold, couldn't go back as we're on our way to appointment, small amount of staff working were trying to do what lots of staff prior to covid were doing, franchisee/owner making a mint on sh*he service and customer service.

Great parking, decent food and a few wins on the monopoly. However, very poor waiting time (15 mins) considering it was really quiet. average mcflurry. All things considered a 5/10 is fair when compared to the 6/10 at Bon accords Subway!
