Absolutely disgusting customer service in here. The members of staff will speak to you with no respect whatsoever. Will not be visiting here again. Staff members will protect their own and not the customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND SADLY.

We done bottomless brunch , even though there was 11 of us , the service was so fast !! Thomas in particular was attentive all night . Can’t wait to come back

Ines is the GOAT- greatest of all time

Ordered a single rum and coke and a double rum and coke and it came to over £18. No wonder you’re dead at 11pm on a Saturday night! No vibe or USP…. Guarantee this place will cease trading at some point in 2025.

Alice was our main server today, among other staff members. All staff members were very polite, approachable and couldn’t do enough to make our experience enjoyable and memorable. The food was hot and beautifully presented and drinks were readily available when needed. At times, we were double parked. Excellent value for money. Special thanks to Alice and the team 😊

Went in for drinks, and Ines supplied the goods. Martini tree was a banger; great range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks; and choice food options. Big ups Ines, and many thanks to the entire staff for a great experience.

Alex was the perfect waitress. She was attentive and always on hand. We got the best value for our bottomless. Great service, great drinks and a great server. Would recommend ☺️

Tom was fabulous , he served us promptly and with a smile (great service), the atmosphere, drinks and food where also spectacular.

So much fun! My friend and I went to dirty martini for valentines - We were super happy with the results! Amazing food selection, delicious cocktails and the service was amazing. Tom was our waiter and he was lovely, really efficient & friendly. Definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere, good place to meet up and chat.

We had a private event with names on the list to get in. So the venue had a headcount of people attending and yet were understaffed and operated just half of the bar. Some people waited up to 1:30hr to get a drink at the bar. I gave up after half hour. Some people were leaving the venue to get a drink at a nextdoor bar and then come back to our work party. Poor sound system and choice of music not thrilling. Positives were Great food, atmosphere and polite staff and security were super lovely.

Visited Dirty Martini for the NYE event and was somewhat disappointed. It was so loud, even far from the DJ the music was averaging at 100 decibels the entire night which I’m hoping hasn’t caused permanent hearing damage. There was no soap in the ladies bathrooms the entire evening which was upsetting and the live saxophonist that was advertised along with other things just wasn’t there, definitely was not worth the money and was a very anti-climatic NYE, would have rather sat in Wetherspoons.

Myself and a few friends from work and family members met up for a few drinks and we ended up staying 5 hours or more once the staff member opened up the happy hour. The cocktails were amazing: Thanks for a great afternoon.

Lovely brunch today at Dirty Martini - We did the festive bottomless brunch, today on Boxing Day. Beth was outstanding, she was so attentive and engaging with customers. We have come from outside of Cardiff, and will diffiently recommend here to our family and friends. Plus the food was top notch! Thank you 🙂

Bottomless brunch for 18th birthday. We arrived before our time slightly and were shown to an area not big enough for our party of 11. We were relocated on request and then the drinks were ordered not once but twice they came over and we stated we were still waiting on the 1st order to which she replied I’ll just take it again. Then drinks arrived and we’re out on 1 table so no one got what they ordered. On request one party asked for a different drink and when the waitress bought it over she said “this one is for the lady who was complaining” Considering we all spent £37.50 each so over £400 in total for his experience we found that to be extremely rude. Before long we were receiving drinks that no one ordered! One extreme to another! At one point we had 3 espresso martinis that no one ordered, which would have been fine if any of us actually liked them. Food was ok but id recommend pre ordering if you want extras off the menu like chips as were we not allowed to have add them while there. Venue is stunning, smelt a bit of bleach when you first walk in but that’s never a bad thing to know it’s clean.

There were 6 of us booked in for bottomless brunch for a friends birthday, booking made on the 21st of October, with full upfront payment, with us being booked in for the 14th of December. Cardiff was extremely busy with it being a Saturday and close to Christmas, and when we arrived at Dirty Martini, we were one of the first groups waiting to be sat, while more groups were flocking in to be seated also. We waiting around 15 minutes after our slot should have started and then got ushered to a small room on the right side of the main doors as you walk in. This was away from the main area and DJ who had started their set. It was a well lit room with a cocktail party already in there. It was absolutely freezing as there was only a curtain separating us from the entrance, with the cold air was gushing in and dull atmosphere with the DJ set being heard faintly through the speakers. We had spoken to a lady when we arrived who said they were overbooked, and then the second lady who claimed she was the manager telling us there's nothing they can do. A group of women wanted to be in a quieter area away from the main room and so we thought we were going to swap with them. Upon them entering the room we were sat in, they took one look and were horrified, going back to their original table in the main room that they initially didn't want to be sat at … that says a lot. There was no apology or effort to resolve the matter, and said that we would have to wait up to a week for our refund to be issued, meaning we were left forking out more money for food elsewhere and unable to book bottomless brunch anywhere else, resorting us to Five Guys haha. We were not spending our money there after the way we were treated and the carelessness directed toward the situation. To make matters worse, upon heading to the toilet before leaving (45 minutes after our table was booked for), we saw that there was a table for 6-8 people in the main room all set up ready for a bottomless brunch reserved for 5PM. Our booking was at 4 o clock and they had that table free the whole time. You would think that they would prioritise us earlier bookings. A planned day out ruined. I will not be coming back here for any occasion. At the end of the day, it's the principle of it all. If you realise you've overbooked, then more effort should be out into resolving these issues, or take a good look at the booking system and sort it out. Being a well established business, you would expect a lot more organisation and structure.

