Better than I thought it would be

After recieving 2 chicken kebabs some of the chicken was pink on the inside so obviously could not eat. Spoke to them said they would send new ones out. They never and now they are closed and I cannot contact to discuss terrible service

Ordered 3 starters no sauce or salad sent, got to be the worst Indian food I’ve ever tasted, dry , bland , rubbery. Cupar more like a pizza bread , rice over cooked, curry appalling. Phoned manager collected and said he’d replace the food and when I rang he then chose to offer a small discount rather than replace. The usual poor cocky attitude. Their chef needs to either go to Pandora or the Bay of Bengal on a cooking course. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ABSOLUTELY APPAULING

Called on way home after travelling to a restaurant that was closed.... should have just gone here first.... had the Omar House Kebab in pizza box, states it's for 3 people but easily could feed 4 if not 5.... absolutely gorgeous, would definitely recommend.

Sorry I’m not a complainer but the food I thought was a poor standard. I ordered three starters but no yogurt sauce was sent. The starters were dry and tasteless. The curry was nothing like a bhuna, I know what a good bhuna as and I’m afraid this wasn’t it, the rice was over cooked the chapati was rubbery and has to be the worst I’ve had. I hace requested a full refund via just eat. Sorry Omar Sharif I wasn’t impressed in the least.

First time for me ordering from them although my friend, whose house I was at does, all the time! They were ahead of time delivery wise and the food was red hot and spot on. They read my notes and added extra spinach to my curry. Really delicious food. Wish I lived closer

Gorgeous kebab as always but I paid the driver extra to deliver popadums that I’d forgot to order through the app but rang to add on, he took my money but they hadn’t been added to my order. Gutted as I’d ordered all the sauces for them. Will alway recommend the food here though!

RAW CHICKEN! After ordering our food and half of the food being eaten, we then realised after cutting through the chicken that it was pink. I went to the restaurant to inform them and one member of staff was shouting at me saying he couldn’t give a refund and was very hostile about the situation. He finally refunded one item of food and was extremely rude to me before leaving. Will not be returning and will be reporting to trading standards also.

Arrived really fast and efficiently, I enjoyed every bit as the kebab was served warm, and it benefited from the extra pot of mint sauce. An option gratuitously provided from the menu. I would definitely order again. Five stars!

Hit miss delivery driver is a star an depending who answers the phone the food differs but certaintly not bad

late food ,5small pieces of lamb in the bhuna and 2 of them was grissle chips were cold ,starters were cold and the rice was a solid lump, normally pretty good but tonight's was awful 😔

Food was absolutely disgusting. Every single piece of “chicken” was dry, tasteless and the texture of cardboard. Chips were soggy and anaemic. Never waste your hard earned money, no matter how hungry or desperate you may be. Life is never that bad

Order arrived on time but the Pizza wasn’t warm and the kebab had red hot sauce on with no hint of the mild yoghurt sauce we ordered. Very disappointed indeed. Had to throw it away.

It’s hasn’t arrived yet, I ordered it over an hour ago to be delivered at 6.30 so not happy it’s late. I have phoned to ask about it and was told it is in its way, although the person I spoke to didn’t ask my name or address so he must just give that as a general response. On the delivery status it says ‘enjoy your food’ as if it has been delivered but hasn’t

The pizzas were fresh as usual and lovely, especially the Asian Style!

Won't be ordering again.... to start with the poppadoms we're all crushed they went straight in the bin.... got no yogurt sauce. Both curries we ordered were both sent wrong.

Superb food, fresh, tasty, hot, kebabs are amazing, the only place I know that services kebabs with salad and minted yogurt trims of cabbage - the flavour is really so good. Please open up in Milnrow again! :)

Food was tasty, very hot and great portion sizes.

Did the set meal as we always do.... poppadoms were spot on, onion bhaji starters were really hard, my chicken rogan josh was really bland no spice to it at all. We will still order off omars as his curries are always bang on. This was probably just a 1 off.

Ordered in store and was told I ordered incorrectly when I know what I ordered. Staff are horrendous and rude!!!! I’ve been using this take away for 20 years but absolutely gone down hill recently!!!I won’t be using again!!!

Very greasy and the chips was not nice

£18 for a medium sized portion of old meat that clearly had been cooked days before. Dry and hard beyond belief. Also missed my hot sauce off and gave me watery curry. Never again.

Ordered 3 kebabs. 2/3 were wrong. Sent the two back and new ones were sent with a 15/20 minute timeframe. 40 minutes later they arrived, 1 still wrong! We sat down 1hr and 45 mins after ordering.

The onion Bajhi’s were not fresh, they quite stale and dry.

We often order the mixed kebabs, but this last order was rubbish. The chicken tikka was totally different, both kebabs were much smaller and didn’t have any shashlick in them and only one had a tiny bit of salad, although it was ordered for both. Very disappointing after a long deliver time on a Thursday night.

Like eating in a restaurant, the chicken tikka was amazing, they made a beautiful Daal. Good value and really nice food.

There were no toppings on the pizza. Just sent a plane Marghareta wh I is not what we ordered.

Ordered a donner kebab on naan with medium sauce and bombay potatoes. The sauce on the kebab was mild and the bombay potatoes weren't cooked so not so good all round 👎👎👎

I paid 13.50 for wot I thought was gunna be a large kebab to share with my wife . When it cam it was no bigger then a really small kebab u would pay a fiver for anywhere else . We was really disappointed

Great food, great value for the money

Can do a good meaty box sometimes does doner meat chunks not strips and maybe some soggy chips, I’ve been very disappointed in the past but the meaty box was the right choice. Good combo of chips burger and doner meat. It can come with sauce and salt (not all the time) so a good surprise awaits. Comes with pepsi although once it didn’t so just don’t have high expectations. Yours truly the takeaway connoisseur…

This place tonight was shocking 😒 Kebab meat was slimey and tasteless. All the paper was stuck n wrapped inside the kebabs. Worst £24 I've spent for abit , Most of the food went in the bin . Will not be going again . AVOID

Shame not enough meat and the sauce was thin, meat bread and rice cooked nicely, I feel that I could have made this myself, no passion in the food, tasted like it was out of a jar … disappointing

Donner and chips I asked for Mayo misses don’t like mint sauce it was covered in mint sauce and cabbage so she didn’t eat it can’t complain about the keema kebab defo have it again

Ordered food at 1.15am - delivery stated 40-55 min, tried calling the place 53 times between 1.47 & 2.34am - restaurant kept hanging up, I went to bed, driver turned up around 3am and had the cheek to leave the order on the doorstep in the slogging down rain, absolute joke!!!

They dont know how to make pizzas they gave us a pizza where the topping slid off it when driving 2 mins down the road told me i did it myself to stop being cheeky and made me another and not even cut it 😂. Never again man 😂😂

Pizza is nothing special and the foid delivered was also wrong I ordered a margherita and mushroom pizza I received a margherita and a chicken pizza instead !!! Asked for a refund as I am vegetarian !!!
