Joe & The Juice in Merton

Esta ya ha sido la segunda vez que, cuando pido comida para llevar con esta tienda, uno de los artículos nunca se entrega o se daña. No es fácil comunicarse con ellos por teléfono, solo evite usar esta tienda.

The staff are more interested in chatting amongst themselves than doing their jobs. The place was dirty with bins overflowing and the Americana @£3.30 was was surely warm water with some black dye because it bore no resemblance to coffee. Mercifully it was ridiculously small so I could leave pronto. Never going back. FU

The youngster preparing the food made fun of my foreign accent in my face after I ordered, and they kept giggling obviously. This uneducated rude and careless staff convinced me to stick to homemade smoothies 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I waited 15 minutes to receive my order from staff who could not have been described as overly friendly. The coffee was like dishwater- Americano was essentially coloured hot water. Mocha was unpleasant. Croissants were dry- clearly old. The worst eating out experience I have had for a very long time… We left it on the table, barely touched.

This place is not cheap... in fact very expensive. I have come here to sit with my Computer and I am freezing. They have no heating. Next time I shall not come here.

Nobody was in the que. About five members of staff were all chatting despite a couple of them noticing me. I literally felt like I walked into someones private get-together. I had to ask if I could order, instead of being greeted.

And manners cost nothing too. Everything else mediocre at best. Plates would be a good idea Never again ...

I had the best toasted club sandwich I've had anywhere in a long time. Staff were really nice and everything was spotlessly clean. I also had a tasty healthy power shake that was amazing. I will be returning soon.

Unbelievably rude, mean and unprofessional staff, service is beyond a joke, coffee(flat white) was awful and clearly cut corners on actual coffee cos it was very weak. Oh, and you can’t pay with cash. I’ll repeat that - you are not allowed to purchase with your hard earned money. There are tons of lovey cafes in Wimbledon, hope this one goes under!

staff so rude only got a cuppa to take-away - if im paying top dollar for a tea at least stir it for me -- just giving me a small cup of hot water and throw a tea bag in -don't cut it with me -had to find the milk had to find a lid and stir it myself a nice welcome be nice - get a fiver out then told by a rude snob it was cash only - i ask why got told money carries germs - and told to get with it -- like I dont know how to use a contactless card .. lost my buisness -- joe can stick his juice where the sun dont shine

Called in on Saturday afternoon for 2 juices. Not very busy - perhaps 2 couples waiting and one large family. The problem is that there was only one young lady working the whole store. She was polite, but clearly rushed off her feet, and could have done a simple thing - tell customers that their orders will take 15mins, rather than take the money up front with no such information. The result? Two over-priced juices and me having to ask for a refund after we could wait no longer, only to be told that this wasn't possible, but I could always email in. Great service - adding insult to injury. J&TJ is an OK place, but let's face it - if you can't afford a decent level of staff at these prices, then don't bother opening a store. Anything I order online comes within hours or a day at most. The high street won't survive if this is the best it can offer.

Wimbledon village great one the Wimbledon high street very poor customer service. Rude staff...defiantly I will not return !so many other bad reviews here why nobody does anything about it ?

Ordered big cup of freshly made juice, received a cup of crap instead! The juice had about half a cup of ice in it!!! I said I didn't ask for ice (read - we dilute our overpriced juices with chlorinated tap water!!!) and requested another juice. I was refused... So best I could do was get a spoon and try to scoop out as much as possible. Sadly they blend it with the ice cubes, so a lot of it was very small or already melted. Very very bad service. I was told this was the standard at Joe & The Juice; good to know, I will definitely never go again.

I would not recommend to stay in if you need you use toilet as no toilet at all!!! The girl behind the tilat Did not seem to no much what was going on in the Café. Not sure if go again- also juices overpriced !

First time in this drab cafe, practically empty on a Monday morning, but thought we'd give it a chance. Rude young male working behind the counter with cocky attitude; clearly no experience in customer service, nor did he realise or care that the whole existence of the cafe (and hence his job) depends on customers coming back. When asked where the toilets were, his reply was there weren't any for customers, only staff. This is clearly in breach of UK law as this is a cafe serving food and drinks with well over ten seats. When confronted with this fact, he told us to leave the cafe! Currently in the process of logging this incident with trading standards. Will NEVER go back to any Joe & the Juice (who the hell do they think they are?)

Although, I went to JTJ about 2 weeks ago, the appalling service and attitude has remained with me and I have remembered to give this review. I attended to buy my 17 year old daughter a healthy sports smoothie and a Joe's Club as she had been training. We travel from Hertfordshire - therefore a long day. The younger member of staff who took the order was relatively pleasant but needs to smile. However, the taller male member of staff who prepared the smoothie and the club sandwich spoke to me rudely and had an awful ATTITUDE! As a female - I felt intimidated to be rudely asked why I stood at the counter watching him. I was simply in a hurry and waiting to collect and run. Bearing in mind there was two other people seated in the venue and no-onelse. I said I had never been asked that question. This made me feel uncomfortable but I stood still and then proceeded to watch as he made my daughter's smoothie with a dirty looking brown/ bruised banana which I know is not what you should use. He then thinly sliced the avocado for the club sandwich and proceeded to question me again. Please do not engage with this member of staff - totally unprofessional, I'm Asian and he looked light skinned male. I walked away feeling very disappointed and rather taken back!!!!!!! AVOID this venue! THE COMPANY HAS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER'S to call and complain - probably because they would end up with more complaints than customers!!

Large bar and servery,tables & chairs cramped and interior quite gloomy but a busy vibe prevailed. Huge board on wall offering many healthy juices and sandwiches. Taking a quick lunch break .....my daughter and I ordered a toasted flat bread with chicken & Avocado. Nicely presented ! Fairly bland. Hot chocolate was delicious. Reasonably priced for the area.

The manager could learn a lot from his lovely staff. Surly with a face that hasn’t smiled for some time I imagine. He should probably consider a career move into a role without any contact with the general public. Shame as the other staff are great.

It’s a chain and quite aseptic, the juices are standard: three unimaginative ingredients. I took a Go Away Doc (carrots, apple, ginger, large cup 16 oz, £ 5,50) and asked for a single, thin slice of lemon. The staff cheekily charged 50 pence for it...
