Overall experiences are good to have quick lunch here and tried the local taste! Baked potato series are nice! Food Serve fast and staff friendly! Should worth more than 3 marks here!

God awful. The worst fish and chips I've ever had. Go anywhere else, subway is far superior.

The burgers are nearly empty and don’t give any taste. In addition to that the atmosphere was crash by completely unrelaxing music. I don’t suggest going here.

Terrible, at the menu was written Smoked Haddock and mushroom risotto, it came a risotto with a scent of Haddock. Do not go, run away.

Food was simple, nearly no flavor. Service delayed and poor quality customer service. Excessively overpriced. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The best part of our experience in here was the £2.50 can of irn bru. The Cullen skink was over priced and was the worst soup I ever had.

Called in here as every other café was full which there isn't many, and this one part from four other people was empty. Wasn't sure about eating here because it looked a bit grubby, but we decided on two bacon rolls Worst mistake ever. In fact I took them back and got my money back, the bacon wasn't cooked and the roll was hard. Please try somewhere else.

What a disappointment. In a town with few restaurants, it’s shocking one of this low quality stays in business. Two in our party ordered the Angus Burger that comes with salad and chips. The burgers were dry and tasteless; the salad was two pieces of wilted lettuce on the bun. Lukewarm, tasteless chips. Just awful. Others in our party ordered pizza which was a cheesy mess with little flavor. Despite the long lines waiting to get into other places on the Main Street, we recommend going anywhere else. Don’t eat here unless you’re starving and in a real hurry.

Got the overnight oats with blueberry and pumpkin seeds, only to be served with porridge made with water (tasteless) with a few blueberries mixed in. Very disappointing

Nice big coffee with full flavor. Scrambled eggs with toast and an egg roll. Friday morning Sept. 6th. Host/server was pleasant and didn't seem rushed. Food was presented nicely. Was surprised to see the other reviews. May have stayed away if we saw the reviews first, but glad we stopped. Nice simple breakfast and friendly service.

Just go somewhere else, I wish we had. But having small people and trying to find breakfast for a family of 4 was a challenge. Stumbled across this place. Warning bells ignored as a previous customer didn't touch his food and left. Children's porridge (overnight oats) made with water and just grey and hotter than the sun. All day breakfast had either excessively overcooked and an under cooked egg. The scrambled egg and toast instantly made me feel sick. I've never seen that much oil on scrambled egg before, thou i was told it was made with just butter, clearly wasnt as you can see by pictures. They did as requested and took it back to try again but then the rest of the food came out I requested for the repeat to not occur. The chef didn't get this message but we were over it by that point and wanting to feed our children. Thankfully the immensely Scottish hubby refused to pay for the inedible meals and we just paid for the kids starting there's and the drinks. Please don't bother ordering a latte it was just a normal instant coffee that had a weird taste. Excessively expensive for such disappointment.

Had the worst double cheeseburger ever. Staff was not coordinating orders with ine another. When I checked out the reviews later, the experience made sense.

The food was made with love, tasted good and had nice large portions. The service was nice and the price-performance ratio was also good. I was missing a preheated plate, otherwise everything was great.

The worst restaurant I have seen in a long time. The food looks like it was bought at Lidl (although it tastes better from the supermarket). They take a long time and they need to improve cleaning.

TLDR DO NOT COME HERE!!!! We obviously did not check the reviews before coming in and absolutely regretted our decision coming here. Place had bees and flies flying around, disruptive. Mussels smelt FOUL, not even exaggerating, we managed to clear 2 tables after our dish was being served because it was too smelly. Clearly the mussels were not fresh and the ingredients used were bad too. Fish and chips were FULL OF BONES........ fish was tasteless. Look at the bill too, not worth 40bucks. Left without finishing because it was too bad.

I got quite exited wen I saw Cullen skink on the menu. It one of my favourite foods. Well I was very disappointed in what I got. Not the thick winter warmer I was expecting. My wife had a baked potato with prawns. I'm pretty sure the prawns were farmfood shrimps. Absolutely no flavour at all the the same for the sauce they were in. The potato was raw in the middle. One plus was is my daughter enjoyed her haggis and chips. The money we were charged for this very substandard food is quite an astronomical. We will never come again I'm afraid. Very disappointed.

Everything OK, especially Indian curry

Was well over priced for the quantity and quality of food we had to send 1 order back as wasn't cooked properly I had jacket potato and I'm sure they couldn't of found a smaller potato if they tried very basic

Honestly skipped if you can the food isn’t bad, the costumer service could be better. Actually if the costumer service was good I wouldn’t mind the food. I unfortunately didn’t felt welcome and unwanted as a costumer. Use your money elsewhere

We were initially put off by the (current) 2.3 star rating, but I can only recommend the food there. Vegan dishes are also available. What many people don't understand is that it is customary here to order at the cash register rather than at the table by a waiter. They then leave bad reviews, which in turn puts other people off. The waiters there were super nice and were happy to receive compliments on the food. Food was great and that's the main thing!

