Oasis spilled all over my food.

Well where do I start 🤔The service was shocking 😕 the new touch screen ordering was shocking to slow &was Infront of the serving counter 🤔😕 Subway is meant to be ordering your food & selecting what you want Infront of you 👌 with the tablets screens you couldn't see the food being prepared 🤔😳& no hot drinks which is unbelievable 😳🤔&when the food came it was dry no taste 😳🤔I had the the honey mustard deli &was not tasty at all & my partner had the tuna melt &was dry & no taste 😳😦 then my partner went to use the toilets & she came back saying them toilets we're disgusting & couldn't use the facilities 🤢we will definitely not recommend or ever step foot in the place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food arrived almost 2 hours late and the food was cold bread was stale meat smelt funny

You driver was stood outside not evening looking for the door and also on his phone

Dreadful Service, team just lack respect, restauraunt was a mess. Very transactional experience using the screens. Terrible!

Lovely fresh steak salad and plenty of it, very tasty

Place has had a refurb with some new seats. That's the positives. You now have to order via a screen, scanning your app, selecting everything you want. I placed my order, added a discount code on the app which refused to discount so ended up paying full price. Forced to get a fountain soft drink because they've no hot drinks available. Then to top it off, made to wait until 2 people behind me had received theirs to be told the bread I'd selected wasn't available. The staff do not have a clue and do not care about customer service. Pointless getting the sandwich toasted as it took so long I didn't have time to eat it before I was back to work

They have added in kiosks which you think would be better but instead items were listed as Sold Out even though its a 24/hr subway? The whole point of subway is making a sandwich to your liking but i feel like this has ruined the whole aspect of the franchise.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!! I waited 15 minutes for my order of 1 sandwich, 1 waffle fries and 1 hot cross bun. There were only 2 orders completed while I waited. 3 members of staff to complete one order in 15 minutes. 1 was making the orders, 1 was refilling the already full cookies and the last employee just walked back and forth doing nothing. Terrible atmosphere that constantly made me feel uncomfortable. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had

Shocking service,took a while to be acknowledged then asked to wait which we did,placed the order then 3 times was asked again what we wanted I would understand if we ordered a lot but literally ordered one 6inch sub & a sprite. Will not be visiting again.

my order was stuck in "preparing" for an hour and a half, which is absolutely ridiculous just for a sandwich and it arrived cold!! on the other hand my delivery driver was lovely and quickly delivered once he finally received the order

Estimated 20-30 minutes delivery time, arrived and hour after ordering. Food was cold, heavy cold drink bottles on top of food squishing it. Delivery driver handed me the bag, also had a KFC bag in hand for another house so clearly collecting other orders from nearby restaurants whilst people's orders are getting cold. Never had issues from this Subway but this service was dreadful, paying extra charges for service and delivery where both was poor in shocking.

This is the 3rd time ive paid for a 1.25l drink and u sent me 500ml drink not happy!

I went to the drive through on my lunch and waiting a while before anyone acknowledge me. Then another wait for my order and an even longer wait for my sandwich! Which when I eventually received with no apology for the waiting time!! The sandwich was on stale bread and the chicken was obviously not fresh nor was the salad. After a couple of bites it tasted and smelt mouldy so I could not eat it! Definitely not worth the wait and I won't be using this shop again

Really very disappointing. Love subway but this one was is reckless. Asked for chicken tikka , it wasn't there no issues. Asked for teriyaki chicken , it was there . Confirmed the order , what do you get , plain chicken with toppings you didn't ask for no taste no flavour. My daughter who prefers SBW over Maccas quotes it was the worst subway she had eaten. So not cool.

bought 3 chicken tikka sandwiches . all 3 breads were too hard . we couldnt bite into them . as i was getting late to work couldnt take them back . had to put them in the bin .its as if they dont like to work . .it wasnt even busy . only 2 customers .

