When I walked in, it was quite dirty because there were leaves, sticks and rubbish by the entrance. When I got my drink (cookie dough frappe) it was very flavourless, and it basically just tasted like blended up ice.

Got my order wrong and others in the queue. Stressful environment so didn’t ask to get my order changed. Service is slow. 2 Staff.

The server (short brunette with freckles) was rather condescending towards me when it came to the card payment and then my drink came out wrong but I had already paid for it and just wanted to leave the place. If you want a cafe, go to a hotel.

Popped in for coffee and cake on a weekend afternoon. There was a delicious range of cakes and the service was pretty quick. Lots of seating and everything was clean and tidy.

Cappuccino very bad ( I’m Italian) croissant very hold, toilet one broken, one doesn’t work properly, people inside not kind at all, never again.

Always great coffee and friendly staff. The place is in need of a refurb, as others have commented. There's a blown speaker on the ceiling that distorts the background music. That's really becoming annoying.

I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction after my recent visit to Costa, where the level of service and cleanliness was notably subpar. The scene behind the counter was disheartening, with the majority of the five staff members disengaged from their duties, including some engrossed in personal conversations at the till. This disregard for customer service was disconcerting and not what one expects from a reputable establishment. The condition of the seating area further compounded my disappointment. Despite numerous vacant tables, not one was adequately clean or prepared for new customers. It was apparent that while the staff did collect trays, they neglected the essential task of cleaning the tables afterward. This oversight in basic hygiene and customer care is not only unwelcoming but also raises serious questions about the establishment's cleanliness standards. This experience compels me to urge the management team at Costa to address these glaring issues promptly. The staff's apparent lack of initiative in maintaining a clean and inviting environment reflects poorly on the management and the overall brand. Customers should not have to contemplate bringing their own cleaning supplies to a professional establishment, a sentiment that speaks volumes about the current state of affairs. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit of constructive criticism, with sincere hopes for immediate and substantial improvements in both service and cleanliness at Costa.

Tables not cleared and in need of a wipe! Decorations very uninspiring. I'm surprised I enjoyed my coffee and mince pie!

Don't order a delivery from here they forgot at least 1 thing every time, I give up.

I am severely lactose intolerant, i really wish that when they cleaned the frother, they would use a clean cloth, not one they used repeatedly as i was so ill. This has happened to me before, too

All ok only complaint Is the Horrendously expense of the Car Park. I am disabled by the time I manage to find a space park and get to COSTA It's cost me about 3,pounds .TO MuCH

This is my favourite Costa Coffee branch, the staff here are friendly and they prepare your order quickly. The cafe was recently updated and it has a good selection of seating and tables.

We had a coffee, bubble tea and cakes. It was all nice, lovely staff and clean place.

Busy town centre costa. Starting to show a bit of wear and tear being so busy. Some stock levels were a bit low when i visited so the seasonal drinks were not available or incomplete

My toasties came completely squashed and battered in the packet!! How lazy and pathetic must you be to shove it in with no care! It takes 2 seconds to pack it properly!!! Why did you not use a cardboard takeaway box like usual?? Lazy!!!!

Service is quick. Coffee is hot and as ordered. Tables are cleared and cleaned quickly. And it's the only branch (I walk with a stick) where I'm offered a hand. Every single time. Bravo. Especially friendly/helpful is the young lady with dark hair that was doing Coffee on the 30/10/18 at 9am. Great branch. Recommended.

Driver said that the coffee had spilt due to the lid not fitted properly and would return with a fresh cup. That was the last I saw of him.

Staff here always friendly and pokite and super quick service of nice drink, thanks. So hard working. Bit crumby in places but i guess it gets very busy . Toilets not great though...

I'm not a big coffee lover and that is a bit unusual but my friends love coffee. So when ever I want to have a cup of tea at the Bracknell town centre and to enjoy my day with a friend, I always choose my favorite Costa "on the corner" lol. Sometimes is extremely busy but if you are regular client you will know when you can have relax time. If I'm honest I prefer there just because of the friendly staff and their big smiles. Even though when is so busy these people look like they have so 6 hands lol, and they still have power to smile and look after you wholeheartedly, and make you feel cosy! Amazing! I do respect that because you couldn't see it everywhere nowadays.

One of the smallest coffee shops around, from midmorning to late it gets busy so not always possible to get seated, not a problem during the summer months but when you want to get out of the cold & rain during the colder weather not ideal. If it was bigger I'd give more stars

Paid then never got coffee. Stood right by the machine to watch the staff serve many coffees before I finally cracked and asked where my coffee was. Mistakes can be made obviously, and normally, I would give the benefit of the doubt. But this didn't just happen to me, it happened to two other people whilst I was there. My coffee was awful, not hot enough YET somehow came to me with that awful burnt taste you would sometimes get from inexperienced Batista's! Undrinkable if I am honest. Won't return.

It was ok but £27.80 for 3 sandwiches 3 bags of crisps and 3 small hot chocolates was over priced.

The top half of the bun was rock solid and inedible. Seems to be a reoccurring issue with this item at Costa. There must be an issue with the way it’s stored/kept.

Not that great,left standing around waiting on my drink whilst others got served and given their drinks. Staff didnt seem to comprehend when spoke too,very disappointing!!

Original delivery time was 12.35-12.55pm. Drover shown at restaurant for over an hour with no update from restaurant. Eventually received food (stone cold) at 2.05pm. Could tell food had been cold for a whole as wasnt even luke warm or any sign of warmth. Disappointing

Staff are always very friendly and welcoming and the queuing time never seems to be longer than a few minutes, even when it's busy. Click & collect orders are really efficient and are usually ready to collect in just a few minutes. Plenty of seating and the large windows make it feel very bright and open.
