This place is nothing without Emily. So helpful and goes out of her way to deliver excellent customer service. Give a Emily another payrise as her current promotion is not sufficient.

The place was completely empty, and still I managed to have bad customer service by a guy who obviously didn't give a f*** about his job and the customer.
