Subway in Rochdale

Last time I visited this store I was given frozen chicken in my sandwich for which I was offered a free cookie as compensation...Really? Decided to try it again this morning but wanted to double check the food wasn't frozen to be spoken to with a really bad attitude so I decided to leave. This is the worst Subway ever, wouldn't recommend at all!

Do not go here unless you want to be served a 1/4 of the toppings that they are supposed to give you. Secondly the staff member who served me was highly rude and unprofessional. I eat subway every week and I love it. I will never ever return to this particular subway again. A message to the lady who served me, pleasantries cost nothing, you might get further in life if you crack a smile once in a while! I’m Disgusted.

Asked for the one vegetarian option they had and just got given bread and basic salad. When I asked where my party was she said this vegetarian option didnt come with that. Appalling customer service. Not an impressive sandwich and not very open to others dietary needs. Wouldnt bother

I asked for gluten free bread and the lady serving said “urgh I have to go downstairs to get it” I said “that’s fine I can wait” to which she responded “urgh really, fine” I was made to feel uncomfortable for having dietary restrictions. It was unprofessional and rude