High marks for the hospitality and service here. We popped in for a quick lunch on our way through town and the proprietor could not have been nicer. The sandwiches and carrot cake great. And they have gluten free options for both.

Over priced. Everything looked a bit grubby, including my daughter’s plate. We left most of our food because it wasn’t very nice.

We were asked into the basement and would have been the only guests there. Due to the unpleasant smell and the greasy looking table, we decided to leave after checking the Google reviews on our smartphone. In this respect, I can't honestly judge the food.

Was in Fort Willam and dripped inbto Cafe 115 as itvwas dig friendly and not too busy!. We ordered fish n chips, scampi n chips, jacket potato with cheese & Coleslaw, and a plate of chips. 1 amiricano, 1 tea and 3 irn bru. Coffee tasted like it was instant coffee and the 2 irn brus came with no glass or ice or a straw, irn bru was servered hot.!!!!! When i asked for glasses it seemed a big deal for him to get 2 glasses. Out first is the jacket potato with no cheese followed a few minutes later with scampi and chips, that were probably straight inbthe frier from the freezer, after a few minutes later comes the fish and chips again it looked and tasted like frozen fish. The server had served another 2 tables and I asked when the plate of chips was coming, his rude reply was ' they are coming' after a few minutes out comes about a child size plate of frozen chips!!. One thing i dislike anywhere is the food not getting all served at the same time.... Next, the server is leaning over, asking to and taking he plates away while some of us are still eating... Very poor and rude customer service in this restaurant , do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else in the town centre of Fort William.

Awful food. Ordered Fish and Chips and Burger and Chips. Burger came out floating in a sea of butter and fish contained many small bones.

Finished the west highland way today, arrived in fort william very hungry, this place looked like a nice little cafe, so I popped in and had macaroni and chips, it was really nice not your normal plain stuff 👌 plenty flavour, and staff were spot on would definetly return 👍

Food was unfortunately disgusting. Dripping with grease, took about 5 minutes to understand we wanted a roll with no butter. They kept bringing just butter to a single sausage, probably the worst food I've eaten but we were starving and they allowed dogs. Also cost us £65 for a breakfast for 4 people.

I've had exes who couldn't cook, but that was star quality compared to this crap. I've honestly never eaten something so disgusting and I'm used to it.

Spaghetti Bolognese felt like soup, pizza dough tasted like pancakes. Not really cheap either.

Very slow for takeaway and the cheese in the cheese and tomato toastie was chunky and very gross. Ft William is a hellscape that should be avoided at all costs by all humans

We ended up here as our original choice of restaurant wasn’t open yet. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. The staff was friendly, so that deserves an extra star.

The café advertises fresh, good coffee with a display outside. We ordered flat white and cappucchino and received a disgusting coffee brew with hardly any milk foam. The coffee machine's milk lance was rusted and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was also dried milk foam on it, which seemed to have already burned in. I strongly recommend that the staff familiarize themselves with the cleaning standards of a portafilter coffee machine and the method of preparing various coffee drinks (if it is already advertised!) and that potential guests avoid the place!

We came in to town fairly late after climbing the mountain looking for a decent warm feed. Most places were full or over priced for hikers. Caffe 115 welcomed us in with friendly staff and well priced food that was delicious. This place deserves a much better rating than it has the complaints are unfair its a well priced place for a warm meal and thats what you get with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend stopping by! Also anyone looking for a wheelchair acsessable place this is fully acsessable and the staff accomidating for my mother (who didnt hike Ben Nevis)

Honestly I feel the need to share my experience because it has been eating at me inside for weeks now. Every moment I spent in this establishment mad me question if I was dreaming or not, and by dreaming i mean nightmare. We were greeted by a young man on the till who asked us what we wanted, I asked do you do bacon. He said yes, I said can I have a bacon and sausage roll please and a white coffee. He said bacon is going to be a problem. So I politely said no worries I’ll have a sausage roll, and a coffee please. At which point he said no worries sit down and make your selection. I said I’ve made my selection and repeated my order, he shook his head at me. At which point a female came over and asked what I want, I politely asked the same again. She was startled, “a coffee? What with cream and sugar on the top?” I said no just a white coffee to take away and a sausage roll please (which is on the menu) she pointed at ice cream Sundays and said do you mean this? I said no and pointed to the sausage roll on the menu. We sat down. The young man came to our table and I asked if it was ok to have brown sauce in the roll, he said of course. He returned with brown sugar and I decided to accept defeat and not ask again. Whilst we waited an older male waiter came to the front till who I assumed was in charge. This place was heaving, I mean 4 to 5 people inside, clearly too many customers to manage. A female American tourist came to the till asked the older gentleman if it was ok to substitute items on the ALL DAY breakfasts for avocado, he replied with of course that is fine. She then asked for an all day breakfast without a certain item and with avocado. He rudely replied no - I’m not serving ALL DAY breakfasts. To cut a long and incredibly painful story for me short. The roll came. No brown sauce, a single sausage, in a roll, with salad. Surreal experience, go to Morrisons and get a meal deal.

