Tim Hortons in Cardiff

Tables were dirty and not cleaned. Not a good atmosphere. I would not go again.

Come here quite regularly for breakfast. The wraps are excellent value and don't taste overly unhealthy. French Vanilla latte is a must of you like a sweeter coffee. The service can be a little slow occasionally, but worth the wait.

Food is ok but takes over 30 minutes for 2 burgers and chips

Order breakfast takes nearly an hour! And then it turns up cold! Uber eats is not doing your business any good. Food might of been nice if it was hot!

The food from Tim Hortons is terrible, it's bland, barely cooked and is Definitely not as advertised. The bacon is completely different to the pictures, my coffee spilt, only thing they do good is donuts.

This was my first ever purchase at a Tim Hortons. I was desperate for a cup of tea after a cold wet outdoor concert. Tim Hortons was still open. I'd heard their coffee was good so had high hopes of their tea. The first experience was a snippy member of staff annoyed that customers had walked in just before they were due to close. I didn't care too much. I wanted my tea. I ordered the large breakfast tea. I like my tea strong so seeing that 2 teabags were put in gave me high hopes of a satisfying cuppa. What I got instead was a cup of lukewarm milky water. It didn't taste of tea in the slightest. If this is what Canadians think the brits would drink as breakfast tea then they are very much wrong. Their first mistake I suppose is that they used Tetley teabags. These are probably the worst teabags available. The rest of the mistakes are only known to them. I can see why Canadians are so apologetic now. They have no idea how to make tea.

Tim Horton is a very nice place to be... I love the morning breakfast. So affordable and very close to Free. 7-11:30 am. Is always a good time.

Very disappointed. I've been to lots of Tim Hortons in Canada and this just does not compare. Doughnuts were ok, but hot chocolate was awful. Bottom of the cup was just full of sugar.

I really like iced french vanilla from this shop. Lately I visited twice in the evening and the girl who took my order messed up my drink both times. The management should reconsider employees who are not good enough to make the drinks!

Ordered breakfast both orders were wrong and the coffee was luke warm don't know what it's like in store but I wouldn't recommend ordering.

Self service machines are awful, barely responsive. All toilets were out of order so I had to leave to find some. Ordered two hot drinks, both in cardboard cups although we were sitting in and the menu showed coffees in glass mugs. Echoey place. Constant high pitched beeping. Nothing special about drinks, location or atmosphere to warrant the "nearly double prices compared with a nearby fast-food chain". I couldn't wait to leave.

Great food and we do love the coffee with Timbits! Toilets arent great and you'll need to get the code from staff (it's not printed on the receipt). As it has 2 entrances - one from Queen St and one from the Mall...the atmosphere can seem a bit like a Fast food outlet, rather than a relaxing coffee shop. But this is a minor thing likely because its in the centre if Cardiff!

I bought meals and two coffees. The coffees had the option of cream and sweetener which was paid and pressed on the self service. Coffee came black, when I asked for what I ordered, the server (man) looked at me like I was stupid. I then was given a small cup of milk and I had to go find sweetners. As a Canadian who is a fan of Tim Hortons and frequently buys their coffee and food in Canada. I am disappointed at the cleanliness of the store on queen street Cardif and the clearly out of their depth staff. May not return hopefully some training is done.

Don't even bother. Went to order not knowing its card only.. had a whole order until went to pay to be get moaned at that they don't accept cash. Bloody ridiculous. They should honestly put a card only sign on the doors, its beyond a joke how you're treated if you don't know the payment situation. We went to millies cookies instead. Which does intact take cash.

Better than expected & a bigger menu than I thought. Free offers for kids on Saturdays as well as a number of different offers during the week . Double cheeseburger was excellent,full of flavour onions included in the filling & the lattice fries were superb with a barbecue dip. Drink included & it was less than £9 .

Great, fresh, hot brewed coffee. I had no idea Tim Hortons had brewed coffee, my 1st cup since leaving the states 6 months ago. The employee was friendly and courteous. I will definitely be returning, and highly recommend.

We are loyal to Tim Hortons. We had a double espresso and a Flat White. For some reason, the espresso tasted weird and not as usual. Shrikanth was professional and offered us a complimentary coffee and a few chicken nuggets as a gesture. He was so polite that we came back again the next day.

Really nice and cheap breakfast rolls here. The breakfast baps are spot on. Also staff are really nice and jolly.

Came in when it was VERY quiet, I mean we were the only orders being made. Made us wait a ridiculously long time for the food, forgot the bacon in one burger and the sauce in a wrap. The wrap was tiny, smaller than my hand with a paltry bit of lettuce and one chicken tender. The self order kiosks don't work, they never print receipts and there were loads of items they had sold out of that were on the screens, ordered it and then told we can't have it. Rude, incompetent staff who don't want to be there.

They only accept card. Horrible

A nice shop, with quite a variety of options, however the prices are very high for what is sold. The drinks especially, it's hard to justify spending the 4 to 5 pound they charge for most drinks, and even the bottles of water are £2.25. The timbits ordered were great though, however I'd say the wait was definitely longer than expected for the food ordered. Atmosphere is great, spacious and decorative. No space for queuing at the front, so it leads to a crowd of people standing there with little room.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Cold, anaemic food and staff don't seem to care. Burnt muffins and under-cooked sausage patties, just a horrible combination.
