We were on holiday in Leyburn and decided to visit the Brewers Fayre for Sunday Lunch. Very pleasant staff greeted us and we had a very enjoyable Sunday lunch. Good variety of roasts and vegetables. Would suggest booking for Sunday lunch

Stayed at Ibis so very convenient. Staff were excellent - Kay in particular was so friendly and efficient. The other waitress was very good as well and was great with our dog. Barman very helpful. Food was roast dinner and delicious. There was a big party before us but we still didn’t need to wait long. Yorkshire puddings fab. The atmosphere good but spoiled by the drunk and loud table of around 6 people swearing and being loud and frankly rude. The larger party in the separate section were not noisy at all.

Beautiful setting and lovely pub

Two of us visited Tal Y Cafn on a Saturday night for dinner, we prebooked The restaurant itself is lovely, cosy and welcoming For starters I ordered the deep fried brie, and my partner ordered the soup of the day - tomato The brie was only melted slightly, the middle was still raw cheese. Although I thought it odd, I didn’t think anything of it until the table next to us complained about the same issue My partner’s soup tasted very strong of coriander. Not a hint of tomato. We questioned whether it was carrot and coriander, we were told it was tomato and coriander? Not heard of that concoction before We believe the waitress was talking about us after we queried the soup as different members of staff were looking over at us, not looking happy. Not sure why as we were very polite and didn’t kick up a fuss For mains I had the fish and chips, my partner had the chicken burger which he really enjoyed. My fish was a bit greasy, although the chips were lovely. We had a side of onion rings, too much batter and there was a pool of grease at the bottom of the bowl For dessert we both ordered the chocolate fudge cake which took 30 minutes to arrive. Both came with pouring cream, not ice cream as per the menu. The waitress bought over some ice cream after we queried it. The fudge cake was nice Overall, the food was nice although 4 dishes weren’t cooked properly or correct. The service wasn’t the best. I don’t think we’d come here again unfortunately

Homophobic venue claimed i was too drunk to get in after looking at my outfit. I had literally had two drinks. It’s unfortunate that places flimsy this exist

Best pub in Nottingham City centre providing great beer's brewed on the premises, excellent unfussy food & the best mix tape around. The angel has a very eclectic mix of customers adding to its appeal & the staff are superb Well worth finding out & enjoying Easy 5 stars

El personal aquí es siempre amable y servicial. Los cócteles son increíbles, especialmente el martini de chocolate. Visitamos aquí cada vez que venimos a Cardiff y sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima visita. ¡No se puede salir de noche en Cardiff sin un cóctel de Martini Sucio!

I eat here every Friday following a meeting I attend.Staff always super helpful despite us sometimes being a big group.Food is always delivered as fast as possible and always with a smile 😌

Very good place, we spent a good time

Ordered 2 fish lunches (specials) instead of having draught coke we had cans instead which they charged an extra £7 without mentioning that there would be an extra charge, the women on till very abrupt peas stone cold &bread stale never use again .
