Arrived at this outlet at 6:20am and it's shut, it should be open at 6am. This is the second time in a week this has happened, I'd suggest that Starbucks should employ people who can get out of bed on time or advertise that this branch is on Flexi time depending on what the staff attitude is.

Starbucks, your staff are so, so unhappy. I go in quite often to the Fleetwood Road Starbucks and there is never a hello, a thank you, a please, a smile, it feels like such a chore for them to serve me .. why work in customer service, if you don’t like customers?

So typical of many Starbucks, lots of staff, all busy chatting about the nights plans, not serving customers (unless its the drive thru of course). Tables full of empty dirty, plates and cups, shop looks likes a bombs hit it, toilets need a lot of TLC all for the price of around £4 a cup. And when your drink is FINALLY ready, it is dumped on the counter with merely a whisper and a dirty look if you ask for clarification as to who's drink it is that is ready. If you want to take a friend and burn £10 whilst having a poor experience, visit Starbucks Fleetwood Rd, you'll wonder why you bothered.

i came for a quick drink in the drive thru a few days ago and i ordered a espresso macchiato but was given a cappuccino as i wanted the shots at the bottom not on top which is what a macchiato is, one off the staff callum tried explaining to me that a macchiato means the shots go on top which is not true because my husband works in costa and i know what a macchiato is. i don’t know if he’s new or old but if they don’t know what a macchiato is then they shouldn’t be working in a coffee shop😬

Needs an urgent review on management and use of staffing to improve the quality and timing of customer delivery inside the restaurant. Appalling wait for a coffee over 20mins. Totally unacceptable and drive thru customers seemed to be given priority. I will not be visiting again.

Our family were going to drop my son off for his gap year trip this morning. We were all in high spirits, it was all very nice and happy. Myself, my wife, son and daughter and partner. Just a nice family trip our. We were charged for someone else's order. Okay, it happens and they changed the bill when we pointed this out. But blimey, they were SO RUDE. Staff member with a badge naming him as 'Tyler' offered no apology and was really surly. It almost seemed like he was suggesting it was our fault. There was also a young lady behind the till who was just so unpleasant. She slammed our drinks down and said something that I missed as we walked out. I should have said something but I was taking my 18 year old son to the airport with my family at eight the morning. Who wants to further sour the atmosphere by dealing with such unpleasantness. The only concessions I can make to them was they gave me a couple of vouchers for free drinks and they both seemed very young. Just a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience on what was otherwise a nice trip out.

I attended Starbucks yesterday at Mill Farm. We ordered two coffees with a young man behind the till who seem to take an age to process the order and had to scan my Starbucks card multiple times showing his inexperience. At this point we were up at the till with the dog for 5 minutes before proceeding to sit down. We were sat down for a further 5 minutes with our drinks before someone in a black jumper stormed out the back (not sure if a manager or the cleaner as the black uniform was very scruffy) and demanded we leave saying no dogs allowed which was embarrassing in front of the whole cafe. An employee with any people skills training would have apologised and had a quiet word. There are a lack of ‘no dogs allowed’ signs on the doors. When I told the man in the black jumper he said ‘most of our customers don’t have dogs’ which I still can’t quite understand because they definitely won’t have dogs if they’re not allowed in the establishment. The original drinks were paid for via debit card however the manager couldn’t even process the refund properly and refunded us in cash. I would avoid this dirty place like the plague and I will not be stepping foot in here again whilst this policy is in place and the staff are all uninterested and inexperienced.

Absolutely gutted that myself and a friend spent a couple of hours chatting and having coffee and we both got issued with a fine of £120!!! Nice one for warning your customers Starbucks. We are both teachers, doing our best for the community and our students, we've worked through the entire pandemic, rarely getting a day off and when we do finally get some down time - this happens. So wrong! Won't be using the Starbucks or garage again. Do not recommend.

