Ve y pruébalo, no te decepcionará. 😁

Visited Dunelm, thought about getting some lunch here. Other than cakes not really much on offer. Lots of fillings for Jacket Potatoes but no Jacket potatoes!! Lots of tables not cleared and staff standing around chatting. Not a good experience. Tea was ok though, if not a saving grace.

Visited dunelm cafe in Ipswich myself and husband , chose this cafe as liked the shop and had good expectations , however whilst in the que we witnessed a female member of staff handling food with her hands, not using tongs or wearing gloves , the gentleman that was working also did use tongs everytime he handled any food , this was very off putting and made me question their infection control , the staff member in question was heating up food , cutting up , plating up aswell as popping into the kitchen area to load up dirty dishes into the washing up area/dishwashers, then coming back in with clean cutlery etc and cooking/handling food again , I get they were busy but the blonde lady serving customers and the young gentleman seemed to be following the right methods but not her , it doesn't take alot to infect people through serving foods handled by hands that aren't washed properly, I also witnessed her taking a handful of fruit cakes and putting them into the display , I would like to return but costa across the road had it right very popular professional and following the correct measures for their customer.

Just came into Brislington bristol branch the women on the till is extremely rude I have a massive allergic reaction to strawberries and tried to explain that but before I could she was extremely rude I work in hospitally myself and she's not a good advert for your company and they also had shorts on which is not allowed in catering because of the risk of burns your legs should be covered at all time health and safety wouldn't be Happy about this !

Pausa is always busy so you know it's a good place. Experienced staff. Great food. Not very expensive. But you might want to bring some mozzie spray.

Me my partner and mum went to Dunelm cafe we decided to have the afternoon tea we all wanted decafe coffee but got told we had to pay extra as it's not include in the deal so instead of under a tenner ended up paying over 15 it's not on also the jams are not sugar free so for diabetics they would have to pay more for sugar free jam was a bit disappointed in the visit and the staff were rude

I visited the cafe with a friend. I ordered the drinks while my friend sat down and I politely asked if table could be cleared to be told ....sit somewhere else. We had chosen the covid friendly tables with the screens. I moved the tray and dirty cups myself to the adjacent table and when the lady removed them we asked if our table could be wiped. The lady begrudging wiped the table and walked off telling us they were short staffed. Not the most pleasant experience...won't bother going in there again.

Yes, Dunelm has everything you may want for the home plus a great coffee shop. It's on the first floor, so you can access it by a wonderful escalator with no steps, more like a moving ramp, then, if you're a bit nervous of coming down the moving ramp, like me, you can come down by the lift. The cafe is well-designed with lots of light and space and a great view from the balcony. Coffee is great, too!

Asked for a fish finger sandwich no white bread said OK will have brown. Took almost half an hour. Bread contained 2 THINGS that I was told were goujons as no fish fingers. Were so overcooked were rock hard. Told a waitress and was told I could have a refund. Ate the bread as was hungry. The assistant at the till said it must have been alright as I'd eaten it! Even though I'd left some of the bread and the uneaten THING. Was disgusted by her attitude and had to wait 5 mins for my money. Will not revisit so Dunelm has lost a good customer.

I had the cafe recommended to me and I also needed to visit dumelm for some shopping. I arrived with a four year old and a hungry baby. I was under no pressure to rush my order. The lovely person took my order ( a lady called Jenny) . I had an Americano and scone £3.05. My coffee , scone and glass of water was brought to my table at no effort . I will definitely return . Thank you

Approximately 13.00. My grandson went into Pausa in Brislington today for a takeaway order. Although nobody was waiting to be seated and he had said his order was takeaway, he was told he had to wait. After waiting an unnecessary amount of time (nobody is more patient than my grandson) a very grumpy/rude assistant eventually, grungingly served him. Maybe she'd had a bad morning, maybe she was too hot, but whatever the reason, a course in customer services might be helpful for this person. Not only is this attitude unacceptable, but more especially, so many businesses are ailing at the moment due to the covid epidemic, and customers are so very much needed and should surely be valued! Very poor visit and service sadly.

My wife and I Decided to visit Dunelm at Cribbs Causway Bristol. Whilst we were there we decided to use the cafe. After waiting in the queue of 8 people for 30mins (no exaggeration), I finally got to being served. I asked for 2 tea cakes, 1 pot of tea and a coffee. Simples, or so you would think. After about 10mins my tea cakes arrived but I was still in the queue waiting for my drinks, as was a few other customers. My drinks were obviously nowhere near being made as there were other customers in front of me waiting for drinks. I told the person who arrived with my tea cakes that I would like fresh ones when my drinks were done, as I didn't want cold tea cakes. After waiting another 10mins I realised that people behind me were getting there drinks but I was still waiting. When I asked one of the staff behind the counter why, I was totally ignored. I had to raise my voice before I had got any reply. After about another 2 or 3mins my drinks were presented to me on my tray. (Now for the tea cakes) . I asked if it was possible to have my hot fresh tea cakes as I had now got my drinks. I was told I would have to wait as they were running behind. I raised my voice once more and my tea cakes arrived within 3mins. (why did I have to raise my voice to get some service!). At long last, (after 50mins) we sat down to have our tea, coffee and tea cakes only to find that it was the original tea cakes warned up. Totally all unbelievable, but true.

Absolutely chaos. Vegan and gluten free options were incorrectly labelled. non gluten free sandwiches were labelled gf and they were not. This is a legal offence. Do not use. They do not know allergies and clearly take no care in delivering to businesses. Shocking. Please do not use this service if you have allergies.

Not the fault of the staff on shift, who were doing their best, but nowhere near enough staff on for a Saturday morning. 30 minute wait to order and 30 minute wait for food isn’t ok.
