First time visiting, and I have to say the food was delicious. The pub it's self was beautiful, with lovely features and the staff were friendly. Look forward to visiting again very soon.

Although it's a big pub, with a long bar, there are plenty of discreet seating areas, indoors and out. I've visited during a busy night and a quiet afternoon and enjoyed both visits. Friendly bar staff too

I can recommend a visit to The Chaser for a meal. Sat in the garden on a glorious sunny afternoon, I ordered the Thai style salmon, and chips, plus a soft drink I can only say my meal was top class, my wife and friends were also so impressed with their choices, my wife said the fish and chips were the best she has had, and we live in a seaside town. Staff friendly! Please don't pass by !

Ellis was our waiter. Really friendly pleasant personality. Knew about the menu and able to explain things. Definitely will return.

Wine is pricey and they only have one or two servers. Nice ambience just a little expensive.for what it is.

Haskins is a really nice garden centre. Well presented and maintained. Nice visual merchandising and some great products. The cafe is also nice with a lot of choice. It was always somewhere to get a good lunch. Lately however, I personally feel the prices for the food are getting a bit out of hand. Lunch has become overpriced and I can no longer justify returning as often. So while lunch for two is now the same price as a meal out on a weekend evening with a family of four, it's 3 stars.

Whilst waiting for my cars MOT up the road, I thought why not walk to Nels for some warm drinks. Not been in for years, was my every day goto place 25 plus years ago. Inside didn't look much different but outside they've made a few seating area changes. Will go back soon for a few ales on a warmer day.

I recently visited all bar one on George street and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The ambiance struck a perfect balance between casual and chic, making it a great spot for both a night out with friends and a relaxed dinner date. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, ranging from gourmet burgers to tapas, all crafted with fresh, local ingredients. I opted for the signature burger and they were a hit—generously topped with nacho cheese bacon and onion rings Their drink menu was equally impressive, showcasing a fantastic array of craft beers and signature cocktails. The bartender recommended the clover club a refreshing blend of gin and fresh citrus, which was the highlight of my evening. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I appreciated that they were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind after work or celebrate a special occasion, all Bar One is definitely worth a visit. I’m looking forward to my next outing there!

Went for a few drinks on a lovely summers evening and had the best time being looked after fantastically well by both Hilary and Izzy who could not do enough for us all evening. We thoroughly recommend the Greyhound for drinks and/or food as well as the fabulous atmosphere. Thank you Guys

The prices were quite steap but what you’d expect for the centre of bath, food was nice, however took a while to come. Toilets were clean but a mission to get too, but nicely sign posted to tell you where to go. Service at the bar was slow only had 1 person behind the bar and he was busy making cocktails for table service had to wait ten minutes to be served. Would go again but not very often as it’s quite expensive
