Starbucks in Worthing

Great coffee , but let down by being bit grubby and glass doors were filthy , and dogs allowed in and sitting on sofas , not everyone likes dogs !

I had a great good experience great staffing management called Kris very hard worker this not just gossip he's very punctual and very polite and helpful makes my day a joy and he's got some of the best team Thank you Starbucks love John Philip Pegg..,🤩

Went there was one person in front of me who got served pretty quickly (she worked at another Starbucks store) I was served ordered 2 hot drinks they stood there chatting to the other worker for 5 minutes before even starting my drinks, then took ages to make got back to the car to discover one of the drinks wasn't even half full (it also had cream bulking the little that was in the cup, this cost me 8.50 for 2 smalls what a rip off

i love starbucks!! so hygienic and amazing. staff are always so friendly and kind. produce good quality drink and excellent service!! 10/10 :)

Rude staff and bad tasting coffee came in and staff were chatting to each other and had to get there attention. Had a take away Latte that was tasteless,

Really disappointed. I visited Starbucks today with my friend we were the only ones in the shop, my friend was ordering a coffee for both of us but was slightly unsure as to what one she wanted so took a bit of time looking at the board. The lady behind the desk taking our order was obviously impatient as she was making it clear by rolling her eyes and huffing as my friend couldn’t make a decision straight away, she Made this clear by pulling faces at my friend whilst I was looking straight at her, we then asked for oat milk which they didn’t have in stock so had to change, my friend asked what other milks they had the woman was clearly still frustrated the order was taking a while even though nobody else was in the store. I don’t understand why your staff think it’s acceptable to treat customers like this? There has actually been a pandemic and I’m sure your sales are limited so to have custom is something people Working in these stores should be grateful for but this was not something we felt upon ordering our coffee today. Disappointed that this is the sort of customer service we had to deal with it’s doesn’t take much to smile and take a order I would understand if the store was busy but there was nobody else in the shop.

Have used this branch a few times but never again in the future. Tables are always full of used crockery even when the place is half empty. The service is so slow & not friendly, the paninis at best are served warm with sparse fillings, appalling considering Starbucks is not cheap. Tea bags low quality of no strength for a decent taste. On this visit the till wouldn’t accept my Starbucks gift card or debit card, had to go to Nationwide to withdraw cash & return, not the first branch to say that the washing machine is broken so can only serve in paper cups, employ enough staff then enough hands to complete the tasks. I used to be a big fan of Starbucks but the last few years the quality across London & the South has plummeted. Overall the business is dark, dingy & past its sell by date!

This place is the worst place to eat ordered a egg and bacon muffin and it was like eating a car tyre and NOT cheep £3.95 each con for the love of god go elsewhere

Some coffee shops get really crowded yet this one seems to have a spacious layout despite being just as busy.

Felt like you did not want us there.... Tables upturned on sofas, stools upturned on counters, cakes all packed away, sweeping / mopping floor around us. the worst flat-white I’ve had in along time. We will not be coming back to this store. Atrocious experience.

Always get a consistently good coffee here. Favourite of the chains. Great selection of pastries and cakes

After attending Worthing remembrance service decided to warm ourselves up with a hot drink, grand children choose Starbucks on south street. While my daughter joined a queue of 3 persons in front of her, which took ages for her to be served, I with my grandchildren looked for any clean table to sit at. Every table was dirty and full of used items, ended up us clearing a table to sit at. Two of the staff walked through the area, not one of them attempted to clear up. Disgusting. This was the first time for me to use Starbucks. I certainly won't ever use them again.

I keep giving this place another chance to improve because I love their coffee taste but I really won't go now anymore. Tables don't get cleared regularly, they are always out of cream or knives - I was told to use the handle of a spoon to spead my butter, out of proper mugs because the dishwasher hasn't been loaded, or fruit toast because it is popular. Seems a lack of management of staff and stock control as there is really no need for this to happen every week as it's not a big place. I have complained to Head Office who were supposed to get the Area Manager involved but giving this place a 3 month swerve and going in again, nothing has changed. Real shame as the coffee is really good and fruit toast great.

Called in here for a coffee, to drink in. It was served to me in a paper cup, so asked them to put in a china mug. There were a stack of them behind the counter, but was told I couldn't have one as the washing machine is broken down. The server's lame excuse was that they wouldn't be able to wash the cup. Absolute rubbish, will avoid in future!

I don't like Starbucks coffee at the best of times, it always tastes burnt and never fresh but my friends were meeting there so I popped in for half hour for a chat. It's a horrible place, dark and depressing made far worse by the uncleared tables. They weren't even busy. With the overabundance of decent coffee shops in Worthing I am at a loss to why anyone goes here.

Popped into Starbucks today in the centre of Worthing and first impressions were...... no where to,sit as hardly any tables had been cleared. Also the floor was so messy with rubbish: sugar, paper packaging, paper cups, crumbs etc.

It is a typical Starbucks experience. The staff were polite and friendly. The one (large) problem with this Starbucks is that it has a high vaulted ceiling and a stone tiled floor, and when it starts to become full of customers the noise is awful.
