I was recently in your store and I was disheartened to hear that you are getting rid of the paninis. I thoroughly enjoyed these and was always the highlight of my visit alongside the spicy potato salad, which I hope is still part of the menu. On my visit I got the hot honey chicken loaded fries, well what can I say but, my mouth was on fire, a lovely taste but a little hot for me and I would recommend that they come with a little chilli warning. I will return when paninis are back on the menu as these are the pinnacle item on the menu.

Just called in for some brunch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was very tasty. I read the previous poor reviews of the staff but that was not at all my experience today. It was a very enjoyable visit and I will come again

£11.99 for the burger in the picture. A handful of chips at best. Nice food but you don’t get a lot for your money. Same for the rest of our orders too. Decent selection on the menu. Staff friendly.

This place is a great family friendly addition to Bury Town Centre. It has a spacious interior that is nicely decorated. On my most recent visit I had breakfast consisting of smashed avocado on toast with a smoothie. It was lovely and the portion sizes were ok for me and the price was pretty good value. Prior to that occasion I have met up with friends for hot chocolate which is delicious. They always have yummy looking cakes on display. I’ve never tried one, but I will soon.

Great place, nice and spacious so tables aren’t too close together and lots of room for a pram. Nice staff, food is always excellent and good value for what you get. I cannot understand the negative reviews on here. We go weekly and have never had a bad experience

Sooo very disappointed on this visit today. The portion sizes are so small compared to the price they charge. Very bad value for money. One small slice of soda bread, a spoonful of avocado and 2 poached eggs for just under $9 is absolutely ridiculous. Definitely won't be visiting again.

Vile. Two gougons to an entire wrap and asked for halloumi fries which were mozzarella sticks with an egg on top? Avoid and much nicer places around!

Gotta say the customer service is pretty average, i get staff talking to each each not just about work, but when they continue when a customer is waiting .. good the price points are reason didnt put my goods back

I visited this place while having a look around the garden centre with my parents and my one year old daughter. It looked and seemed pleasant and inviting for a little refresher (cake and a brew). From the moment we walked in, as I unlatched the double doors to allow my dad to wheel our pram in and was essentially glared at by staff, it felt 'off'. We were marched, with said-pram, through a labyrinthine path of tables and chairs to the furthest point of the cafe and ordered to put the pram out of the way. No issues, I thought, got to be considerate to staff and other customers, despite us being situated in the graveyard area of the building with not another soul around, and the selected pram parking spot being on front of a fire escape. The food was quite nice, served quickly enough and without any major problems. The real issue was with the older blonde lady - a regular feature in other people's reviews, it seems - who was among the most discourteous, ignorant, obnoxious and downright rude people I've ever had the misfortune to encounter in a supposed hospitality role. As we moved to leave, my kindly 70 year old mother, from no more than two feet away, offered a polite and friendly compliment on the quality of the scone she had just eaten. 'Thank you so much' she started, to zero response. We assumed the last has just not heard' 'It was as good as it looked', she continued. Blank. Nothing. No acknowledgement or pleasantry, no forced politeness in the name of professional courtesy. The woman humiliated my mother, ignored her kind thanks and instead began talking to her colleague about what time she was going to clock off. Like my mother was not even there, let alone offering a compliment and positive feedback. It was shocking and egregious and left us all blown away at how this person can work in hospitality, and apparently have held a job for some time, judging by the dates of the other reviews. I don't know who she is, how she justifies this behaviour or how she's not been removed from the place but we won't be going back after she left a sour and ugly taste to an otherwise lovely afternoon trip out. Disgusting.
