£11.99 for the burger in the picture. A handful of chips at best. Nice food but you don’t get a lot for your money. Same for the rest of our orders too. Decent selection on the menu. Staff friendly.

Terrible service waited 35 minutes to get served only 1 person serving and all the tables weren't cleaned I wouldn't recommend going here for a drink

Frappuccino took way too long and it wasn’t busy but the staff were really kind. The caramel frappuccino drink also tasted different to normal and in my opinion for the worse.

The tea was a bit weak. It wasn't busy about 4pm but the bin was full and the semi-milk jug was almost empty (enough for 2 or 3 more cup of tea). There was some rubbish on one table outside area. The rubbish was left there for the duration of my time there 30mins+

Great coffee , but let down by being bit grubby and glass doors were filthy , and dogs allowed in and sitting on sofas , not everyone likes dogs !

Having completed our food shopping in store, we opted for a quick drink in the cafe before meeting friends. There was only one person behind the counter, taking orders and making the drinks and taking payment. Service was very slow. One customer in front of us complained and another asked if they were busy and were told they were very quiet which was difficult to believe based on the slow service. Drinks were fine, but only had a tea and coffee, although food on display did not look overly appetizing.

Genial y muy económico - amable. Grandes ofertas para las comidas de los niños y el pan millonario era tan sabroso! Personal amable, que es muy eficiente. Siempre vienes aquí cuando estás en Dunelm.

With big chains nearby it is easy to overlook this little place, but please don’t! It has a lovely atmosphere and a good selection of lunchtime foods and plenty of different drinks. Every one of our party was able to try a different flavour milkshake!

Let’s begin by saying the girl with fake tan should not be working behind the bar, had to take my own and my partners coffee back up as there was fake tan all over the outside of our cups unfortunately I did not catch the girls name but I think she was the manger on shift. For the price we payed for coffees we left there so dissatisfied.

All I wanted was a small coffee and a pastry. The cafe was empty and staff all focused on the drive through. I double checked that I had not been beamed up, i checked in the glass behind me and yes i was there and visible. I eventually got served after 4mins stood waiting. The saucer and spoon was duly placed on the tray but still no interaction, I was of course competing with the headset conversation that was going on. At last the coffee was crashed onto the saucer spilling some of its contents, I stepped back to avoid the spillage and the server was gone before i could speak. The coffee as always was great but of course as is always the case you get half a cup when you take it black as it should be.

AVOID THE TACO BELL! Pathetic portion size and I’m sure I didn’t get the paid extras I added to my burrito. It cost as much as a main course in a restaurant to! Really rubbish.

Amazing views from this bar on the roof of Hotel Indigo. Sadly, really terrible service from the barman, which was surprising as there was a staff meeting happening in the bar at the same time. We were having cocktails to celebrate a friend's birthday, after enjoying a spa day in the Retreat in the basement of the hotel (which was amazing). So we thought we'd finish the day up in the bar. The barman was so awful that we nearly went elsewhere, but the wonderful views were too good to miss. No tables were cleared whilst we were there and seagulls were attacking the peanuts left by previous guests. NB no offer of peanuts to our party of 5...

I used to visit this branch most days for my morning coffee and pastry, but a few years ago it went downhill. I recently by chance met the local franchise manager who acknowledged staffing issues but assured me things had improved, so I went back today. Big mistake. We walked in at 2.30pm and there was one young guy ahead in the queue (with FOUR staff on duty). The guy wanted a blended iced drink. The woman serving him (Eastern European) took his order then spent six full minutes chatting to the other female team member. The guy waiting for his drink I think had some learning difficulties and was getting agitated due to the wait. I actually felt quite sorry for him and intervened to say "please can you serve your customer, you can see he is getting upset." Then it was our turn. Four times I was asked if our toasted sandwiches were to have in or take away. I was asked about whipped cream. I said no, but they put the whipped cream on anyway. One of our two toasties was cooked. The other sat on top of the oven till I reminded them. I had to ask (twice) for cutlery. From walking in to getting served almost 15 minutes had elaped, and there were 4 staff on duty and no queue. I complained quite strongly about the shambolic service, at which point a woman with a clipboard (who said she was the manager) told me (and I quote exactly), "you have no idea how harrd we work in here." Actually I do know. My husband and I run a local hotel and restaurant, we know exactly how hard it is and we also know what good (and bad) customer service looks like. She then said, "I can do without this, I have been here 14 hours already." Well, given it was 2.30pm, she must have started at midnight to have been there 14 hours. If this is true, Caffe Nero should be prosecuted for the way they treat their staff. Or perhaps the woman was lying. I was then told, "well if you don't like it you can go elsewhere". When I asked the manager for her name, sge said... "I am not telling you that mate" at which point she walied into her office and locked the door. Sorry Caffe Nero. This isn't good enough, and I am actually angry that once again we received bad service, but the aggressive, insolent and appalling way we were addressed by your representative.