Sad,unresponsive staff. Wrong coffee(twice) one Luke warm. Long wait for food after reminding staff we had ordered. To top it all ,a £100 parking fine for being parked outside(IN THEIR CAR PARK)over an hour(not my fault if the food & drinks are so slow) READ THIS STARBUCKS-“I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ONE OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS EVER AGAIN” A multinational company making millions/billions from the general public? And that’s how you treat people? You can DO ONE!

Very poor customer experience. Staff ignored us on arrival so we had to wait for a while before being served. We then had to wait for 10 mins before receiving our order. The order wasn’t hot so had to be returned - this irritated the staff member. The environment was noisy with the sounds of computerised alert systems constantly playing the background - very loudly. Don’t bother coming here. Just make your own brew at home and put it in a travel mug.

You don’t expect to receive a £100 parking fine when you meet your friend at the new Starbucks! It appears to have a limit of one hour. Both my friend and I didn’t see the sign - if there was one? I will nit be returning to that Starbucks or the retail park again. The coffee wasn’t good and neither was the service. All in all a very infuriating visit.

Staff at the drive through were so unbelievably rude. Never had any problems before but the dark haired girl with glasses needs a lesson in etiquette and decorum. Won’t be returning any time soon.

Have been there 3 times this week, and each time they had no fruit toast or granola bars or much else. One time was 9.00am and yet they were still sold out! How hard is it to order more stock? I go here for convenience but there is a new one in Kirkham that I will try from now on, maybe it’s better organised.

Ordered 2 lattes which one of was thrust at my husband on a tray and the other one ll be a minute by the girl behind counter. She then promptly took out her lipsalve from her pocket and proceeded to wipe copious amounts of it over and over her lips from underneath her visor, with the same had then put our other coffee on tray and said have a nice day. When asked for stirrers or sugar she looked alarmed like we had asked for something alien. Maybe we should have asked for a few germs instead I could not believe what I had witnessed, have the staff had no training???? DO NOT TOUCH FACE OR MOUTH FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY NIT JUST CUSTOMERS. We will not be back

Really grubby. All the tables were dirty and sticky, the place was full of clutter and there was rubbish on the floor. In the middle of a pandemic and the place didn't feel clean. The staff were brusque to the point of rudeness. A totally joyless and unpleasant experience.

Rude, ignorant and filthy. I had the misfortune of being served by, I think her name was Sylvia. I asked if they had anything gluten free. First answer “eh?” Then “what’s that?” To finally get the answer no. I think a global brand would be able to get hold of some gluten free bread.I the tried to order my food to get “what”...”eh?” I guess it was a joke to her, as she then went to the guy cooking the sandwiches and was sniggering to him. When I finally got my sandwich which was discarded on the side without a word. It was cold, soggy and tasteless. The floor was covered in food. The tables filled with old cups. We are currently being told to wash hands and wear face masks jump through hoops, but yet the companies don’t make and effort to clean.

On arrival most tables where full of used cups plays and none recycle plastic stuff. I asked for a tray to clear a table to sit at. This was declined and staff came out to clear a table and cleared several tables they did not wipe any tables so there was coffee and debris from last customers. The lady behind the counter barced when each item was ready instead of waiting for the whole order to be ready atmosphere poor and I can’t understand why customers inside are given plastic cutlery and honey in plastic tubes very poor shame on Starbucks

12/05/19 (Just so you hopefully understand who’s shift it was and which members of staff I’m talking about) First of all, I get “greeted” by a very rude member of staff. I though fine, maybe she’s having a day, it’s happened to all of us. So I order 2 ice caramel macchiatos and pay £8 (by the way, at this Starbucks the prices are higher than usual). While I’m waiting for my drink I have to listen to the barista moaning about how she hates her job to the other girl and working in this weather when she’d rather be sunbathing. If that’s the case girl, quit and go to the beach rather than guests having to listen to your negative attitude while you’re making our drinks. When I get my drinks, I say thank you (she doesn’t even respond). When my partner and I drive off and try out drinks, all we can taste is milk with coffee. No sweetness, no caramel, nothing. We both agreed that there’s literally no caramel in there and the barista couldn’t be bothered to make what was asked of her cause she was probably thinking about sunbathing and just forgot. All in all, I payed £8 for 10 cubes of ice, 50ml of milk and I imagine about 5grams of grinded coffee first time I’ve been this disappointed with Starbucks service. Have a look at the picture, maybe anyone CAN see caramel and there’s just something wrong with me?

