Probably the best pub in town!! We had so much fun here!!

It was full of students. :D There's a large outdoor area and indoor sections where you can watch sports games on big screens. We stayed for a short while, but the atmosphere was great. The mango cocktails were delicious and affordable.

Temperamental staff. Tried to split a pint over two barrels. When said we'd prefer a fresh pint, the girl threw a wobbler. Lots of huffing and puffing and finally slammed the pint on the counter away from us and stormed off back into a room off the bar. She proceeded then to point at us to her buddies and seemed to have a proper bitching rant. Very immature and pathetic really.

Went to the three sisters on a night out, the staff are very knowledgeable and their new menu is veggie friendly which was very reassuring!! I will return soon with my friends!

We went to this place on a Saturday and it was packed with people. The atmosphere was crazy. This is a must visit pub.

The perfect venue for Six Nations, me and my pals were in for all the games and never seen such an electric venue. The drinks were amazing and their steins made every evening haha. All in all the ultimate sports venue 🔥🔥

Looked like a fun place but had the worst drinks we’ve had! It took 20 minutes and they literally put 1/2 shot in each drink, and they weren’t cheap. They didn’t have some things to make drinks on the menu so said they’d make it as close as they could?? A gin and tonic isn’t unusual Fries were OK but took 40 minutes to get. Disappointing after all the great drinks we’ve enjoyed here!

If i could give 0 stars, I would. The worst cocktails and service I have ever had.

Place is awesome for students to have fun time You meet many people from different universities who are from other countries. No one is racist here as, I find so many racists from different clubs. Good place to connect with people and make memories

Bad place, the outdoor room is nice but everything there is dirty. The interior really needs to be reviewed because everyone is stepping on each other and the waiters are very slow so on the bar side there are way too many people. I won't go back

Did a student film here, the staff were lovely & accommodating. Helpful with lights & any other favours we asked them for our production :) also amazing food they made us for lunches, highly recommend visiting !! :D

Came to the three sisters for karaoke booth and drinks table with buffet for my sisters hen do. We were told the booth held 20 people however there definitely wasn’t enough space for 20 people even with 2 people standing up singing people still had to stand. The karaoke booth was very minimal just a dark room with one small writing light which some of the letters didn’t even light up. The room was absolutely freezing and the karaoke machine itself was very dated and didn’t have any recent music on it. We got bored quickly and were looking forward to moving on to our drinks table and getting some food. As we were a group of 20 understandably the tables were split into 2. Our table was right at the front door so again we were freezing. Our buffet food came out after waiting at the table for half an hour. The table I was at received one bowl of wedges and 2 plates of bruschetta and we thought maybe more food was to come out as we ate that and we were all still absolutely starving. I spoke to a member of staff he told me the other table were meant to share what they had with our table but it absolutely would have no where been enough split between 20 of us. Spoke to a manager which he resolved the issue and brought us out more food. Felt for the cost of everything it was very minimal and a lot of the girls got bored and even went to bed because the drinks were extremely slow at being brought out. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the three sisters karaoke booth it put a bit of a damper on the hen weekend unfortunately.

Went for a night out with friends. Good music, reasonably priced drinks in what could be a nice venue however the two things that let it down were the fact the male toilet cubicles didn’t have a locking door and the staff trying to sell shots had an attitude on them.

We recently used The Three Sisters as the main location for our short film, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the support and kindness we received from the entire team. A massive shoutout to Hebe, Matt, Emma Rose, Ryan, Dillon, Morven, and the rest of the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism, flexibility, and positive energy made a huge difference during production. Not only was the venue perfect for filming, but the food was also amazing and the service top-notch, everyone on our crew was so impressed. If you’re looking for a great venue with an outstanding team behind it, The Three Sisters is the place. Highly recommend!

Recently worked on a short film project here, and the venue was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to help us, especially Hebe, who did an amazing job managing all our requests. The food they prepared for our lunch over the three days was delicious, and the fact that they stream live sports is a great bonus. Highly recommend this place!

Refused to show Eng vs Italy W6N game as they didn't have a 'license' for BBC, but proceeded to show the football later that afternoon...streamed from the BBC. Nothing else was being shown on screens at the time. Terrible from an 'official 6N fanzone'. UPDATE: As much as I appreciate you replying, I've added evidence of the W6N game being shown on BBC 2 before the male Scotland game. As an 'official fan-zone of the 6 nations, ' I think you need to do much better.

