Caffe Nero in Islington

I really like the food in your shop and every product you sell is nice but all the People works here are super slow and lazy . I work in a restaurant near the shop and I came every day because in the only coffee bar near . Every day is the same , Only two maximum three people in the queqe and 20 minutes to take the orders . Came on !!! Is not possible at all !! Please tell to your employer to wake up a little bit they need to be bit more helpful and fast !! Is not acceptable! End is not just me , every day other people as well complain with me while we are in queqe togheter waiting ages . Please As a usual customer i aspect someone it will take action from that comment and something will change . Thank ‘you .

Packed! People everywhere on hand held devices, kindles, tablets and lap tops keeping warm, taking up seating space with a empty coffee cup in front of them. Ok they have purchased from the shop but chilling out like this they are taking up valuable seating space for those who want a hot drink a quick biscuit nibble then off again into the madness of Islington. Three of us, all adults ended up squashed on to a two place table, in the middle of the floor, causing utter mayhem as other clientele tried to squeeze past. Staff brilliant, made a super round of coffees! It's a coffee shop! Toilets not so good, filthy, in fact disgusting and I can only say it looked like animals had used them. Urine on the floor, all over the top porcelain along with the other unpleasant product produced from within a body. Why on earth wipe it over the porcelain? Grief! Horrid. We left soon after not opting for a second cup.