Do not waste your time or money. Terrible food, poor quality. Soup served luke warm at best and bread was stale. Much better options elsewhere. Downstairs dining area looked like a child's playroom.

Got soup of the day, it was cold. Sent it back twice & still came out cold. Gave up and left.

Food was hot and didn’t take long to make. Fish was greasy and very ‘fishy’ chips are frozen chips. Girl on the counter was pleasant. Boy out cleaning the floor whilst we waited for our food hit our chairs repetitively whilst brushing the floor. £28 for two fish suppers is expected in a good quality restaurant but well over priced for this meal that we received.

Really quick service, really nice food had the thai green curry and fish and chips. The staff was really nice.

We called in about 5pm assuming there would be a good selection of the main meals available. It may have been a busier Sunday than average but lots of things were unavailable including the "all day" breakfast and any pizzas. Ended up with mushroom & spinach risotto (average at best, needed a lot of extra seasoning and was not made with risotto rice as far as I could tell unless it had been cooked for far too long), jacket potato with cheese (served in a bowl) and scrambled egg & salmon on toast which at least came with a small side salad. Food very expensive for the quality. We only paid £2.50 more for a Michelin quality meal at the Laroch in Ballachulish the previous evening Very strange atmosphere too - the owner appeared to have called extra staff/relatives in to help for the evening but we were the only customers by the time we left, and almost the entire staff/family was sitting around at the back of the café. The drinks were fine but pots of tea whisked away almost before we'd finished drinking!

My family and I were nervous when we saw the very low ratings. But since all the other restaurants required queues, we chose this one and to our surprise, the chicken pizzas and meatlovers' feast pizzas were very good! The cheeses and meats were rich in ingredients and delicious in flavour! The charred pizza base was soft and had crispy edges!

The soup that I had was warm if that, my wife she had a simple cheese and onion sandwich the side presentation was some cut up bits of lettuce homemade coleslaw which is good but they don't have a clue how to make it! It was dam near £60 for the 4 of us 3 soup a baked tattie and 4 juice, never again!

Stopped in on a day trip to Fort William on a very soggy Bank Holiday weekend. Lovely cafe, very attentive staff. Had a wonderful all day breakfast which was more than worth the money. Busy place, but there was more seating downstairs. I was upstairs with a view to the street. Great little place.

We popped into this cafe for a coffee and cake. The staff were nice but unfortunately they don’t know how to make coffee. Worst coffee ever ( flat white). They seemed to be having trouble with the coffee maker as the steam wand wasn’t making the correct steam noises, and I suspect it wasn’t being cleaned often enough . Never again.

Although the cafe is small the atmosphere it’s self is quite big, my first impression of the cafe is that it was run by teenage boys, although that’s should be alarming they were well managed and eager to have us seated, the cafe was clean. The food it’s self was lovely with minor issues, the sandwiches didn’t come with a variety of bread which may turn away those with allergies, the soup was fantastic and consumed quite quickly by those in my outing, the portion sizes are decent and well seasoned. The only issue we had with our meal was the amount of cheese in the sandwich was over powering however that can be down to personal preference. The cafe is a nice little spot while exploring fort William

It is a real shame how somewhere as well known as Fort William has a shambolic eatery as this one. I had a piece of charcoal which was sold as an Angus burger, my wife had Mac n cheese that was worse than the bachelors dried packet variety you get from Tesco and my 7 year old couldn’t eat her chicken nuggets and chips. We only ended up here as arrived late on a Saturday night and everywhere else was booked up. It was expensive and I would definitely avoid! We would have been better off going to MacDonalds…

Thought we’d give it a go as a local business. Definitely not good. Food was cheap in quality eg fish and chips where the fish was obviously frozen battered style and the batter really chewy and fish quite dry. Salad definitely seemed old. Trouble with these places is that the footfall refreshes every day and so they never get held to account for the poor quality - good job trip advisor is here to highlight these poorly run ‘make a fast buck’ joints.

