Absolutely shocking yet again missing items think they need new staff who can read because it’s every time I order it’s a joke!!!

Food stone cold had to throw half away nuggets were like rubber like they'd been out all night no straws so couldn't drink milkshakes or iced smoothly properly just disgraceful

Arrived after 2 hours. Freezing cold. I had already rang and cancelled the order but they didn’t listen to that either and it arrived anyway.

I turned up quite late nearing midnight and I spotted a couple of gentlemen at the entrance waiting (I presumed that the staff were cleaning the floors and had put barriers up to stop people from slipping on damp flooring but apparently they don't allow people inside after a certain time so the manager told me that I should use the drive-thru and I explained that my van roof is above the height barrier for the drive-thru & the manager explained that I had the option for going down the side next to where the barrier is and ordering on that side (Great for ambulances, police vans, in fact almost any higher roof vehicles can use that side for drive-thru orders which I found extremely helpful so I got back into my disability van and used the correct drive-thru section & found it fantastic I heartily recommend that you try this McDonald's

Submitted a complaint already. Advertised 15 minute delivery time and came 1 hour 30 mins later. Stone cold on arrival.

Food was extremely cold and dry.

Everything was cold, the drinks were spilled all over the food so it was ruined, we first got told that it would all be delivered at 11:25 but actually got delivered at 12:05

Supposedly delivered but courier didn’t knock or leave the food at the door. That’s £20 down the drain and nothing to eat/show for it. Unfortunately cannot leave a zero star review.

Poor service, no one dealing with the paying customers coming into tge restaurant. Too busy with delivery orders. Food cold when finally given to you when you've had to wait 20 plus minutes. Manager or assistant manager disrespectful. Should be a zero star review. AVOID.

I asked for NO ketchup on my burgers instead I got a lot of ketchup that I had to scrape off if I was allergic to ketchup you could have caused a health issue

Chips were cold, wrap wasn’t much better and when I opened it and went everywhere as not wrapped properly. I ordered a banana milkshake and got a mixture of chocolate & banana, so no didn’t enjoy it

Fab customer service from a staff member called Shazad on the drive through a few moments ago. My husband who is deaf was not able to use the drive through intercom so we drove through to the window and Shazad was able to talk very clearly to my husband and he was able to give his order this way, he was really helpful and used hand gestures which my husband really appreciated - we hope other branches can also adopt some deaf awareness. Would recommend this branch to people with disabilities 😀 thank you shazad for your help today

By far the worst Mcdonald's I've been to. On one occasion I was told they had ran out of chicken burgers so ordered a double cheese burger to only find out I received a normal single burger with no cheese. Today Friday the 16th I was told to park up and wait for a chicken burger and a double cheese burger. 25 minutes later still not arrived. Other people came and went with there order. I tried to asked members of staff bringing food to other customers regarding my order who in turn ignored me and other customers. Then I had to go to the drive through counter to inquire about my order he took my receipt and questioned the other staff who hadn't got a clue of my order. Another 5 min later the bag was passed through the window. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience and wait. The manager was in the background just smiling. Both burgers appeared to been thrown together and fell apart when unwrapped. I wasted my entire lunch break waiting for 2 bloody burgers, it's a complete joke. Not receiving my original receipt back I was unable to use my purchase order code to leave my feedback direct, which they must have anticipate. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Rochdale now has 2 of the worst Macdonalds that I have ever been too and only two have had bad reviews from me both half a mile away from one another. Went in today for simply two McFlurrys and a large fries . Despite showing order ready to be picked up plagued by the coming and going of a long stream of uber eats drivers barking order numbers at the staff who ignored me totally . I could see my ice creams ready but said I’d have to wait longer for the fries they seem to concentrate on getting the masses of deliveries ready ignoring walk in customers fries arrived cold no salt and ice cream mainly milk by then . AVOID or go to nearby Oldham they have much better ones

Driver got lost as per usual even when my house location is pined then couldn't follow simple instructions when the driver contacted me.

delivery was fine but order was bad, triple cheeseburger almost separated in packet and 2 choc milkshakes were half full, supposed to be large, we're regular in large cups

This store always forgets at least one thing from your order, this time it was the smokey barbecue sauce 80p I don't know how they can keep operating I've now ordered 6 times in the past 6 months and only live 5 minutes away from the restaurant so absolutely no excuse for cold food being delivered and items missing almost all the time the manager should be sacked and replaced immediately and anyone continually forgetting items should either be re trained or removed simple

ordered chicken selcts also mozzarella sticks and 20 nuggets and not 1 dip was in my delivery this is just wrong

Best Mcds Delivery Ive ever had delivered all food arrived on time boiling hot and all food ordered was cooked to perfection!!!
