Starbucks in Bromley

Frappuccino took way too long and it wasn’t busy but the staff were really kind. The caramel frappuccino drink also tasted different to normal and in my opinion for the worse.

We visited a few times during our stay in Bromley and each time we were greeted promptly and had some nice conversations with the baristas.

Went there for a quick coffee and 5 minute break this afternoon. The downstairs was ok'ish but when I took my coffee upstairs was very surprised at how dirty and shabby it looked. Filthy tables and chairs, dirty and paint chipped windows....just awful. Very surprised. Come on Starbucks you have enough money to keep your places clean and inviting. Won't be going back until refurbed.

Not only did my Frappucino arrive later than others that came after me, it also miraculously became an iced coffee somewhere in transit. Asked for less ice, got standard, asked for mocha frappucino, got a tasteless and unsweetened granular mess. Had to go due to my train departure but it's also worth noting this is the only Starbucks in the world that I've been to, to charge me £4.40 for a medium MF.

Hmm wanted a relaxing cup of coffee .... after shopping in the Glades. The order was prepared wrong, the cakes were stale, the coffee served in a paper cup!!!! and we were over charged. The manager was interviewing for staff I think in the middle of the coffee shop and the woman he was speaking to was so loud she drowned out any conversation we were trying to have .... the girls behind the counter were giggling and chatting so much when taking our order - no wonder they got it wrong. Plus NO toilet!

Do not have decent Columbian coffee But was very pleased to be able to sit outside smoke my pipe while I drank my coffee

So we just popped into this Starbucks to shelter from the rain and to check our email. We ordered a small latte and a regular hot chocolate, costing over £5 and were served up in paper cups. The hot chocolate was not nice. Too powdery and cheap tasting.

You know what you are getting with Starbucks. Always nice but becoming a little tired like the decor. Good but might be time for the independents again who care a little more.

I come to Starbucks quite often the staff are always rude never ask me for my name or if I would like my receipt they never greet me the same as they great other customers this has happened on more then one occasion defiantly need some customer service training

As the title says, my wife, and I, popped in on Friday 23rd September. Usual couple of minutes to wait for fresh coffee to be made, if you can't wait get an instant. Coffee was of the usual high standard. The premises were clean and tidy. Staff were polite, efficient, and friendly. Better than some branches of the same chain, but most of them are good.

I always make a visit to starbucks when shopping in Bromley. The staff are very quick and very nice with it. Have nice seats outside if you want a bit of fresh air or inside seating also available

.The downstairs of this Starbucks is tiny, and whilst it has an outdoor seating area you can't really sit there as it's always full of smokers. There's a reasonably spacious upstairs which was fine for me to do a bit of work. The toilets were not great, which is not a good sign in these places. Staff were all nice and helpful, and the coffee was fine - standard Starbucks.

I visited here today to get an iced tea and I was so shocked at the attitude of a member of staff that I left the shop. I entered through the door closest to the shopping centre, there was a gentleman that had just been served his drink and then he made his way towards the door I came into. There was no-one queuing to be served and 1 member of staff at the till. I stood in front of the manned till to browse the menu when two men walked to the empty till to do the same. Another member of staff appeared at the empty till. She asked 'who's next please?' I answered 'me please' at the same time the men motioned towards me to acknowledge that I was there first. The member of staff then said to me in a very angry and patronising tone 'you do know there's a queue over here don't you?' I was so shocked I couldn't speak! I chose to walk out at this point because I was hot, tired and at no point deserved the attitude of this woman. Had she paid more attention to the fact that she had a customer waiting in the first place I'm sure this would have been avoided.

Tried to order 3 hot chocolates for me and kids, first one was luke warm, almost cold, staff argue with me and think a near cold hot chocolate is acceptable, the clue is in the name HOT chocolate, had to repeat order 3 times, it wasn't complicated, took 15 mins to successfully make 3 drinks. Don't listen Rude to customers Only smile when taking your money.

Visited for a coffee and a pastry on a shopping trip. I found the coffee insipid, too big and too expensive. The pastry was so dry, I had to return it. In fairness, they didn't argue, and gave me my money back. I know how popular this huge chain is, and perhaps some are better than others, but I won't be returning. I still don't understand the obsession for huge drinks!

Sirry we interupted your chat but the kids wanted a drink. Don t worry I didn t want a tray I ll struggle upstairs with 3 mugs and loads of shopping bags. Leave the tea bag in and I ll dispose of it for you. If that is Starbucks expected level if service costa here I come.

they are all very much the same i think this one is ok for a cup of coffee and rest your legs after walking around the INTU shopping centre which is 2 minutes away

Stopped in for a latte, and a peanut bar and the staff were efficient, very pleasant and quick. I liked the fact that they had charity boxes by the till for donations. Not sure if that is only at Christmas but a nice touch during the Holiday season. Conveniently located right outside the Intu Bromley Mall (formerly the Glades)
