McDonald's in Rochdale

A relatively clean McDonald’s, and they do tend to get your order correct. But somehow they do manage to make your food cold on every single order.

acceptable just..always have to park up in ddrivectgrough..don't eat in.. its just awaiting room for delivery drivers who always get served first

Food finally arrived 2 hours after ordering almost it was stone Cold and McFlurry had turned to liquid the full bag went straight into the bin. The service from the restaurant, staff clearly didn’t know how to use the order pad nor did they know how to deal with a complaint effectively.

When we ordered it said 35 minutes. Every time we check on the order the times changed so in the end we waited over 1.20 minutes. You should advise the time better. I understand you cannot fix an exact time however the difference between 35 minutes and 1.20 is shocking.

Driver clearly ate my food. Could see where he went in the bag without breaking seal. I side the bag was a burger 1 lonely chip that fell out of my chips when he ate them and also 1 salsa dip which should’ve been accompanied by mozzarella sticks. Clearly the driver ate my food.