Party Party Party...bachelorette parties and dancing and alcohol. Indoor and outdoor. Good music.

Lazy Liars. Went in to watch the W6N match as they advertise being the home of the 6 Nations in Edinburgh. Empty of customers and nothing on the screens but told they couldn't show BBC. Was a kick in the teeth to then pass later and see the BBC football being shown. If you don't want to show Rugby or Women's sport own it, don't lie to people. Used to think they were a good rugby pub, so disappointed they've ruined that reputation.

Luckily managed to get a ticket for St Patrick's Day. Without doubt the best party on the planet. Well done 3 Sisters

came in with a large booking for my cousins stag do last weekend, we ordered a ‘man plank’ and the food was delicious, honestly shockingly good for being pub food. we had a great time and the service was amazing - special shouts out to charlotte for helping us with the booking and natalie on the bar for recommending we try the peach lager, so yummy!

Nice bar, good priced beer, huge outdoor area with big screens for sports games. At 3pm on a Thursday it was mostly lots of students in there studying.

Terrible experience over Wales v Scotland match, pre booked a table for my family and i paid £75 and was a shambles when we turned up as no way through the court yard safely you had to literally push past like sardines to get through and was told we were upstairs so we went upstairs and then was told no no you are downstairs so went downstairs and so went back down amongst the absolute chaos and they had so many people waiting who had paid more than us for there experience and were late getting seated, we finally got taken to our table over 20 minutes later than our booked and paid for time after much confusion from staff with where it was everyone was sitting! And then there was people sat on our table who then had to be moved and table cleared so that took another ten minutes so half an hour late we finally sit down and time was going on the game had already started and so we were not happy about that, and then the whole hassle of asking where our drinks were after another twenty minutes of waiting and that was all stress as we had paid for drinks and food in advance before going to Edinburgh and then the shambles of the three sisters took away our experience of watching the rugby in there bar! Would never recommend going during any rugby festival or anything big as it was dangerously busy, personally after going to the three sisters and seeing how it was managed from getting in the court yard etc they should have a pathway from the entrance to the door clear from people, put a barrier either side so it’s safe to walk through and there should be no pre booking on rugby days etc as it should be first come first served in there with getting a table, very disappointed and not worth £75, way way too busy in there, how there allowed to have that many people in there is beyond me! Health and safety would of had a field day! Better management and thought for customers is needed.

Went for rugby. Place was hugely overcrowded and way over their capacity! Pre paid for £100 tab up front. Drinks took over 30 mins a round to arrive. We ended up leaving after 1.30 to go somewhere else. Absolute chaos and a clear risk. Would not recommend and go there at your own risk.

Absolutely terrible, booked it for the rugby and they gave us warm beer, they forgot our food. Rob my mate was devastated by this because he's a very hungry man

after we went inside to the toilet, it was impossible to leave. they did not implement an effective one way system which enabled us to leave while others were coming in. after about 20 minutes of people pushing and shouting, wanting to leave, a staff member informed us that there was a way to leave. thinking, thank god, we happily took out, only to realise it led us outside of the pub. we later tried to get back in, yet they said it was at “full capacity” keep in mind, at LEAST 50 people left through that side door. we attempted to que, as they said we only had to wait 2 minutes, yet after about 40, they yelled only those with booking to come in. moral of the story, go to beehive instead, the atmosphere is much more lively, and much more welcoming.

Cracking place for sports, food and entertainment

Central busy pub, with something for everyone. Free comedy shows for the festival, projector showing sports, live music, and two pint tumblers. What's not to love?

Went to watch Ireland vs Scotland & was told tables where reserved after we had got our drinks. Terrible service won't be recommending here.

Sports bar completely full of TV screens. Each table (of 8 people) has its own screen and there are 3 huge screens outside. Also very good sound quality. The bar service is top notch. Good choice of drinks. Kudos also to security. Nothing can happen to you in this place.

It’s a bar. But we don’t drink. I can’t review all aspects accurately. But we stood at the entrance at the hostess table for 20 min and no one even looked at us. Finally got ur hotel to work out an arrangement for service for food. We got half of our order and the half we got was cold. If you like to drink and not taste food it will probably suit you better.

Great spot, had a makeover since my last visit a few years ago. Big place with a courtyard equipped with a massive screen. Decent selection of draught alcohol and the grub was good.

A typical bar (although a bit Erasmus) in the center of the city, and on top of that with a great terrace to watch games, have a drink, etc.