Arrived at breakfast time with my wife and daughter the place was smelly and the floor and seats were dirty.My daughters drink was a funny colour and I was met with rude uninterested staff when I complained.i also found a screw amongst the dirt on the floor and was told they had a refurbishment the night before so what did I expect? You couldn’t make it up and we shall never return again

Joined the drive through at 9.15 and 25 mins later had a hot coffee that I was unable to drink as no sugar! So not only was I late for a meeting due to rude and slow service but I’m also £3 down and no coffee!

Por desgracia, los estándares no son buenas en esta rama de Starbucks. Era bastante bueno, café, estandarizadas, como de costumbre. Era la condición general del lugar, un montón de tazas utilizada y un enfoque lustre falta por el personal para aclarar y limpiar las mesas. Las mesas estaban sucias y muebles llenos de migas, sobre cuatro personal, dos detrás del mostrador, también tratar con el drive-through, uno supuestamente aclarando y otra en una escapada, tanto charlando merilly uno del otro. Mover el sucio vajilla y barrer la mesa y asientos con un periódico antes de sentarse. Si el personal pasamos más tiempo aclarando y tomar orgullo en el lugar, en vez de 'tontear' con los otros, sería más por el mejor. No recomendaría estar en, siga conduciendo! !

No he vivido en la zona, pero, el sábado 28 de Enero me encantó ver un gran Starbucks al lado de la estación de combustible tenía que usar, para llenar el coche, en la carretera fleetwood.Sin embargo, mi intento de tomar un café para el viaje fue pronto arruinada y me dejó muy decepcionado.Fui al mostrador y se destacó en el masculino, mientras que el hasta barista estaba preparando un café para alguien. Había una chica joven por conducir por la ventana, que parecía estar mirando fijamente al espacio profundo. Había otro miembro que estaba haciendo algunos papeles y disparar algunas preguntas al chico que estaba haciendo el café. Por último, había un miembro de 4. . . . . . Haciendo lo que ella era. haciendo? Así, el equipo de - 3 chicas y 1 chico. Ninguno de los cuales incluso me reconoció. Yo estaba ahí parados lo sentimos como 5 minutos completamente ignorado (a menos que me en modo invisible man, pero lo dudo, ya que pueden haber notado un par de copas flotando en mitad de aire? ? ).Agradezco que puedan haber sido alquilando un coche a través de la orden, pero, por 4 miembros del personal a un cliente esperando ignoraba completamente, es inaceptable. He estado en muchos Starbucks en todo el mundo y nunca había visto tal falta de atención al cliente (o educación).No quiero sugerir la gente no debería usar este particular Starbucks, pero en vez de eso, espero que en realidad el director toma nota de la opinión del cliente?No hace falta decir que, en el día en cuestión yo simplemente entré, ya me dieron harto de esperar para que alguien pregunte lo que me gustaría o simplemente para decir 'lo siento por la espera, estaremos con usted en breve.Una experiencia terrible!

This place is exactly what you need after or during a long journey. The place is full of natural light. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Would stop hear again as it has petrol station and Spar attached.

