Sick of this particular costa getting my order wrong all the time!! Ordered a maple hazel latte which is meant to come with cream and topping.. got a plaint maple latte?!! Order peach ice tea and I got 3 ice cubes I. The whole cup!!!! Peach ice tea was piping hot- the clue is in the name!!! Staff definitely need more training in n how to brew up!!

Costa - this place is actually located inside odeon cinema, here we have a nice upto date open plan store thats clean and tidy, offering a wide range of drinks both hot and cold. Staff here are great. 4 stars as i beleive this is the worst location for costa as its hidden inside odeon, its not well advertised, nor are there many (i spotted 1) signs so allot of people will not know this gem is here, its not just for cinema goers its open to the public. Itd do better with better signposting around sandbrook park - at the moment people walk past unaware of costas presence.

Extremely Rude and miserable manageress with a serious attitude and rude staff. It was 1/2 hour to closing time and we were asked to move so they could mop. The girl swept peoples feet and mopped round their tables whilst they were drinking. Thd extremely rude manageress kept shouting out a countdown of when they were closing, youve got 10 mins, youve got 7 mins, youve got 4 minutes. Drink was tepid and cake was stale. Learn to smile and have some manners instead of being rude to people.

Coffee didn't taste like Costa beans and hat bits in it. Service and atmosphere was okay.

1 person working Dishwasher apparently not working (so have to have a takeaway cup) Can’t spend Costa points here Just rubbish

Went in for a coffee won't be going again massively overpriced.

Coffee was surprisingly ok, however the chap making it was about as charismatic as a punch in the face !

The manageress is not the friendliest person. She has a very unwelcoming expression. The rest of staff are very nice. Really unhappy that she had to wipe a table for us when took grandchild in. Offered to do it myself but no. Not the first time I have found this. Everyone is allowed a bad day but come on.

Rude staff. Changed order but this seemed to anger the member of staff who looked at a colleague. Will NOT be returning. They are far nicer at Starbucks.

Poor food selection and can be very slow service. Can be quicker to go to subway near by rather than queuing

Staff didn't know what they were doing half the time it took quite a time to be served .we just had coffee and tea.

We do like this Costa and always get good service. They lose a star as you can't redeem loyalty points or coffees here from the Costa app, you can earn points but not spend them, which is odd.

Such rude staff. Waiting to buy an orange juice...no one else there then told to wait in a queue that had formed while I'd stood waiting my turn. Girl behind the till spoke to me like rubbish. Rochdale branch clearly have no customer skills. Disgusting! 😡

Female staff who was working Monday 14/11/22 at opening, very rude with bad attitude and on her phone too busy texting giving 0% customer service, would not recommend this Costa at all

Had a iced peach drink, lovely wanted a Strawberry mint iced tea but they had sold out. Nice alternative though. Service was great x

Cinema good but food and drink prices expensive

Described by the 2 staff on shift as "We're not a Costa, we're Odeon" when challenged. Beware this store doesn't accept any offers from the Costa app despite being able to order on it. They don't recognise any nationwide Costa discounts either. Originally had to repeat my order for a 3rd time before it was correct and then appeared at a price completely different to that on the menu boards. Better service at McDonalds on the same retail park!

Cake and coffee, what's not to like?

So I came into the store yesterday with my little girl as she was feeling sick so I needed the closest toilet and I got a a disgusting comment of the girl who worked there saying I had to buy something I explained my situation that my 6 year was going to be sick absolutely horrible her attitude I would have bought something but he attitude was horrible I get rules but with the situation being 6 year old going to sick just not on

Great coffe place would have given more stars if the members of staff would have served us quicker rather than just stand around talking to each other

Couldn't even make a caramel latte . Hopeless and uninterested staff.

We asked for three iced coffees. The lady serving us started making hot coffee so we stopped her and repeated the order. She then had to read the instructions how to make them off a wall chart. We were eventually handed three drinks and we went to our car. Then tasted them. They were disgusting. Cold, coloured water, barely coffee flavoured. Undrinkable. No we didn’t take them back, it was too hot to be bothered but we won’t be going back.

Staff very friendly and toast good.

Always plenty of room and the flat white is great.

The young man who served us was the best barista by far, really switched on you could see loved his job and should go far - to the top management you have an opportunity to have a very senior manager to enhance your business please don't lose him, I visit alot of Costas he stood head shoulders above the others who have served us.

The gent behind the counter was very rude .will not be visiting this place again he was an absolute t**t

This costa is inside the pictures can get busy but mostly quite very helpful staff and a great place to meet or just have a quite coffee etc

Decent size inside with comfy seating, good service and everything was nice and clean, fair choice of sandwiches etc. Also access to nachos over in the Odeon area! So I got a panini, coffe and nachos, happy days.

Fantastic staff that completely professional behaviour makes you feel you are their No. 1 customer, whom ever is the manager/Supervisor well done on training your staff.

Costa Coffee in Trafford is a nice place to relax and enjoy some warm.deink with cake or biscuits. Plenty of space to sit.

Poor ! Visited this costa a few times while seeing a film. First time no lids on tea pots non available ,the second time the cups being used diŕty/stained took them back to the desk was told all cups are like that (they need cleaning better)

Been here a few times and the staff are really friendly and amiable. Despite some queuing I’ve never had to wait too long for a coffee. They always have a variety of non dairy milk and are very helpful with suggesting new coffee options.

we went to have a meeting at Costa and ordered 3 drinks, the Latte and Capucino were lukewarm and the Latte had to be heated up. The pannini my friend ordered was tasteless. Defnitely not worth the money will not be back. The problem with the drinks has happened before and I have had to have them reheated. If you want a decent coffee for a reasonable price go to Dee Dees Coffee Shop at the Range in Kingsway Retail Park

Absolute shocking customer service

This costa has staff that will go the extra mile. Fantastic service and customer satisfaction. They offer separate grills for veg and meat which for muslims is great news as the costa in town centre doesn't. Their selection of veg options is greater and they make their coffee to a certain temp which does not burn your throat also unlike costa town centre. Here the option of trying paradise blend is offered up instead of having to find this superb blend yourself. Costa @ Odeon has a more involved and friendly staff that are wonderful and genuine. My perfect Costa experience has arrived. Now I just need lazyboys to really finish it off! To the two men that served me, a huge thankyou and please train town centre to be more like you!!

Use this Costa daily and it is less convenient for me than the local Starbucks. However, the team in Costa deserve a massive credit. Always friendly, I always feel welcome when I turn up. Keep up the good work
