Starbucks, Costa and dunkin doughnuts all rolled into one but better than all of them.

No frills eatery. Food was lovely. Prices were reasonable. Not a big place.such as McDonalds but food was good .

Probably the worst breakfast I've ever had from a chain. Luke warm to cold egg and cheese muffin served by a person who didn't know how to say hello. An even worse coffee - badly brewed and disgusting.

I got 10 small doughnuts for £4. 25p. They did not taste very nice. They were not fresh. And its card only. Good luck if you not got a card. I will not be going again.

Bury shop Not impressed with people in there all vaping without food or drink while we were trying to eat our meal and drink our coffee I won’t be visiting there again

The delivery driver was on time even considering the distance and the food is nice and hot (places close by usually are not hot). So definitely a good experience!

Overall very nice! Burger was nice and warm, came at a good time. It was missing the Chipotle sauce I ordered though.

I love Tim Horton but this is by far the worst one I have ever visited. The vanilla latte which my wife bought had to be remade because it had bits floating in it, when it came back it was just the same and looked disgusting . The cake was rock hard and looked stale. Also the place is a top even though there was hardly anyone in. The staff stand around chit chatting instead of clearing tables so it no surprise. It really want a good manager in to sort it out. There are a great many excellent Tim Horton branches around and we have visited Manchester and Burnley both of which surpass this shop.

Lovely breakfast. Food was a little cold by the time it came but was still delicious! Beats a McDonald's by a mile! Just what I needed after a busy night shift!

Can become quite expensive if you're not careful. With drinks costing £3-4 that aren't worth it at all. Got a strawberry lemonade that was just a quick squirt of a syrup topped up with water. Ended up spending £20 for three people and what we received wasn't worth it. Obviously there's a huge mark up on coffee shops that's why there are so many coffee shops popping up on every corner. The cheeseburger for £1.99 on the saver menu is decent enough. I wouldn't discourage anyone from going here but just think about what you're ordering, it very easily becomes a case of not being worth it. Personally in future I'll just head off to Bury market and spend that money better.

Not very good food or service here and a little bit pricey,staff don't seem to be very interested.

First time here , purchased a strawberry milkshake, it was absolutely vile , it actually tasted of plastic ! No strawberry’s , just artificial flavourings and sauces . In the end tasted nothing like strawberry

quite disappointed order all the time and it's usually really hot 🔥 stone cold today had to microwave and no vegetarian sticker on the veggie stack. so had to try my partners to make sure it wasn't meat. Really hoping it's a one off!! love these breakfasts normally

I ordered the deluxe doughnuts 12 pack what I received was only 4 different doughnuts which is nothing like the description.

It smelt funny upon entering - wasn't impressed at the cleanliness of the place (quite possible that's why it smells). The seating areas need a really deep clean. Take some disinfectant wipes & tissues with you to wipe down the chair(s) and table(s) if you choose to eat in. The food & drink was quite nice & hot. Service could have been friendlier. Will not return sadly. Too smelly and unfriendly. Lack of atmosphere. Just went in to try it out.

It was my first visit, and i was trying to order my food from the tablet that you are greeted with as you walk into this establishment. There are only 2 and only one was working.the food was ok, but it could be better presented. The chocolate shakes are good and I would recommend them. The customer service experience doesn't seem to exist, and the front of house staff could be a little more welcoming when people approach the counter with their food orders.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. The coffee was delicious, as always, and the pastries were fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend trying their signature Timbits, they are absolutely addictive!

Didn't really know what to expect as we'd not heard of the restaurant before but it was really tasty, hash browns were lovely and added bonus that you do a veggies sausage so not just a boring egg muffin!! 100% will be ordering again and not from McDonald's!!

The order wasn’t packaged very well. The coffee was empty and had poured into the bag. Ruining the food in the process. No ideal really.

Food was freezing cold by the time it got here! Fries were like ice, chicken burger was also freezing cold. The 2 cold drinks ordered had the ice in them completely melted as well. This has clearly been sat out on the shelf waiting for a long time.

Good food, flat white was more of a very weak latte but overall very good food

Went in for two tubs of Tim hortons , Vanilla powder . Customer before me : couldn’t fill her order at 2:50 . Made my choice, 2 different doughnuts . The first assistant sold my choice after I’d asked for it the other lady who couldn’t get 20 bits . Had a conversation in their native language between them , so then tell me I can’t have my choice . Considering they don’t close until 5 it’s a pretty poor do .

Took almost 1 hour for delivery, iced drinks were melted and the whole meal arrived freezing cold. Disgusting. Not happy one bit.

Awesome. Perfect hand off from driver, food was nice an hot and no spillages from hot drink. Just as good as being in shop! We love Tim's at our house. THANKYOU!

it was very bad they took 15 minutes to get my drink and there was no queue my freind ordered a hot dog and they gave her a spicy one there was also a hair in the bag of my food i don’t recommend i should of got a cheeky frankie and bennys instead😣xxxx