Yo uso establecimientos de Starbucks 5 veces a la semana y hemos visitado tiendas de todo el mundo. Pero esta particular tienda tiene muchas veces mi bebida equivocada y mal hecho mi café. Pero más de un problema me cobraron de más.Yo miraba a la sobrecarga muchas veces en el pasado, ya que estaba a sólo 2 libras cada vez. Pero al final lo trajo a la atención del administrador de zona. Quien explicó el fallo ha sido solucionado. Así que fui de nuevo, pero esta vez me dijo un miembro del personal que se ha prohibido el uso de la tienda.Este Starbucks no quejas seriamente y tratar bien a los clientes bastante. Su solución para una queja del cliente el uso de la prohibición de los almacenes.Es una pena que este Starbucks tiene se dejó caer, cuando tienen esos miembros de personal que regularmente hacen buen café con una sonrisa, incluyendo Oliver, Olivia, Elle, Kirby y Melissa. Sólo puedo alabar a ellos, pero no tengo mucho más que decir a los demás.Recomiendo a todo el mundo a evitar esta tienda Starbucks si quieren ser tratados con respeto y usar una tienda que valores su encargo. Recomiendo encarecidamente a todo el mundo a usar la tienda en el centro de la ciudad de Blackpool, donde Steve, Vaughan y el equipo tratan a todos los clientes con el más alto de servicio al cliente.

As usual Starbucks no complaint on the quality of food or drinks however the lacklustre attitude in staff is shocking. After ordering 2 cold drinks and food never at one point was I asked if we were staying in or take away which then meant the food inevitably came in paper bags. As we were obviously staying in I then asked for plates to be followed by the member of staff mumbling as she walked away. After then daring to ask for knives and forks the contempt was clearly visible and a finger pointing to the opposite side of the shop and a response of there over there! I maybe a middle aged grump however I do feel when I'm spending £12 on a coffee and cake a smile and willingness to help should come for free - come on Starbucks I know you can do better!!!

I arranged to go here to meet someone for a meeting. As coffee shops go it was certainly on a par with other good quality places. Staff were pleasant and helpful and offered to assist me even though i was hobbling around on crutches. I would visit again. Noticed a previous comment here about toilets although i can say the disabled facility's i used were absolutely fine and very clean.

Went in here and needed the loo before I ordered and I'm so glad I did. The toilet pans were filthy (I won't go into detail) and not one toilet had any loo roll in them. Obviously I went and told a member of staff but apparently "that's not my job" seemed to be the only response given ?!?? It just put me off ordering anything as perhaps cleaning the coffee machine isn't her job either. Just filthy and definitely one to be avoided

At last we have a decent coffee house in this area. The whole place has a nice feeling as it's very clean and the staff are so friendly. Well worth a visit to get that coffee before you hit the motorway

Been a while since my last visit as it's a fair distance We entered the cafe,looked at a menu screen & Placed a order for 2 chicken Currys Nan bread & rice You could even put in allergies info screen 2 coffee paid by card very quick transaction The food was brought to the table & get your own coffee from machine It was a good portion ,hot everything was good, enjoyed really tasty The bread seemed very fresh smelling the herbs rice light, chicken fresh good taste We realised you got free refills on coffee a great extra Staff was topping up the fridges sandwich & cakes looked good prices good Look forward to our next visit

Visited today with my husband for a browse around the garden centre and lunch in the cafe. We have said never again! The garden centre is nice with a nice selection of gifts and obviously home/garden ware, but the cafe was absolutely disgraceful! First impressions are that the cafe looks very run down. Empty display cabinets, and even though it was 1.30pm so peak lunch time, it wasn't busy at all. We took a seat in a booth and noticed the seats were all ripped. Dirty floors full of crumbs and food and dirty, uncleared tables everywhere. Flies hanging around and crawling over the tables. We had to clear a table ourselves to get somewhere to sit. I sat down and found a squashed chip stuck to my shoe. We should have just walked out there and then. There was a sign saying hot food wasn't available today for some reason, so I ended up selecting a cherry scone that looked like it had seen better days. We ordered two lattes that tasted burnt and strong. Overall, a terrible experience and we definitely won't be returning. I suspect Dobbies at Preston will be closing soon, as I know they have closed other stores in the North West, so they have not spent any money on the cafe and they are running on skeleton staff.

I needed to book a room last minute for my son’s partner, baby and friend after their partners were involved in a serious motorcycle accident. Even though it was late evening JayPal sorted out a cot for the baby and was very helpful. My son’s partner said everything was fine at the hotel, room breakfast, service etc. Can’t comment on it’s suitability, location, etc for a holiday as they just needed somewhere to stay overnight near to Kings College Hospital