CHECK YOUR BILL!!!!! They overcharged us by nearly half. We had the most awful time here, booked but no booking 🤷 so waited nearly 45mins for a table only to then wait an hour for drinks, our booking was only for 2 hrs anyway. Watching the tables around us having up to three services and us without any drinks. Wondered if we had offended somebody in any way. Luckily I hadn't had much to drink so noticed the wrong charge. Won't be going back.

POR FAVOR MANTENTE ALERTA Y REVISA TU FACTURA. NOS COBRARON ERRÓNEAMENTE CASI EL DOBLE, ¡PREOCUPADOS POR CUÁNTOS OTROS LE HABRÁ PASADO ESTO SIN SABERLO! Absolutamente horrible experiencia que arruinó nuestro día. Reservamos una mesa, no pudieron encontrar nuestra reserva, les mostró la confirmación por correo electrónico, pero eso no cambió nada. Finalmente nos sentamos después de media hora, nos quedamos esperando más de una hora para una bebida (solo teníamos una reserva de dos horas) cuando otras mesas a nuestro alrededor habían tenido hasta tres servicios de bebidas. Mintió diciendo que nuestras bebidas estaban siendo hechas, todavía no había aparecido después de media hora. Miembro del personal gritándonos por salir por las puertas tratando de encontrar gerente. Hablamos con el pesebre que era muy disculpado y parecía tan incrédulo como nosotros en nuestra experiencia. No regresaré.

Reservado un brunch sin fondo para 6 personas para un cumpleaños de amigos hace 6 semanas y pagado en su totalidad alrededor de £ 230. 00 por adelantado. Llegamos anoche para que nos pusieran en la zona del bar por la entrada al local lejos del ambiente, no había música y no se habían instalado mesas como las que se habían instalado arriba y hacía frío helado. Era como una zona de espera. No es lo que esperábamos para casi £ 40 por persona. Ninguna disculpa o compensación teniendo en cuenta la época del año no podíamos reservar en ningún otro lugar con tan poco tiempo de antelación y no iba a alojarse allí después de la forma en que nos trataron. Me dijeron que tenemos que esperar una semana para un reembolso, y tuvimos que tomar una captura de pantalla del mensaje enviado antes de salir para asegurarnos de que obtendríamos nuestro reembolso. Yo mismo soy gerente y se estaba mintiendo a la guinda del pastel, hablé con dos mujeres diferentes que decían ser las “gerentes” y que nos dijeron que no podíamos sentarnos en una mesa libre arriba, ya que eso estaba reservado para un brunch una hora después. Dijeron que una mesa de arriba quería sentarse en una zona más tranquila, cuando las chicas bajaron a ver la mesa se negaron ya que era tan malo. El servicio fue terrible. Tuvimos que quejarnos para que nos dieran una botella de Prosecco para mantenernos callados. Daría 0 estrellas si pudiera, el personal no era servicial y arruinó un cumpleaños. No voy a dar un paso atrás en este lugar, y recomiendo reservar un brunch sin fondo en otros grandes lugares en Cardiff y darle a este una oportunidad! Voy a presentar una queja formal.

Booked a bottomless brunch for 6 people for a friends birthday 6 weeks ago and paid in full around £230.00 upfront. We arrived last night to be put in bar area by the entrance to venue away from atmosphere, there was no music and tables weren’t set up like they had been set up upstairs and it was freezing cold. It was like a waiting area. Not what we expected for nearly £40 per person. No apology or compensation considering time of year we could not book anywhere else on such short notice and was not going to stay there after the way we were treated. Told we have to wait a week for a refund, and had to take a screenshot of the message sent before we left to ensure we would get our refund. I am a manager myself and the icing on the cake was being lied to, spoke to two different women who claimed to be the ‘manager’ and was told we couldn’t sit on a free table upstairs as that was booked for a brunch an hour later. They said a table upstairs wanted to sit in a quieter area, when the girls came down to see the table they refused it as it was that bad. Service was appalling. We had to complain to have a bottle of Prosecco given to us to keep us quiet. Would give 0 stars if I could, staff were not helpful and ruined a birthday. I will not step foot back in this venue, and recommend booking a bottomless brunch at other great venues in Cardiff and giving this one a miss! I will be putting in a formal complaint.

