Wetherspoons in Bristol, City of

Vino aquí el domingo por la noche con la señora. Haciendo un pequeño rastreo de pub en Bristol .. Entramos... fuimos al bar... y volvimos a salir. El personal era grosero miserable y terrible. . Peor personal he visto en las muchas cucharas que hemos visitado... Terrible. . . . 👎

Totalmente escaso de personal, Esperé 50 minutos para mi comida cuando ni siquiera está tan ocupado Muchas mesas con platos y vasos vacíos. Yo sugeriría que quien escribe la rota ponga más gente en turno. .

1 * la comida estaba fría cuando nos llegó a la mesa en todas partes era mudosa la comida estaba tan seca como mis cenizas grandiosas nunca volviendo

Just not enough staff for a Saturday night i left cuz I would have been waiting for about 30 minutes to get served it’s was a shambles on how bad it was. I’ve been to many of Wetherspoons and this was the worst Wetherspoons experience I’ve had

All you expect of a wetherspoons and the beer is Brill. Nice views, family friendly and fast service. We're off again tomorrow for breakfast so that says it all! It's a winner!

22/2/24 - Thursday afternoon coffee I was visiting an old schoolfriend in Bristol and had time to kill and warm up before he got home. It was cold and damp outside but thankfully the rain had finished. The coach from London was cold so I needed somewhere warm to wait and have a coffee. No alcohol, that would be much later! I arrived at about 15:52 and found a small table (33) by the lovely chunky radiators on the left side. I used the app to order the coffee and the cup arrived within a minute. I left my bag and coat at the table to pop to the loo which was new, smart and clean. I returned to find everything in order. I logged into their free wifi to update my apps in my iPh and iP and start this review. Spoons is great! You can trust these places to provide a cheap (£1.56 bottomless coffee/chocolate/tea) in a quiet warm nicely refurbished environmentin an historic building if you are lucky. I didn't eat as my sandwiches on the coach were enough. I am warming up nicely, sitting on the radiator at just the right height! The only criticism I have of Spoons is that there are never any tissues/napkins readily available (although The NEC and Birmingham Airport Spoons had them). I am getting over a streaming cold, still have a cough and tend to sniffle with Spoons' (or any non-organic milk products (but I cannot drink any coffee black). The guy next to me is coughing his guts out (as I was in private two days ago). Please provide at least kitchen roll by the coffee machine, for both of us, thanks, Tim. Oooops, I forgot as just been reminded.... the wifi keeps on cutting out so just as I think I can post I cannot as I have to log on again..... grrrr. It is free though.... and reasonably fast.... The second cup is going down well and I am feeling warm and human again.... although a bit sniffly...

this is probably the worst experience i have ever had in a restaurant. cold food that tasted awful, they took away a REAL id and were so so rude about it , the waiter who served us was also incredibly rude and when we asked for sauce we were told to ‘get it ourselves’ whilst laughing, he then gave us cutlery about 5 minutes later and for a table of a group of us we were given 1 knife and 1 fork and when asking for more he pretended not to hear us. The atmosphere of the place is also terrible and everything is very unclean.

We ordered our food and although prices had increased we were not impressed by the quality of the meal. It was served with very few chips and no onion rings which it was supposed to have. Based on this experience I won't be returning in a hurry!

We have been in the spoons for the last 4 hours with friends and have told the staff and manger there is not soap in the toilets still 5 hours later still not sorted

Outstanding service from one of the waiters.... made sure my daughter had crayons ( although I did not ask for any ) spoke to my daughter like a paying customer.... treating my daughter like a human...some of the waiters couldn't even speak to myself or my daughter

We came here for lunch and a cheap beer. Because it was a bank holiday, the place was packed with loud people, which I didn't mind. The food is not spectacular, but it does not disappoint. As usual, the beer is inexpensive. It's also one of the most beautiful Spoons I've ever seen.

This was a typical wetherspoons,not the cleanist and certainly not enough staff for a NYE, it had what i would call typical customers, pleaase don't be put off by the steps the disabled entrance is just around the corner

Impressive building with outstanding ceiling. Standard Wetherspoons drinks and food (decent full English). I took a pint of Wheat beer back it was flat and tasted like bottom of barrel/stale. Exchanged for pint of Stella for a bit more money, no problems.

Terrible bar service, ordered on the app and after food arrived had to go and ask for our drinks. Also tables cleared but not cleaned

Nice beef madras served hot Great flavour tender beef Soft drink came free, great value Love Wetherspoons, atmosphere good and quiet too, noo piped music

Came in here after getting off the train.. Only had a couple of drinks.. Decent enough and will visit again in the future...

Me & Friend come to this Wetherspoons every fortnight. We both love what they offer & the service from the staff is amazing every time we visit

there breakfast always hot and nice ,we always head hear if we are in the town centre well recommended and a very good price

Was down for work so we popped in for dinner…….never usually eat in Wetherspoons the, but I was pleasantly surprised, nice and spacious, immaculately clean…..easy service, cheap beer and wine, great deals….the service was friendly and efficient. I’d deffo go in one again for food, I had steak by the way….🙂
