Dirty Martini Cardiff in Cardiff

We were a hen party for the bottomless brunch and loved the experience! Our waitress , Abbie, was amazing and kept our tables plied with cocktails the whole time. Incredible value for money and delicious cocktails - great start to the celebrations. Already planning another trip to Cardiff to include return visit!

Had the most amazing time at dirty martini today. Jess was absolutely fantastic recommending the coconut lychee martini which was lusg. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

Dirty martini was the best. A great begininng to a great night out. Would highly recommend coming here as the first stop on a night out as Happy hour leads to £5 cocktails. What's better!!!!! Come here! The bartenders are also extremely knowledgeable particularly archie, jess and Dan.

The venue was lovely, came here for my 60th celebrations but this day was very empty. There were 9 of us and we had two lovely servers. The cocktails were very good and worth the money, but the bird cages were very poor, I do food and this wasn't up to much. We only had 3 birdcages between 9 of us and what was on there wasn't very appitising. We had to order more chips as a side although they eventually came out we were told the cook had gone home. There were no side plates either just 3 bird cages. The cocktail class was very good I enjoyed that and the cocktails were lovely, but I wouldn't go again. Was starving when we got home.

Charlotte reminded me of charlottes web the spider but cute, she was fab and gave us lots of drink and was always there, she was so good a real credit to the club most times we’ve done brunch we can’t get drinks and seem like a pain but she was really fab and made us feel vip

What a wonderful venue!, we came out for the 6 nations and safe to say the venue was buzzing, drinks were in plastic cups which is no problem, but the atmosphere was electric with all the rugby day classic songs!

Came her last night for the Wales V Scotland game , couldn’t have picked a better place the atmosphere was great and the drinks on point . Jay was very good at what he does with a great cocktail knowledge and was very happy to talk me through all the options . Would highly recommend and will defo be coming back

went to dirty martini this saturday and had an amazing time. the bartender, jess, was incredible gave the recommendation of their ginger whiskey sour after a couple of questions and it was my perfect drink. was such attentive service and would 100%come again

Fantastic service from Jay, he really went the extra mile to ensure our service was top tier he recommended the Hirata buns they were fantastic, I did have a question about the buns and a gentleman named Rupert I believe(said he was the general manager)? came over to our table and fully explained the menu in great detail. Cannot rate this venue any more highly. Thanks team for such a great service. also recommend the Chocolate-tini's they're fantastic.

We booked for bottomless for a family event, spent over £400 for the table for an hour and a half. In that time we were brought out three drinks, left waiting and speaking to the manager Robbie he was incredibly rude. Avoid at all costs

Great venue, was awkward and asked for an off menu item but Jess & Nathan were more than happy to accomodate.

Came in for a drink after shift, great service and chats from Nathan and Jess. Will be bringing the rest of my staff next time!

Drinks were amazing and the waiter/waitress weren't shy at filling you up. I would say that with the food it would of been nice to have been asked if we were happy to go ahead with everything on there as my sister didnt like cheese but wasnt informed first what food was on the brunch and wasnt asked if there were any dietary requirements. I would definitely book this brunch again though as the drinks and service was outstanding.

I’ve been multiple times before and always had a great night but we left our 2.5 hour booking after 30 mins as the toilets and general area was filthy and the music was overbearing

Terrible. An awful experience from beginning to end. Booked a brunch and paid a £10 deposit per person, two days after booking we tried to change the time and date and was told nothing else was available (for three whole months!) and that the venue would be keeping our deposit. Even though we cancelled with three weeks notice! After many emails I can only conclude this is a scam where they take a deposit and outright refuse to refund it.

Absolutely awful customer service . We booked a brunch and two days later had to change the time, but as the new time was unavailable we were told the venue would be keeping our deposit! What absolute greed. Tired to contact the venue about rescheduling but I was constantly told the times and dates are unavailable. Keeping the deposit seems like a little bit of a scam.

Provide further training to your staff on how to deal with tricky situations. As a manager myself I empathise this time of year is difficult in this industry but there is absolutely no excuse for rude and abrasive behaviour…

Really poor customer service. Awful staff. Took a £70 deposit from us and are now claiming it is nonrefundable. Even though they were given three weeks notice to change the booking. Absolutely disgusting and greedy.

Poor customer service before we even arrived. Tried to cancel three weeks prior (just two days after booking) and was point blank told it was non refundable and non negotiable. Disappointing.

T&Cs very unclear - much more transparency needed please. We were contacted to see if we needed to keep our booking as there was another party interested. Cancelled our booking, deposit retained, and we presume the table was also immediately rebooked by someone else!! Very unimpressed. Very disappointed that member of staff did not seem at all interested in helping us.

The music here can be hit and miss, generally decent though, but great drinks and venue.

Booked for another works event. All of the staff prior and during the event were fantastic! Food was excellent and all dietary requirements catered for well. Massive shout out to Laura and Robbie who made my job organising and hosting the event a breeze! One of the biggest reasons we re-book with them yearly but all staff were great! Called Dirty for a reason. Had to point out to bar staff how dirty the glasses were. Sat in a booth and got up straight away as the seats were soaking. Hi volume, high prices, low quality. Find a smaller cocktail bar and enjoy tye experience.

They absolutely butchered the long island ice tea recipe, however half price cocktails makes it a good place to start a night out 😉

Nice vibe and food on the brunch. Very slow at bringing Prosecco but good at bringing cocktails. Also bought a cake in with me (most places ask when you want the cake or bring it out) partly my fault for forgetting but also nobody said anything about it.

I was charged £3 soda water and the prices for drinks are so expensive.

We had a booking from 6-7. When I said we would be leaving 15 minutes early as we had a show, I very abruptly got questioned ‘WHY’?! I was then questioned on the show and felt as though I was being interrogated. Was also told a waitress would be over to our table but that didn’t happen. Fine to order at the bar but not what I expected.

Absolutely amazing! I have a nut allergy and am coeliac, and yet my every need was catered to. I did not feel nervous at all, or made to feel like I’m a problem. The general manager met with me as we entered and all the staff took my allergy very seriously. This put me totally at ease and allowed me to enjoy the most amazing celebration and bottomless brunch. Dan, our waiter was awesome. He was attentive, joyful and smiled throughout. The drinks were all perfectly mixed and there was exquisite attention to detail. My mum was really surprised by the bottomless options in cocktail, gin and Prosecco. It is perfect for mums and daughters, friends and couples due to the chilled atmosphere, perfectly set volume of music and selection of top notch cocktail. We left more than happy and will be returning for many more celebrations. Thank you to all the staff at dirty martini who went beyond to make us have the most wonderful afternoon.

What can I say? VIP service from start to finish. Greeted at the front door by management after booking a table in advance. Shown to our tables and a quick and efficient table service. This made our stay extremely enjoyable. Thank you for the hospitality.
