Achilles Meze Bar And Grill in Rochdale

Walked past here on our way to a wedding function ftom the train station. We didn't have a reservation. The restaurant is really quite small with not many tables The man was sat outside and he told us he was fully booked that night (Saturday night) we explained we would be in and out in an hour and so he managed to fit us in. I had chicken tigani, husband had lamb kleftiko. Both meals were cooked to absolute perfection! Melt in the mouth lamb chunks. The chicken was also extremely tender. One of the best greek meals we have ever had. The lady who cooked the meals came out to ask us how our food was and we had a lovely chat. What a very pleasant visit to your restaurant! lived the greek music playing too! Thank you so much! we will definitely return!@

Decent scran i wouldn’t dare ask for lamb or pizza. Little bit of domestics on the side ,but sound bloke before the drink.

Simply the best Greek restaurant I have been to recently amazing food great service Chef is very talented if you're in the area this is an absolute must! The chips are divine!

Have only recently found this hidden gem of a Greek restaurant. The owners are rightly very proud of the quality of their ingredients, preparation and cooking. They are also lovely people who will do everything possible to ensure you are delighted with your visit. They did a takeaway for me for 5 people whilst also catering for a full restaurant. We treated it as a Meze, sharing the 10 different dishes. Everything was exceptional and truly authentic to its Greek roots. The concentration is on quality over quantity at very fair level cost. Absolutely stunning!

This is my second visit to this fabulous little Greek restaurant. The owners are so lovely and very welcoming. The food was absolutely lovely, its a very entertaining place with greek dancing on their special greek nights, all in all its a brilliant place , Thank you for a great evening we will definitely be back. Please open another restaurant near me 😁
