Service was amazing, drinks were great and food lovely. Thank you to our waiter Paddy who did a great job and was very attentive.

Over half of there menu they didnt have and the food tastes terrible also it took 1:30 hours for them to bring me some ice cream

The staff were outstanding so friendly and helpful and made us feel very special. They honestly couldn’t do enough for us. It was amazing. The food was delicious, there was plenty of it and it was extremely good value for money. The venue is clean and well decorated. I am a wheelchair user and found everything was made so simple for me. We’d all definitely go back.

we purchased a bottle of wine and small plates option via Groupon. Food not the best, a little greasy and obviously mass produced. Wine nice though Interior okay, we sat in a booth, elevated seating, not the comfiest. Also, a customer complained about service and this was conducted within our hearing range, which was not very professional, although it gave us something to consider. wouldn't return.

An awful experience! Before entering we noticed that the terrace is untidy and very dirty. Then coming in for dinner we did not get any greeting, we chose a table and had to wait quite some time before staff noticed us. Inside the music was so loud we could not talk during dinner. We felt we were in a night club. Too many loudspeakers!! Then we had to order via QR code, food arrived, but where were the drinks! We had to ask several times and had to start eating before even get any drinks. Then we had to ask several times that someone would clear the table. Then we ordered desert and coffee and again had to ask a few times for the coffee which arrived a long time after having had the desert. There does not seem to be anybody coordinating the service staff. It is chaotic, there is no system, no supervision! Staff walks around empty handed, do unnecessary runs, without even acknowledging the customers. The food stays on the counter in the kitchen far too long, nobody even looks at it. Food was not great, chicken very very dry. Had to ask for more sauce for the prawns, in the meantime food got cold. Nobody says good bye or even thank you when you leave. We could as well have gone to a fast food restaurant, service would have been better!!! We will certainly not recommend.

We came for the bottomless brunch, we had a fantastic time!! Our servers were lovely and happy to help despite being quite busy! The girl with pink hair in particular always had a smile on her face and made sure we had a great brunch experience, will definitely come again!!

Visited this restaurant yesterday, 14th February with my partner to celebrate Valentine's Day & an overnight stay at the Leonardo Hotel. My partner arranged the All Bar One experience via Groupon but sadly there was a bit of a booboo!. Romina our waitress, explained what had happened & spoke to her Manager. He very kindly agreed to let us continue with the Groupon voucher. Thank you so very much, we had been looking forward to visiting the restaurant. We had a great time, lovely cocktails & excellent tapas. Romina you truly are a star & a credit to your Manager. I'd also like to thank Ethan who greeted us at the door with a welcoming smile.

Went for a bottomless brunch and had the best time. Cal was really attentive with the drinks and service and was brilliant all round. The food was also delicious for a brunch.

Very over booked. We had 4 drinks with the bottomless brunch. It would have been cheaper just to buy the drinks. The staff were ok but they were too busy to serve. We waited half and hour between each drink.

Had a tapas and wine lunch with daughter. Followed by cocktails. The service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Only criticism is that it was rather cold in there. Even doughter, who doesn't really feel the cold as I do, commented on it.

There were 9 off us and some ordered starters but 2 dinners arrived with the starters. So when the mains came 2 people already had eaten the mains so just had to sit there . The service was dreadful

Food was a little disappointing, for example the halloumi fries were very salty. Service was decent and a good friendly lively atmosphere - not too loud so as you have to shout to be heard.

Nice atmosphere, blandest chicken burger I’ve had in my life. Good place for a beer. Not much else

Awful service, the server kept saying some of the plates weren't available but didn't know what was, then kept changing what he said. We saw our plates sitting for ages waiting to be served at the kitchen so our food was lukewarm. The chef was eating food with his hands in the kitchen. Our plates were sat for ages, we even piled them nicely at the end of the table and numerous waiters walked past, looked and didn't blink twice (bear in mind there was only one other group eating). The place was beautiful but the service brought the overall experience down a lot, which is a shame as it was quite a special event we booked for.

My partner and I went on a Sunday at midday and it was very quiet. Breakfast took an hour to come but it was very nice. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. I would recommend that the staff check in with customers when food is taking a long time as a courtesy. We weren’t in a hurry that day but if we had been, then we would have had to leave without breakfast. I appreciate that the staff have lots to do. We would go again.

It's a pub with a decent selection of food and drinks. Got served promptly. Good location in Brighton as well.

We have been here many times since it reopened and most times it has been great. But today was bad and made us think it was slipping back into its bad old ways. We ordered 4 dishes of tapas, the waiter came over to our table 10 mins later and said 2 of the dishes we ordered were out of stock. We said okay and ordered 2 alternatives. 10 mins later 2 dishes arrived. I think they had a new chef on because the dishes were not as good as previous days. Anyway 20 mins passed I looked at the waiter to get his attention, he looked at me and started talking, he then mid conversation just walked off to serve another customer. I said escuse me dont walk off whilst talking to me. Hes an awful waiter and lacks basic manners. I told him so and asked where was our other 2 dishes. He nor the other waiter apologised, they just acted like they dont care. Anyway awful waiters and chef today. Just like they were before they shut down. Lets hope they dont follow the old ways otherwise they will be shutting down again. Due to lack of loyal customers.

2nd time going for bottomless brunch. Unfortunately a much different and disappointing experience this time. A fair few food items unavailable, when I asked for vegan butter I was told they don't have a need to have vegan butter, I disagree... Rude staff who made us feel like an inconvenience, cold food and very slow service! The man who I assume was the 'manager' was so rude to me at one point, I will not be returning for another brunch that's for sure. One to be avoided
