Rotten food. Don’t substitute but will happily take off what you don’t like and not even change the pricing how’s this right? Chewy soggy food. My 5 year old could cook better!!

Its cheap, there's usually plenty of seats and easy to park up. kids at last check could eat free. That's the positives. Negatives It's food without love, very generic prepacked frozen fuel to keep you going. Cheap bacon, watery coffee. A pit stop but not a place you would choose to go for for a day out. Staff aren't anywhere near on the ball, and look sad to be there. Come on Morrisons you can do better.

Absolutely awful. Dirty tables full of used crockery etc, terrible service. The guy taking orders made me wait ages while I’m sure he was on his phone. The coffee machine was not working while the other one was out of order. They eventually turned up to sort it out. The only positive was the lady that served us was very pleasant and friendly

Worst breakfast, ever. Undercooked hash browns inside but burnt on the outside, how do you do that; rotten, out of date mushrooms; dirty table with a dirty cloth still on it.. Not even worth a visit now, such a shame.

Think they need to close it and give the place a clean. The list of dirt is way to long to mention. I really would not want to give it 1 mark

Ordered at the till, from a young lad with glasses, chose a tablet and waited, and waited. Watched as our meals grew colder on the side, under the lights while staff chatted and kept walking off. Once delivered to our table the breakfast were ok but cold, soup was nice and still warm. We weren't told there was a delay or where to get drinks and cutlery, not given butter. I had to go back to the till twice to get all that sorted out. The lady serving seemed to have a RBF to the woman in the queue in front of me but seemed ok to me, however from a distance my party thought she had a face on when she served me too. A lady by us had waited an hour, she asked where her meal was and they basicly continued to ignored her, continuing to bring other peoples food out but not hers. She asked for a refund and RBF talked over the top of her as she complained, but didn't seem to apologise. We wouldn't rush back.

Ordered fish, chips and mushy peas twice. They had run out of salt and mayo, fish was delicious and cooked well but the chips were soggy and peas had to go back because they were barely warm.

Called in as we were shopping in store. we were informed that there was a 30 minute wait for hot food which was actually longer than that. My husband ordered fish and chips and I was hoping to have lasagne but they didn’t have any so I had to opt for the fish and chips which we have to say was very good. I overheard more than one couple saying that they were unable to order what they wanted as they had run out. It wasn’t late in the day really only about 1pm for them to run out. This has happened to us before on more than one occasion. The staff are very friendly but do not seem that enthusiastic possibly having to explain to customers that they can’t have what they really want! Also we were looking forward to their free offer of crumpets if you ask for Ellen but they had run out of stocks. They are situated in a supermarket which stocks them some why they can’t transfer some over from their shelves I don’t know. Other offers they have had like this before have not be available when you get to the till. Having such a long waiting time doesn’t encourage you to go back again. It’s alright if you are not in a hurry and have plenty of time but would be a problem with young children as I could see for myself.

Decided to try the avocado on toast one morning. It was awful, straight out of a squirty bottle yuggghh. Such a shame when the fresh avocado's are literally 40 yards from the cafe. Come on Morrisons get your act together.

Wedges and nuggets single handedly the WORST I’ve had, like they’ve been sitting in the heat since lockdown started and claim to be freshly made in store. £5.25 wasted on lunch

Went on Sunday to our local Morrisons cafe and enjoyed their meal deal, a main meal, sweet and a drink for £8.99. What a bargain. I had the roast chicken dinner, the apple crumble and custard and a pot of tea. The restaurant was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the service quick. The portion sizes were good and so was the quality too. Great value for money will be going again soon.

Lovely staff: filthy, sticky, disgusting cafe however. A real health hazard. Please do a deep clean before you get a visit from Environmental Health!

I hate giving poor reviews but despite receiving a refund the way the fish fingers were supplied as dry, tough and over baked not only mine but my partner’s as well left us both very disappointed as we were expecting a nice meal after a pleasant walk. Apologies were received but a simple cook for fish fingers appears beyond the abilities of the “cook”. Mind you the roll was ok. We expect better on our next trip.

Had breakfast yesterday morning, food cold, scrambled eggs had been microwaved, mushrooms where disgusting, the price £7.00, definitely not worth going back again. 1 x male staff member running around like a headless chicken, he didn't know which way to turn.

Been for lunch today and ordered the soup carrot and butternut squash which was OK, I asked for a brown roll but instead I got boring sliced brown so i asked for a roll and was told they didn't have any but could get me seedy one, that came straight from the freezer I think and was the so dry it would of made good bread crumbs .not worth £7.45 for the tiny bowl of soup 😡

What a find we were staying at Ludlow Touring site and booked Sunday lunch at The Wheatsheaf . The pub was really welcoming warm and comfortable. We were two couples who went for Sunday lunch and we all agreed it was the best Sunday lunch we had had at a pub and really good value . The beef and lamb were really tender and there was a good selection of vegetables all cooked perfectly. The service was good and nothing too much trouble. Thank you for making our first visit a success
