Loved the desserts here! Also was graciously hosted by Alesha who gave us impeccable service and was extremely professional!

Alesha was amazing 🤩 She was very polite and tentative. I recommend getting the make your own waffle and try the cherry blossom and lychee seltzer. Thank you!

Popped in for the first time with a friend, Doina looked after us ensuring that food allergies were taken care of with the assistance of a separate Vegan menu. The waffle was super fluffy and fresh, plus the who experience felt very luxurious but with reasonable prices. In the area for a conference but will definitely check out other branches and hope they are to the same standards.

Alesha was very attentive and patient. She also gave recommendations and made the experience enjoyable. Will be visiting again

It's always nice to go here for some dessert even if it's about half an hour from our place it's always worth it. The drive there is nice and smooth usually, but it has been a little difficult this time because of roadworks. But the food there is always served warm; delicious, even presentation wise, is nicely decorated. The seating is very nice, comfortable, and welcoming. You could go here with your whole entire family for a celebration or just for a quick late night sweet craving situation. My personal favourite food to have is "I'll have what she's having" as waffles, which is yummy and even portion wise. It is great that it literally fills you up.

This was a special treat for my 3 tear old granddaughter who had been a real star at the hospital following some tests. Lovely food and they are now introducing a brunch menu. Worth a look!

Alesha was lovely and provided high standard of service. We have the feta flatbread for brunch. Our friends had desert and they also loved it. We loved it so much and said we want to come back. Everywhere is super clean. Thank you and we will be returning soon.

I always come here as they have gluten free or “gluten sensitive” options, particularly the waffles, which taste good. The service is often very good too and I have always been seated straight away. I am keen to come here and try the breakfast options that they offer. It is clearly a popular venue, but because it is a large premises there is always a quieter area to sit.

Food arrived and was good quality. Unfortunately over an hour late, with times keep pushing back, although interesting they didn’t adjust delivery for new orders

Despite making a mistake on our Deliveroo order, Tahir honoured what we ordered mistakenly and told us that he’d also replace it with a fresher order if we let him know before we got there. I paid nearly £40 for my order, item missing and something else was sent without confirming with me. I ordered 2 crepes with banana and maple syrup, everything was cold and maple syrup was leaking from both boxes. terrible quality of service especially the price that was paid. Will not buy from this place again and would not refer to friends or family

Can't give 0 stars...order placed at 7:42PM, at 8:50PM got update driver is on the way, at 9PM order was marked as delivered and IT NEVER Arrived!! absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Complain raised , money already taken and if no refund will be received this needs escalated. Also ended up with no treat promised to my children for the evening!
