Subway in Rochdale

sandwich was soggy, cold and didnt get alot of the ingredients ordered.

I feel sad for the workers but i must say the bad reviews here are only a reflection on the Director Izmat Shanaz and her Partner Khurram Mirza Baig awful Ethics towards employees .

The food was FREEZING. Very disappointing seeing as I live 6/7 mins away

Order never arrived despite being marked as delivered. Do not order from here online, it is best to go into the store to get your food. How this is allowed I do not know but I am now out of pocket and cannot get my money back

The driver went the longest possible way. Could have been a lot quicker.

The staff member was horrible, as I walked up he mouthed “for gods sake”. Felt rushed the whole time and he would roll his eyes and sigh everytime I asked for something. For a first time subway customer I saw the steak, unaware of the chilli’s/peppers and ordered it, I’m allergic to them yet he didn’t advise me what was in it. He was quite degrading by telling me I was having too much stuff on a sandwich. He just overall extremely rude. He had brown hair, a beard. Didn’t get his name

Stupid customer service. Especially the old lady working there. Very rude no professionalism .

One sub wasn’t toast as ordered but everything else okay

Awful drive through service. Had to wait 10 minutes just to speak someone on the order machine, and then after that just under 10 minutes to pay for the order and then another 10 minutes to get my order. So all in all waited just under 30 minutes for a drive thru order 🤦🏽‍♀️ would not recommend!

Don't bother with the drive through as have waited over ten minutes at the intercom before I have even been able to give the order! No apology. Very poor

Really do not recommend. I ordered 2 6 inch sunbelts and they was both soggy and cold. They gave me 3 foot longs instead even though I asked them for 6inch. The cheese was wet and soft making the bread soggy and every time I picked it up, the topping was dripping juices and falling out. The ration of filling to bread was well off too.

THE FSA - FOOD STANDARD AGENCY GAVE THIS PLACE 3 OUT OF 5 3 !!!!!!! DONT GO THERE ...DISGUSTING PLACE THE RE-USE CUSTOMERS FOOD LEFT ON TABLES .. FRANCHISE MANAGER CALLED MIRZA BAIG IS A SHAM OF A MANAGER WHO WIL NOT EVEN SORT OUT BEING OVERCHARGED TYPICAL !!!!!!

I usually get crispy onions put on the sub, & ask for extra bc it’s the best but for me which they usually put a lot of for me but this time there wasn’t even any on it, let alone extra. disappointing tbh. didn’t enjoy this time. not even finished it

Stale bread you ask for fresh bread they say it’s all fresh well it’s not as I worked at subway for 4 years! They use yesturdays bread! Also worst customer service I have ever received I have never seen a manager in shift that I can complain to

Potato crispers didn't seem to be cooked and was like biting into thawed chips.

Said my order was delivered when it wasn't, I had to leave my house and walk the streets to find the driver parked up on the phone without a care in the world. The drivers you employ are a joke !!

didnt receive sweetcorn on the foot long meal which completely ruined the otherwise bland sandwich.

Food was fresh and delicious, but had to be re-heated on arrival as it was almost cold.

We order some vegan cookies and a member of our household had a dairy intolerance and I got a note in the bag saying they have ran out of vegan cookies so they have put some some normal cookies and a bag or crisps ( what has milk in them ) that are not dairy free so was no use to use and could not eat them

Steak and Cheese on Italian bread with crispy onions and sweet onion sauce. Delicious and this review is from me, who has A typical anorexia nervosa. Not ashamed to admit it. I actually could eat this everyday.
