Seen this dippy on tour trail lead us to the cafe for lunch after a bit pricey but over all just enough to satisfy our appetite long wait to be served perhaps ? Still enjoyed the day

The best Chinese meal I’ve had in ages, we got the set meal for two and it was all gorgeous, two portions of chicken and sweetcorn soup, prawn toasts, spring rolls, chicken wings and prawn crackers and there is a choice of any two mains with rice or chips, all that for £26 ! Amazing value and all cooked perfectly and piping hot. We had Fish and chips last week and that was also perfect, the fish was huge and proper chippy chips. The one negative is the gravy, it’s not a traditional chippy gravy and we didn’t like it, but everything else is Lush 😀

Just passing through on way to Hebden Bridge. Deceiving front, just looks like a take-away. New seating upstairs but no lift. New business, it had been a chip shop. The burger was rich and thick, beautifully cooked with a fresh seeded bun and crispy lettuce, tomatoes and onion if required. I'm not a fan of fries as I like thick chunky chips but these were very special. I could get used to them. The young lady who served us was delightful and made us feel really looked after. Hubby had the chicken breast burger with no salad and he said it was delicious. The coffee was okay and for a total bill of nine pounds I was well pleased. They have only been open 7 weeks but deserve to do well. Good Luck to them

Should be more like 10 stars. We’ve been visiting this delightful and wonderful eatery for approx 2 years. All the staff are polite to each other and especially all the customers, never ever had a bad order, food always well presented, well cooked, excellent value for money, can’t praise Sweet Coffee enough, the best bit is they actively encourage people’s four legged friends. Thank you Janet and staff. Marc & Jacqui M

Dear Google could you please add a drive in road inside to COFFE HOUSE as the location is ending at the main road which is real inconvenience in rainy season specially with children and senior citizens

The welcoming was very warm, however, it was very cold inside the pub. The food was absolutely fabulous the chips home cooked and presentation was lovely. Claire was very attentive. The food is just as good if not better than the previous cook. You Must pay it a visit.

Popped in for an early teatime meal..Staff were faultless...really lovely. I had a plain burger...due to my onion intolerance which was understandable..My partner ordered the sirloin steak with mash & peas. Unfortunately he couldn't eat his steak as it was full of sinews and very 'over seasoned' with salt. There wasn't one mouthful he could eat! We mentioned this to the waitress who came to collect our plates. We were surprised that we were not compensated for this inedible meal or even received an apology! We finished our drinks & left....suffice to say...we won't be going again!!!! Awful steak, covered in salt!!!!!!
