Starbucks in Bracknell Forest

One of the slowest Starbucks I have been to in my entire life. With 4 staff behind the counter I’d expect a far more swift experience.

Horrific I have had many drinks here and all of them were made incorrectly. I would have rated 0 but I couldn’t so stay away from this location

I went to have a coffee with my friend in starbucks bracknell princess square, ive been panicking because one of the staff i think has a really bad day as he angrily (propulsively) arranging the seats , i was just beside him with my 1.5 years old daughter im not happy because my daughter got scared , i thought someone is attacking us. I called his attention but he dont even look at me instead continue doing same thing ,i know it is a busy day and tiring day but having a bad day at work will not help you doing right thing,, Customers are looking at him while his doing it.I went to the counter and asked for the manager but they said manager is not in and they dont know when she will be around! I feel so bad that i never even get an apology from anyone!!! I called the security from the lexicon and i’ve breakdown right away when they arrived! Atleast the security apologies from what was happened! Shame on this man who dont deserve to worked in a popular coffee shop! He needs to have a proper training of customer service!! Visited the store today in the hope it has improved having avoided this branch for almost 2 years following 2 very bad experiences. On both these occasions staff got our orders wrong and had to wait for more than 30 mins on one because my order wasn't put through to the barista. Big mistake in going back today! Staff still got our orders wrong. Ordered Soya Chai Tea Latte and an iced drink was made. The re-made Chai Tea was diluted it was almost like drinking water. The peach ice tea tasted horrible. Wouldn't advise to go there.

I'm an avid 'starbuckser' and have one at least twice a week - this Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. My regular drink (which tastes relatively the same all around the world) in this Starbucks is so awful ALL OF THE TIME - after 5-7 trips to this Starbucks trying to order my regular drink (and having it remade each time and it not tasting any better) I've given up and just get a black Americano and even that is rank here. Not sure what they're doing and why the drinks aren't made consistently here but I honestly have never had a good drink from this branch; some more training needs to be given to this staff on how drinks are made AND their customer service. when asking for my drinks to be remade (baring in mind I pay almost £5) they normally catch a really bad attitude no matter how nice I am in my ask.

After having a stroll around town on friday 16th me and my 2 sisters and mum wanted a hot drink so we stopped at starbucks was not impressed how my mum got spoken to this girl had red/bluish hair and mind you my mum doesn't need to wear a face mask she is exempt and the girl who served her spoke to her so low questioning her why she hasn't got a face mask on my mum certainly didnt need or have to explain her self to anyone. We was fuming when my mum came out the shop and told us what had happened no one should be questioned or have to explain why they cant wear one. Think starbucks needs to have words with there staff and tell them to learn some manners how to treat customers.

I popped in for a coffee on my way to work and realised I’d left my bank card at home but had some cash on me so asked if I could pay that way. The lady who served me promptly said no cash was accepted, cancelled my order without blinking and said a quick “have a good day” and walked off. Awful customer service - actually refusing a sale when cash is a legal tender is absolutely ridiculous! Although I appreciate card payments are preferred due to the current climate, I’m flabbergasted that a big chain such a Starbucks would actually rather lose a sale than take my money. Visited Bracknell Starbucks today. Ordered a decaff American. On the way home started to feel ill. Coffee was obviously not decaff. Will not be visiting any Starbucks again. The staff are obviously incapable of getting one simple request correct.

I go to this Starbucks on a weekly basis. The standard of coffee is consistently excellent (see photograph) and the Baristas are really friendly. Service is usually quick. There is comfy banquette seating on the right hand side as you walk in (in my opinion they should have installed further banquette seating on the left hand side, too). The fridges are always well stocked. The WiFi is good. The music is depressing - it would be so much better if they played modern chart music rather than the current monotonous jazz drivel. The store's colour palette is very light meaning this Starbucks doesn't feel particularly consistent with other sites. Overall, this is one of my "go to" Starbucks.

Very slow service when marginally busy! If you're in a rush, go somewhere else - there are plenty to choose from here!

Coffee OK but long wait before I got it. Dirty tables and floor needed cleaning. Definitely not the best Starbucks I have been in.

Was happy with their efficient service, quick and cheerful. However, my brother had ordered a cake with his hot drink and although the drinks were given to us quite swiftly, he had to wait around for about 5 minutes to get his cake. A simple mistake that was soon rectified.

It was super busy, still the lady making the drinks found time to chat away for a good five minutes, I was told there was pouring cream for my coffee, then there wasn't. They left the American sitting for ages so it went bitter and they never put a sleeve on the hot water based beverage like they should. Pretty pointless ordering anything. Didn't even refund me the correct amount. Starbucks please sort it out

Is this place actually finished? Been there a few times and it still looks so bare. Expanses of bland empty wall space with very little striking artwork or signage, big square bare industrial-size pillars, the place is just so spartan and lacks any kind of ambience or atmosphere. Not a welcoming or cozy place at all. The team there lacks confidence and desperately needs an experienced and energetic hands-on front of house supervisor. Maybe it was a rush job too get this cafe open; let's hope something changes otherwise can't see this place making money in a town centre with a lot of cafes. I'm not particularly a coffee snob, the coffee was okay, but just as important is a nice welcoming and attractive place to go to relax in and this place just doesn't tick that box.

Just been in for second visit, having popped in on the opening weekend. Still a small army of inexperienced people behind the counter working in silence with NO communication... experienced customers were picking up on multiple errors before staff were!! Had to wait an age for my drink despite there being no-one in front when i ordered (though the crowd waiting at the pick up point should have warned me!!) Why not use the nearby sainsburys store to train staff with experienced baristas or temporarily ask the more experienced staff to pick up shifts in central bracknell? Perfectly friendly staff but clearly no idea what they are doing. Cafe itself clean and pleasant but please starbucks, train your staff and use the experience you have nearby!!!