The last couple of times I ordered from here it’s been horrendous. The first instance was when the staff put jalapeños on instead of pickles and then started to pull them off and put them back with all sauce on them. When I received my sub there were still jalapeños on it as well as sweetcorn which I didn’t order. The second instance was when the staff dropped a glove on the floor and picked it up and put it on and started serving. When I received my sub there was hardly any salad on it and the bread was disgusting and resembled flatbread. I didn’t have time to complain to staff as I was on my break and wouldn’t have had time to go McDonald’s. Wont be going here again. The price of the food I expect good service and nice food. Never again.

Just been to get lunch ordered 2 footling sandwiches, 1 no salad and low and behold get to work and full of salad which I cannot eat. Tried calling 22 times line constantly busy. £22 later still hungry dinner in the bin

I am looking to claim a refund. The food took almost 2 hours. The driver told me that the initial driver had cancelled and the food was sat waiting all of that time. It was cold, soggy and inedible. I am very unhappy with my order

Normally is spot on but today the sauces were spilt everywhere the drink leaked the meatballs were opened and all over the bag dunno if delivery driver dropped bag as it was ripped and wrong sub disappointed

It would have been nice to have had some cheese on my Nachos and for them not to turn up all at the bottom of the bag!!!!

Paid for double meat, received single meat portion. Order summary showed no delivery charge (just eat+), checkout added delivery. Late delivery.

Driver past my house more than once, I had to stand at my door for 12 minutes trying to wave at the driver. i have a big sign with my address, you can't miss it. your service is absolutely rubbish!! how can you be 12 minutes late when your parked on my street!!

my sub was definitely missing the sweet onion sauce and I ordered a pot of sweet onion sauce but received bbq instead. big disappointment.

Wrong delivery. Driver or store not interested. Will need to get in my car and re-order dinner. Would like a full refund incl cost of delivery. Not impressed with lack of human interaction Just eat!!

Placed order 3:00-3:15am and it came at 04:15 am it took so long. It’s not even busy at these times. They’re so slow. Mozzarella cheese wrap nothing like in the pictures and cheese wasn’t even melted. Ben and jerrys ice cream was vile with ice crystals inside and the ice cream had off texture and taste. This happens when it’s not been stored at proper temperatures!

sandwich was soggy, cold and didnt get alot of the ingredients ordered.

I feel sad for the workers but i must say the bad reviews here are only a reflection on the Director Izmat Shanaz and her Partner Khurram Mirza Baig awful Ethics towards employees .

Order never arrived despite being marked as delivered. Do not order from here online, it is best to go into the store to get your food. How this is allowed I do not know but I am now out of pocket and cannot get my money back

The staff member was horrible, as I walked up he mouthed “for gods sake”. Felt rushed the whole time and he would roll his eyes and sigh everytime I asked for something. For a first time subway customer I saw the steak, unaware of the chilli’s/peppers and ordered it, I’m allergic to them yet he didn’t advise me what was in it. He was quite degrading by telling me I was having too much stuff on a sandwich. He just overall extremely rude. He had brown hair, a beard. Didn’t get his name

Awful drive through service. Had to wait 10 minutes just to speak someone on the order machine, and then after that just under 10 minutes to pay for the order and then another 10 minutes to get my order. So all in all waited just under 30 minutes for a drive thru order 🤦🏽‍♀️ would not recommend!

Don't bother with the drive through as have waited over ten minutes at the intercom before I have even been able to give the order! No apology. Very poor

Really do not recommend. I ordered 2 6 inch sunbelts and they was both soggy and cold. They gave me 3 foot longs instead even though I asked them for 6inch. The cheese was wet and soft making the bread soggy and every time I picked it up, the topping was dripping juices and falling out. The ration of filling to bread was well off too.

I usually get crispy onions put on the sub, & ask for extra bc it’s the best but for me which they usually put a lot of for me but this time there wasn’t even any on it, let alone extra. disappointing tbh. didn’t enjoy this time. not even finished it

Potato crispers didn't seem to be cooked and was like biting into thawed chips.

didnt receive sweetcorn on the foot long meal which completely ruined the otherwise bland sandwich.

Said my order was delivered when it wasn't, I had to leave my house and walk the streets to find the driver parked up on the phone without a care in the world. The drivers you employ are a joke !!

Would have tasted nicer if was prepared how we asked.