We ended up eating here because there were no other places with tables. Honestly, we just showed up in town for dinner and went restaurant to restaurant. Tables were available here, so we took a chance. Service is a mix of order at counter and table service. To young lads were running front of house. Both were polite. We ordered the fish and chips, vegan burger (with cheese), and chicken nuggets with chips. All of the food was good quality. The vegan burger was beet based and same quality to what we make at home. The atmosphere could use some work, but don't let that scare you away. Prices were also a definitely tourist surcharge. We enjoyed our quiet, tastey meal on the bustling street.

Visited Cafe115 at Fort William as a tourist. Not sure what we should order and instead of offering more info on the food to help us decide, a senior waiter ask us to stand aside if we are ready! Menu only has 2 choices of soup. Lentil soup at £4.5 and a fish soup at £12. Both soup was served with a slice of bread and butter. The fish soup was served hot. The soup is diluted and small portion for the price paid. I took a sip and it was very very salty, not for human consumption and certainly not for those with hypertension. Brought the soup to the counter and informed the young cashier that it is very salty and ask if it can be made less salty. Cashier replied that they are unable to do so and told me to select a replacement from the menu. I asked if I need to select something of the same price. He said not necessary, and they will do a refund on the difference if the selection is less than £12. I selected the lentil soup. While waiting for the lentil soup to be served, an older waiter brought the fish soup back to the table and insisted that there is nothing wrong with the soup and insisted that I have to take it. After I explained that the soup is too salty, he walked off unhappy, leaving the fish soup on the table. The lentil soup was served subsequently. It was warm and diluted but eatable. After finishing the soup, have not receive the refund. Approached the young cashier and he said : yes, the refund. Asked me to wait and he disappeared. The senior waiter came to the cashier. He refused to give the refund. I said that is not fair as the other cashier said I could change to something else and get a refund on the difference in price. After arguing for a while, he reluctantly refund a £5 instead of £7.5. I went away feeling cheated. Both the soup are overpriced in view of the poor quality and the small amount served. Now I know why the low rating. It is contributed by the poor attitude and lousy service of the senior waiter. The worst service that I’ve experience in my 10days in UK.

Nie spojrzałem na ocenę lokalu, a jest w pełni zasłużona. Zdecydowanie nie polecam: jedzenie podano bez sztućców, trzeba było samemu pójść do baru. Trzeba było długo czekać jak na fast food. Burger vege był suchy w środku i pomógł mu tylko dodatkowy majonez dołożony. Bajgl z łososiem był też suchy i bez smaku. Jedynie jacket potato był ok, ale mały jak na tę cenę. Kawa słaba. Inka jest mocniejsza.

Had lunch here when visiting Fort William. Food was reasonable but not brilliant. Took a while to be served. Overall not very welcoming.

I was weary of the venue after seeing the 2.1 rating. Stumbled in, as there was no restaurant or pub in the area with availabile seating. Ordered fish & chips and grilled haddock for lunch. Both were absolutely delicious!! We were very happy with our food. We subsequently had fish & chips at a more well rated restaurant in Isle of Skye and felt, the food here was very comparable and quite delicious! I would totally disagree with the 2.1 rating and would recommend you try the food at this cafe 👍🏼

Lovely little cafe; just right for a lite bite and very accomodating of our two small puppies. Tasty Hawian and Indian toasties especially if you add extra cheese?

Small portions which were overpriced and over cooked. Why advertise an all day Scottish breakfast which wasn’t served all day. Had fish and chips instead, if I was being generous I’d say there were 10 chips hidden under my very well done fish….. at least it was hot.

Not wanting to go to the usual chain of Wetherspoons, we thought this local cafe looked ok with a reasonably priced menu. Very basic food. Side salads were a few strands of old lettuce. Absolute junk, soup was a tin of green giant niblets whizzed and the toastie was straight from a brevil, no attention or interest shown and when you see cheese n chips on the menu you know your in the wrong place. We were starving, and would always go for a independent where we can.I really dont know why we didnt walk out to be honest, the place just needs some TLC behind the counter and the toilet definitely needs a good clean,its not really, really bad,nothing that a bit of pride and tidness would make a huge difference to.4 drinks and two toasted cheese sandwiches, with a bit of brown,very old salad on the side...dont serve the salad if its not fresh, its disgusting!, and im sure it was processed cheese good coffee, cold drinks were luke warm.service ok.

Awful. Clinical service, food vastly overpriced for what you got. Avoid. Only went because the geographer and the Black Isle weren’t serving food till 5pm. Poor young lad serving must have been his first day - you could already see the soul being sucked from his innocent self. Also the tiny salad was going brown.
