Well what can I say I have been visiting this lovely place for many years , my friend and myself called about 4 30ish today had lovely food and drink my friend went to pay then we put our coats on and as we were walking through the door one of the young girls rushed over to us shouting to us ' Have you paid have you paid '. as you can imagine we were shocked everyone was looking at us it was so upsetting we are pensioners my friend said ' of course we have paid ' so we went back inside to show the receipt still people looking at us the young lady said ' Oh there was a mix up I'm sorry '. But this should never have happened in the first place !!! I have always recommended this place to many people over the years to be treated like this is unacceptable!!!

Ordered 3 starters no sauce or salad sent, got to be the worst Indian food I’ve ever tasted, dry , bland , rubbery. Cupar more like a pizza bread , rice over cooked, curry appalling. Phoned manager collected and said he’d replace the food and when I rang he then chose to offer a small discount rather than replace. The usual poor cocky attitude. Their chef needs to either go to Pandora or the Bay of Bengal on a cooking course. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ABSOLUTELY APPAULING

Just full of rubbish. The workers were NOT wearing any hair nets and when I got my food I saw hair on it. Plus I think the food was mouldy because I saw black spots on the burger. There was sauce squirted on the floor and there was flies flying around. Also when they asked me if I wanted to donated to charity they looked at me with a side eye because I said no

Enjoyed my chips and gravy. The chippy is very clean. Staff serving where nice. Will go back again very soon for certain. 💯

Ordered through JustEat and received possibly the worst service ever (no fault of the delivery partner) missing items from the order and tried to contact the restaurant via phone, the line was engaged for over half an hour and when the call was finally taken by the restaurant I was met with complete hostility from the staff who were less than enthused to deal with the problem. Ordering through a third party does not by default make the restaurant not liable for not fulfilling an order and to be told by a member of staff on site that "its not our problem and there's nothing I can do about it" because it's a just eat issue is completely abhorrent. Just eat are a delivery partner, they don't come into the site, jump on the line and cook food, they collect what should be a complete order which is already bagged and sealed supposedly with the correct items inside. A busy lunch service is expected, delays and mistakes are likely to happen, such is life. What isn't expected is the complete disregard and poor attitude from staff on site when faced with an easily fixable mistake, to be told that there is nothing that can be done about it is absolutely disgusting and staff members need to be trained in A) customer service and B) how to handle complaints in a proactive and polite manner. Managers at this site should be ashamed of their staff and invest some time in the hiring/training process.
