Bad service! Sorry to the staff who were managing the people really bad! Asked for an extra straw and the lady treated me like I am begging for favour. Never expecting this from a reputed coffee shop. (5.7.24 12:10pm)

Change your opening times! Getting there and 7:35, 5 minutes after you ‘opened’ I don’t expect to be told to wait another half an hour until you’re open!

Every time I come in here , the staff are always so rude to me. They never smile. Today I walked away and looked back and one of the staff spoke to the next customer about me. Then bad mouthed me to the rest of the staff which made me feel really intimidated. I did nothing wrong, all I asked for was a knife to cut up my cheese toastie a little bit more for my daughter and she said to me ‘yes wait I’m getting it’. Another time I brought my hot drink back to them and said I can’t taste no caramel please can I have more and they said there is caramel in there and gave me a dirty look. Won’t be going back there.

Lovely for a quality quick coffee and snack although everything else is extremely pricey!

People want coffee first thing in the morning, open at 7am please!

This is one of the busiest Tesco stores in the UK and will only get busier as more houses are built nearby. So you would imagine as Tesco opens at 7am you would think Costa would do the same, considering 85% of people drink coffee first thing in the morning, but nope they open at 8am, because Costa is so tight they won't pay an extra £10 for a staff member to open up earlier. The money they have lost from me and my friends locally must run into the thousands. Clearly management haven't thought this one through very well.

Don't order app collections here, they have no idea it exists and had me wait around for 15 minutes to tell me it was cold on the side waiting

I don't normally do reviews but I felt that this needed to be said. The two young lady's, Dagmara and Nicole are a shining light of happiness to this coffee shop. Every time I visit, these lovely lady's are always smiling and make my day a little brighter. I now drop the wife off to do the weekly shop while I sit and enjoy there coffee and smiley faces. Have been using this Costa over the years and the quality of the drinks are not how they used to be. I use other Costa branches in the area and the drinks and service are much better. Recently I complained about one of my drinks, it was to diluted and watered down and she said she made it how the recipe suggested and refused to add more syrup in. Hot chocolates are just milk! Certainly will not use this Costa again. Service and drinks are disappointing. I wouldn’t waste your money!

Even though it's inside a Tesco store it still has a pleasant atmosphere, especially because the barristas are great. Today I accidentally spilt my coffee on my table. Charlie, Dega and Barbara did not only cleaned it up very quickly but also brought me a new cup of coffee. ☕😁👍

Staff are always very friendly and often offer to help carry over food and drinks when eating in, which is very nice, especially when there's a lot to carry or you'd have to make multiple trips. Very spacious and accessible seating area with lots of tables available.

Had a lovely afternoon tea here before doing the weekly shopping. There was a really good choice of food and drinks. Had a lemon tart and white hot chocolate. Both were really tasty. The cafe was really clean and tidy with lot's of seating. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Brilliant service from this store. They phoned to explain they had some missing stock, and sent equivalents. Very tasty and very hot food and drink. Perfect service.

Great service with COVID-safe measures in place

My favourite of the local Costas situated inside Tesco Martins Heron. The staff are always really nice and friendly. I often see Mark in there and another young lady. Mark always recognises me and I always get asked if I need help to get it to my seat. I walk with a stick so its really appreciated. It is the little things like that that have influenced my decision to go there for coffee with friends.

Appalling service. We were waiting for over 5 mins, No acknowledgement from the man and woman chatting away at the machine. Eventually the woman comes...we ask for 1 medium Latte 1 medium cappuccino and 2 small chocolate drinks for the children, with marshmallows and was shocked the bill came to £16. Total ripoff. Never again

Staff are rude, they were clearly training a new employee who was asking for help and the trained staff made fun of him instead of helping. This meant the queue was held up as the new employee was left alone to use the till, I find that every time I visit this costa the staff are rude and something is always wrong with an order! Drinks were cold also!

Really smooth coffee which you can drink to the end. So many of the usual offerings but just good coffee is available forsure

Had a lovely tasty cappuccino here. It was really busy but the staff were really helpful and polite. Their iced tea was also good.

I ordered a cortado, due to it being strong. But while making the lady Batista tiped out half the coffee before adding the milk...

Hi. Frequent user of this and many other coffee shops and cafes in the area so I know what’s the norm for service and attitude. However the Eastern European lady with short spiky light hair never smiles or be polite. Generally has a negative attitude as though she does not want to be there. Pity as most of the other staff are courteous even when busy. Please retrain or move on.

Very poor today even for busy cafe in a supermarket. Three staff seemed disorganised and annoyed with each other and I really felt unwanted and part of the problem. I fancied a Bakewell tart and it arrived looking worse for ware and with a fresh finger imprint on the top. Right through to the filling. I politely asked for one without and she put it straight back on shelf for next punter. Yum. Coffee had too much froth so I didn’t get full glass. Lady preparing it didn’t know what I wanted and made it clear it was my fault with a long look. Horrible. Tables were not cleared during my entire visit but I think they were just busy. Place looked clean enough. Should be better.

Great, as always... A little on the pricey side but great for an occasional treat. Staff here are always friendly and service is prompt.

Perfectly placed to rest your weary legs after a stressful walk around Tesco. Nice enough, plenty of seating, the staff were pretty good, they had some Gluten Free options and the coffee was nicely done

Leaving a review at a chain coffee place is probably not necessary since you know what to get. However the assistant manager Charlotte is the rudest person I've been served by. As an assistant manager this is disappointing and costa needs to retrain their staff.

Friendly staff and good tasting coffee in pleasant atmosphere.

This Costa is now a source of disappointment. I accept they may be short staffed and therefore I had to have my coffee in a takeaway cup. However at 5.40 there was no seating available as a young girl had closed off half the occupancy to clean the floors, nearly 2 hours before closing. This is now not unusual. Friday nights are always busy in Tesco for working people doing their shop.

Pretty standard Costa. Inside the Tesco store, the Costa is pretty good; it has all the normal Costa products lots of seating and staff who are friendly. They could be a bit quicker but I think a few were new to the store.

I love this Costa inside the Warfield Tesco. Always a nice treat to pop in after doing a shop and staff are always friendly!

Staff are fast, friendly & professional. Great selection of food & drinks & good prices too.
