I ordered a Bitesize breakfast and a large Cappuccino. The staff were happy to replace the sausage with a piece of bacon and they were very friendly and cheerful

I couldn’t give it any less, and one was fir the Americans coffee which was at least hot. Went in about half eleven Tuesday 14Th June . Ordered ham, egg , and chips , a tea and an americano coffee. ( My husband asked for scrambled egg instead of fried egg and they had to go out, presumably to the “cook “ and ask whether that could be done! So whilst we waited for his meal I noticed two people who had an “ all day” breakfast each and two bowls of chips but the lady wasn’t eating hers ! I wondered why, but not for long it was most likely inedible because the ham , (scrambled) egg & chips came and it looked horrible and when my husband started eating it he said it was. 2 wafer thin slices of , what I call plastic ham, wet and slimy, soggy, Luke warm chips and powdered scrambled eggs.! Disgusting, it wasn’t expensive, £5.95 I think but certainly not worth 2 quid. It was all microwaved. Shame on you Sainsburys, if you can’t COOK a proper meal you may as well close the cafe or just serve drinks. No wonder the woman didn’t eat hers ! This was Sainsburys, Winterstoke road. Bristol by the way but I expect they’re all much the same wherever you go, shove it in the microwave and press a few buttons

Waited 45 minutes for an all day breakfast (maybe it's supposed to take all day) whilst waiting we noticed that another couple had sent back their meals and received refunds, one of the meals looked suspiciously like an "all day breakfast" which is very likely to be the same meal I received 20 minutes later, because one of the sausages had been cut in half!!! The fried egg yolk was solid and congealed. The toast was cold and burnt on one side. Maybe it's been named "All Day Breakfast" because it's cooked at breakfast time and left all day! I just wish I had read the reviews on here before deciding to eat there. I will definitely never be eating there again!

Ordered 2 fish and chips and 1 tuna sweetcorn jacket 2 cappacino and 1 tea. A person in our party was in a wheelchair and we settled her at table. No sooner had we sat down when our food was delivered. Looked really good, Fish was solid frozen in the middle and on one end and hot the other end. We called server and told her, response was to offer fresh batch which we declined. Refund was offered which we accepted. No apology was offered and it seemed refund was normal procedure

Almost the size of a European hypermarket. For all your food needs and more. Its even a drop of point for house deliveries from certsin companies like Argos, although when I tried to get my delivery from Vistaprint there was a 20 minute delay which was extremely annoying. Not impressed.

plenty of tables to choose from, nice staff, fast food service at reasonable prices. Restaurant area was kept tidy by staff on duty. Goof choice on menu.

Well, it's is the weekend of Christmas . We decided to shop and have lunch. The restaurant was very busy. We ordered our choice from the menu and waited....and waited.... And waited... after some 45 minutes we mention to waiting staff and to be fair after this the Food arrived. Pleasant presentation. My husband's ham , egg and chips (eggs were cold). Perhaps We will not visit at a peak period next time. That's if we return... 😏

Visited this cafe for the first time. Was surprised at how good the food was. Very good food and reasonably priced, with good service and a good choice of food,

Tried twice to get a cup of tea before running out of time as the solitary member of staff on duty had to make 'trendy' coffee type drinks that take ages - she wasn't the fastest of movers either! Got lunch elsewhere; nice sandwich shop up hill near the gyratory

Food very very average would not eat in there again not even ir hungry staff ok even the children not eat

Very disappointed many items off the menu. Told it was because it was 'Match day' (near Bristol Football Club). The BCC has been a fixed here for over 100years. Very poor management ordering. Evening ordered fish & chips. Arrived not cooked , batter very wet. Called staff & told them , agreed & offered Soup ! Will I ever return? Hmmmm .....

Customer service at this place definately needs improving. Staff are arrogant and abrupt. Food is sainsburys basics with brand named prices

This place needs a facelift Very limited menu, slow service and a bit on the pricey side for very basic choices

Stopped by for breakfast before the morning shop to an apathetic and tired place -runner by what looks like the pensions club (no offence to anyone) but these guys could not be bothered. Despite being in a grocery store called Sainsbury's they did not have the mushrooms to make an omelette?! The furniture is dusty and the tables sticky- the food is as the atmosphere dusty and tired! A breakfast which put me to sleep!

Called in here for a late lunch with friends. Special was chilli.... So decided on this with a drink. The staff were very pleasant and friendly . The waitress was so so helpful. We decided to shop and then grab a coffee later. Again could not fault the new shift staff. Well done sainsburys ...

Nice and close as just across the road from where I live, so able to pop over for a bit of breakfast.