Asked the bartenders to play the NFL playoff games, which they eventually did. Then, around 11, they switched every single TV to some generic ads. There was an entire group of us watching the game and they refused to switch the TV back. And for what, to show ads? Place sucks, find somewhere else.

Went for New Year’s Eve, really good night. However, we had tickets but still needed to queue and there was other people in the queue getting in without tickets. Really good night but queuing for an hour and a half was a joke, event was poorly managed.

Me my girlfriend and a couple friends all paid £35 per ticket to come here last night got here 10pm only to made to wait in queue over an hour and then eventually told that we were not getting in I get if there’s too many people inside but why sell so many tickets reimbursement would be appreciated absolute joke

Fantastic atmosphere in a comfortable, friendly place. The staff were so nice and full of smiles. Food was lovely too. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for creating such a friendly, fun time for us all

Had a little stroll around Edinburgh during my trip and stumbled across this place. I was a bit lost as I was solo, but I felt very comfortable once inside. Kelci, one of the staff, was extremely friendly and welcoming! She helped me with the menu and answered any questions I had because I have some food allergies. She was very patient and I had a great time overall! Definitely recommend getting a drink here, the cotton candy martini was delicious.

i visited the three sisters last saturday, it was a great vibe and what made it even better was i was served by the gorgeous blonde lucy. she was very present and easy to locate at all times. my only wish is that customers were more patient with the staff as its obviously a busy venue and people could be a bit more patient. Well done to the staff especially the beautiful lucy.

Last night I was in with my family for some Christmas drinks and got served by a lovely young girl called Amy , she went above and beyond to help us out and recommend some drinks which where absolutely wonderful from there cocktail menu . Will definitely be returning in the new years to have some more 🥳

I had a fab time at The Three Sisters, and I have to give a special shoutout to Charlotte. She was amazing—so friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we walked in. She had great drink recommendations and checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed. The pub has such a great vibe, with an amazing singer on. Charlotte's service really made the experience unforgettable. I'll definitely be back—thanks for making our night so great!

We had a great work night out the other night at the 3 Sisters! Charlotte was our server, she made us feel very welcomed and looked after us very well, checking up on us several times, making sure we were always happy!

Have you ever been to a bar in edinburgh and ordered a pint and been charged a service charge for doing so? Well you’ll be glad to know The 3 sisters now provide this. That’s right, if you go to the bar, wait in line, order your drinks and then pay, they will charge you 2% service charge for doing so. Absolute madness.

We have been here for very short time but it was a great experience with good atmosphere and nice music and dance. Bodyguards at the gate was scary. I will never enter the pub if I were alone and without group. Will recommend this place and I will go again when I visit Edinburgh for next time.

Great atmosphere!! My group and I went as tourists and we loved the music and the good vibes of the place and the people. It has an exterior and interior part :)

We had a table booked and went to see our friends in the queue for a minute near the front of the line and when we tried to go back in they denied entry. When we tried to talk to them they said we are not having this conversation. Unbelievable

We reserved a table for 5.15 pm on a Saturday night with live rugby, and arrived on time, just to be told that they did not have a table ready for us. They asked us to go buy a drink in the bar and return in 5 minutes. However, it was impossible to get to the bartender in 5 minutes, due to the bar being packed. When we returned after 5 minutes, there was a new queue for the counter. We were told that the table was almost ready and we were led to the table after another 5 minutes or so. We asked if we could order food and drinks directly now, but we had to go to the bar to do so. So we went to the line at the bar to order. It took 30-40 minutes, before we were able to order the beers and pizza. We got the beers right away after ordering and were told we would get the pizza delivered to the table. However, it took more than one hour or more before we got it. It ended up taking almost two hours from our arrival till we got our food at our table. I understand that it was a busy night, but everything was just so much more cumbersome than it had to be. To be fair, the pizzas were actually quite good for a pub dish.

Booked sharing platters for a stag party of 25 people.sharing platters had a massive amount of very good food which had plenty to feed everyone. The platters had burgers, wings, chips, nachos, Mac and cheese and this also came with a Stein of Tennents or Cider. We could also order any drinks we wanted at the bar. This is the perfect venue for stag parties as it is one of the best bars in Edinburgh aswell as having really good food.

Bartender Will made me a quality margarita, excellent service and very friendly. Would highly recommend this venue, will be coming back soon.
