The best restaurants in Rochdale North West

Seen this dippy on tour trail lead us to the cafe for lunch after a bit pricey but over all just enough to satisfy our appetite long wait to be served perhaps ? Still enjoyed the day

The best Chinese meal I’ve had in ages, we got the set meal for two and it was all gorgeous, two portions of chicken and sweetcorn soup, prawn toasts, spring rolls, chicken wings and prawn crackers and there is a choice of any two mains with rice or chips, all that for £26 ! Amazing value and all cooked perfectly and piping hot. We had Fish and chips last week and that was also perfect, the fish was huge and proper chippy chips. The one negative is the gravy, it’s not a traditional chippy gravy and we didn’t like it, but everything else is Lush 😀

The menu was not as advertised on the website and the prices were increased from 6.75 to 9.95 for the same thing. Chicken gourgoun and chips was chicken popcorn and a bowl full of chips basically 6 popcorn flavoured chicken for 9.95. Complained to the manager and basically couldn't care less. Never going back.

Turned up on Halloween night at 5.15 to find it all shuttered up.... rang the numbers on the sign only to be told they were closed and didn't know when they would be re-opening.

Just remembered I went in this coffee place based in the bus interchange in Rochdale ,handy if you are waiting for your bus or tram which is also adjacent to this bus station just across the road coffee is great . The thing about the coffee place I like that they decorated the middle table with what is in season eg ,easter mothers day nice to see

We have visited Vinesteins so many times and have never been disappointed. The food and the wines are fabulous, Austin is a great host and has given something very special to Rochdale . We were there last night to enjoy the pasta offer that is currently on , absolutely delicious and a great price. We would and do highly recommend paying a visit . Looking forward to our next one . Jonny Cocktail is AMAZING! We used them for our wedding at Chatsworth in May. The communication ahead of the day was brilliant and the service on the day was incredible! Delicious cocktails and super fast service - our guests loved it! Shout-out to our barman James who was such good fun. Thank you to all of the Jonny Cocktail team!!

2nd time ive been here, had afternoon tea with my daughter and grandson for her birthday and have to say its lovely. You get so much to eat and very good value for money. Beautiful cakes. Lovely friendly staff

The shop stunk like a dirty grid. Suzie Q was extremely rude to us as we complained about the smell. She told us to sit outside if we don’t like the smell. It was raining. So ended up soggy sausages and wet eggs. Not going again now. Put me off for dear life. Silly mare.

We go to The Bridge for lunch regularly. The staff, volunteers, are all friendly and welcoming. The food is freshly made and good quality. My husband is fussy about coffee and thinks this is the best coffee in the area, including all the restaurants we are blessed with. If you are in the area you will get good service and fresh food at very low prices.

Lovely place to visit. Friendly, local, unique. Highly recommend on a warm day as a lovely little visit for family or with a partner. Loads of flavours to choose from.

I have been in this little gem a few times. My latest visit reenforced my original thoughts that this establishment produces good quality food in a very pleasant environment. The staff are very pleasant and professional. This place is good value and is a must visit if in the area.

We ordered our mums 60th birthday cake from Naughty boy bakery. The cake was fantastic, not just how it looked but it tasted incredible too. Richard was really great too. We will definitely be ordering again and recommending to everyone we know.
