Morrisons Inverness Cafe in Highland

Gave it one star as couldn’t select zero. Slow service with cold food. Staff couldn’t have cared less either. Morrisons have certainly ruined this cafe. Do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere.

Food was luke warm and burnt complained to staff member she couldn't have cared less items missing and they replaced food still cold and burnt waited ages for our food aswell

I'm afraid my experience at the inverness ,restaurant ,was nor good , there were no cups to be seen , my self and a few other customers waited 10 minutes before we could get a cup , as the young girl at the till Molly who is doing a great job on her own serving , putting orders out and clearing up.on her own , really felt for her, the tables also full of dishes and not been cleanedI do really think , there should be more help in the restaurant off the shop floor , even to help clear the tables . Visited a number of times over the past 6 months still no change and the single staff member on duty under pressure and stressed 05/04/2024

Friendly staff but certainly wouldn’t go back again. From ordering our food at 11.01 am we didn’t get served until 11.50am. Food was fine but service shocking.

Waited 40 mins for an all day breakfast in the Inverness cafe and came out cold and missing toast. When partner went to till there was also another woman asking for a refund as the food was taking so long to come out and she needed to go. The cafe used to be good but now has gone down hill will never be coming back again.
