Dirty table and beware a regular sized coffee is actually small by any other standard. A feeling of being conned. Had to clean my table and the music was loud and irritating

Rip off! Ordered a sausage butty and was actually given a bacon butty instead. Waited 25 minutes for it and didn’t have time to wait for a replacement as we were boarding soon so just took it. When I opened it I was met with an unbuttered bun and two pieces of sweaty bacon that looked like they had been cooked in a microwave! Awful is an understatement

Disappointing coffee served in paper cup, service not good orders mixed up and finding plastic covers, spoons milk etc a struggle. Cakes dry and choice limited served in paper bag.

Used PKB a number of times over last 3 years and breakfast before flight and a coffe was always enjoyable. Arrived today to find the breakfast option has been removed so orders buns and coffees for our group. When it arrives at the table no ceramic cups or plates. Coffee is now in a paper cup and food is in a brown bag no cutlery required for a bacon barm I suppose. Will not be going back.

This place had a nice display of sweet and savoury breakfast items so ordered two pastries and a coffee. Staff were pleasant and service quick. However, the pastries were very dry and had a lot of pastry without the accompanying amount of filling to make them nice. Looked nice but did not deliver, unfortunately

Bought two glasses of wine to be greeted at the entrance to be told we are not letting any more in . Even though there was several tables empty she rolled her eyeballs and said I don’t have to give a reason why . She walked off to members of staff saying was I stupid and was I deaf . Very rude and to be front of house she was very scruffy and dirty . After me taking screen shots of the empty seats and asking for the managers name which she replied is Katie she then said I could take a seat . Disgusting behaviour and I’m sure companies don’t want to lose business espeacially when it’s mostly empty . Hope you look into this Katie I will be contacting head office about this behaviour . Bought and returned a very stale and inedible croissant to be met with an extremely rude and belligerent staff member. Told ‘they’re all like that. They arrived yesterday’!!! Paid by card but had cash pretty much thrown onto the counter!

Sandwich was good but my god the coffee is pretty damn awful. I don't mean to moan about the little things but my flat white may as well have been nescafe.

Order that was taken completely wrong. Cheese and Ham baguettes totally tasteless. Baguettes were not even buttered. Don’t go there

Dreadful food! Bought 2 tasteless baguettes which were dry and doughy, had difficulty swallowing them! For what you get the prices are an absolute rip off. Won’t be eating there again!

Amazing staff ... amazing service ..04:00 I'm the morning and all of them smiling and more than happy to serve you the most fresh coffee and pastries..

The cappuccino comes in espresso sized portions. Very expensive - £15.60 for four tiny cappuccinos and one ginger beer. I won't be visiting again.

Over 3 quid for a tiny cup of sewer water coffee - absolutely rip off. Poor selection of overpriced sandwiches. More or less what you can expect from Manchestet Airport I guess.

Two coffees close on £7 , very small very tastless and generally poor. Won't be rushing back for another poor experience

We’ll I can only suggest don’t bother!! Miserable staff, usual extortionate airport prices, could have used baguette for a pair of flip flops whilst away! It certainly wasn’t edible!

Don’t bother. The elderly lady with dyed red hair serving is downright rude and has no customer service competence at all. Filthy tables, dirty milk/sugar area. You can get a tea and coffee anywhere so go to where they treat customers with respect.

Dirty tables never cleaned while we were there, miserable staff, understaffed. A dismal start to a holiday. Why do people get jobs like these when they clearly don’t want to be there?

Travelling through Manchester Airport Terminal 2, stopped off at Pot Kettle Black for a morning Cafe Latte. Easy to order and find a table, where i was told the barista would bring the coffee over - 15 minutes later, still no coffee. Showed the receipt to a waitress, who said it had been 'forgotten'. I wasn't the only customer who had this issue last Sunday morning!!! Good coffee - though very small in size given the high price. Staff were friendly if inept. Service slower than an asthmatic snail with a Zimmer frame!!!