Qué horror. Cuando reserve y pague £ 225 por adelantado SEIS SEMANAS antes, llegue pronto y le diga que no hay mesa para su fiesta de cumpleaños, se coloca en la sala de desbordamiento que está congelada y luego se le dice que no se le reembolsará durante 3-7 días, ya que no tienen autorización para hacerlo... perdido por palabras.

Unfortunately we were over booked for their bottomless brunch and wanted us to sit in the "vip" area that was beyond cold and no atmosphere!! Absolutely shocking pre paid our day out and not been able to have it. Far from a happy customer

Estuvo allí desde las 11 hasta aproximadamente la 1 am. Viernes por la noche, estaba muerto... sin embargo, el personal de 5+ estaba ‘limpiando’ el bar, que parecía consistir en verter mezclas de bebidas sin usar en algunos recipientes de aspecto sospechoso y luego ponerlos en el piso. El mismo embudo utilizado para todos los líquidos, sin preocupación por la limpieza. Mientras esta tontería pasaba en un solo pobre sirviendo, a pesar de una pequeña cola de gente esperando. 22 libras por dos vodka y limonadas. Bebidas masivamente caras, sabrosas raras, no creo que fueran licores legítimos o post mix. No me extraña que este lugar estuviera muerto... Negocios como este. Muévanse, por favor.

We loved the asthetics of dirty martini, atmosphere was great with a decent mix of Christmas songs , we had a birdcage, the selection was good,gutted there was no sweet choices. Plenty of drinks to choose from on the menu. Special shout out to Zoe - who was not only supper attentive but very friendly, a huge asset to the team!

Hice mi cumpleaños tan especial y nunca olvidaré mi calle 21 con Tom empezando mi noche libre tan especial como él lo ha hecho! Si vas a ensuciar el martini yo nunca lo debatiría, es tan bueno que la comida era 100% encantadora y las bebidas eran para morirse! ¡La calle 21 estaba muy bien gastada! ¡Todo gracias a Tom!

Came here for my friend’s 21st birthday bottomless brunch, it was quiet in the main area but Tom was amazing. Tom was the only bartender on that evening as it was mainly just our table but we had an amazing time. He was fast on drinks and made us all the different cocktails which were delicious the food was great as well. Would recommend to everyone for bottomless brunch in Cardiff as it was £30pp for loads of drinks and food. Couldn’t have asked for a better bartender and server he was so attentive and made my friend’s birthday amazing for everyone. Amazing service and a great night thank you so much!!!

Went there on the 26th October Halloween weekend. Bouncer absolutely lovely guy with me and my partner. Went there for Halloween cocktails as per website. 2 bar staff ( really) waited 20 minutes got passed over 3 times by people when it was my turn. Politily told the guy who was serving so again waited my turn. Then the woman bar staff deliberately served yet another person. Ieft annoyed and seriously disappointed went next door to walkabout straightaway fantastic service and night spent over £100.

El lugar en sí es fabuloso. Pero el servicio fue horrible Terrible relación calidad-precio No hay fondo sobre lo que recibimos. Gran música y vibraciones en la pista de baile, pero como un agujero no volvería a asistir allí para un brunch sin fondo. Sólo tuvimos 4 rondas de bebidas. Y la cuarta ronda fue solo porque tuvimos que hablar con el gerente

Out server Tom was outstanding. He put up with 9 rowdy women but also kept the drink flowing. We had one person who had a shellfish allergy, so the chef left it off everyone's cage. We appreciated the thoughtfulness. All the food was amazing as we're the drinks.

Fui aquí a comer sin fondo para un cumpleaños conjunto. Realmente decepcionante. . la comida era tan decepcionante, casi nada proporcionado, tuvo que pedir patatas fritas adicionales para que se sintiera un poco más. El servicio era lento, tenía que seguir buscando servidores y cuando nos pidieron más bebidas nos miraron. Un tipo fue excepcionalmente grosero y desdeñoso. Se nos pidió que dejáramos nuestra mesa antes de que hubiéramos terminado nuestras bebidas y se nos dijo que podíamos pararnos junto a la barra. ¡Si no fuera porque las otras mesas se rieron, toda la experiencia habría sido realmente plana! Realmente no recomiendo. No vale el dinero. Las iguanas mucho mejor!

Dirty Martini is a shining example of what it means to "brunch with your girls". Absolutely loved it. Sam was courteous and accommodating. Nothing was too much for him.

8 of us went out for my sister's birthday for bottomless brunch at dirty martini. Nicola was our waitress and she couldn't have been more on it with the drinks! Before we had finished our drinks, she was coming over and asking what drink we wanted next. The food was incredible, much higher quality than we were expecting. Overall we were all extremely pleased with the service and value for money. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Nicola ❤️
