Came a couple of days ago and I must say. Very impressed! Thank you to Gulshan and team. Great customer service. Food and drinks was very hot and fresh. Tim Hortons will now be my go to coffee spot.

I like ordering from Tim Hortons because I like the quality of my breakfast and I like that they cover my coffee cup with clear plastic so my coffee doesn't spill.

This branch is unique. It has large windows which brings in sunlight. The place is clean and wide. Staff are nice and friendly. Especially the hard working member “Srikanth”, he is absolutely helpful and informative. He helped me with my hot chocolate order which is really the best option. I recommend it!!

When doing the order on the self serve we requested Eat in. When the order arrived we were handed the food in a paper bag. Where is the environmentally friendly side of Tim Hortons?! A tray would have been better and saved the environment. When I told the person handing me the food that I had requested the food eat jn I was told it’s the same…. No it is not eat in means I wanted the food on a tray rather than in bag. This is not my first visit to this Tim Hortons in Cardiff and had a negative experience. Part of the order was dipping sauces where I ordered 3 bbq and 1 ketchup. When we are given the order in the bag there was 2 BBQ, 1 ketchup and a chipotle mayonnaise. When I returned to the counter to exchange the chipotle mayonnaise for the 3rd bbq (we had actually paid extra) I stood for a short while whilst the 2 ladies had a little chat and the gentleman behind the counter checked his phone. They also said goodbye to another member of staff leaving from behind. Lattice Fries - warm almost cold Chicken dippers - hot Chicken sandwich - acceptable I often visit Tim Hortons in the Middle East and other locations as my children like their wraps. The only reason I visited this branch today was because of my son wanting food from there. As an international city with visitors from around the world the experience was negative for me so let’s hope other get a better experience. Update: 2yrs later still not a positive experience. My sons wanted Tim Hortons, machine to order was lagging took time and I struggled to make order. Staff were of no help

No se le informa del aumento de precio cuando se le ofrece s, m o l bebida caliente. Como no está en el menú. La comida o bebida caliente no permanece caliente por mucho tiempo.

The donuts legit taste like curry. Make of that what you will. Less of them man in the kitchen maybe?! Or gloves to be used at all food handling points because why is this maple cream tasting and smelling like jalfrazi

Really dirty, rude employees… drinks were also disgusting. Maybe practice cleanliness and proper service and people will enjoy your “restaurant”

Food was nothing special.. special waffle fries with gravy and cheese sauce were pretty sparse and therefore disappointing..

Sucio. Bebidas y comida no mejor que la media, y el lugar estaba sucio. Los baños eran repugnantes, con orina por todo el suelo. Parece que no han sido limpiados en semanas.

Había oído hablar mucho de Tim Horton pero estaba decepcionado con esto. El café me hizo querer ir a algún lugar con café decente, la pastelería era sabrosa, pero todo el presupuesto bastante bajo y la experiencia deslucida significaba que no querría ir a Tim de nuevo.

Come here quite regularly for breakfast. The wraps are excellent value and don't taste overly unhealthy. French Vanilla latte is a must of you like a sweeter coffee. The service can be a little slow occasionally, but worth the wait.

Food is ok but takes over 30 minutes for 2 burgers and chips

Order breakfast takes nearly an hour! And then it turns up cold! Uber eats is not doing your business any good. Food might of been nice if it was hot!

The food from Tim Hortons is terrible, it's bland, barely cooked and is Definitely not as advertised. The bacon is completely different to the pictures, my coffee spilt, only thing they do good is donuts.

No se puede culpar al pequeño número de empleados supongo que por la cantidad de pedidos que llegan, pero también tiene que haber más urgencia. Las bebidas hechas primero terminan siendo frías o estropeadas. Otras ramas deben mejorar.

This was my first ever purchase at a Tim Hortons. I was desperate for a cup of tea after a cold wet outdoor concert. Tim Hortons was still open. I'd heard their coffee was good so had high hopes of their tea. The first experience was a snippy member of staff annoyed that customers had walked in just before they were due to close. I didn't care too much. I wanted my tea. I ordered the large breakfast tea. I like my tea strong so seeing that 2 teabags were put in gave me high hopes of a satisfying cuppa. What I got instead was a cup of lukewarm milky water. It didn't taste of tea in the slightest. If this is what Canadians think the brits would drink as breakfast tea then they are very much wrong. Their first mistake I suppose is that they used Tetley teabags. These are probably the worst teabags available. The rest of the mistakes are only known to them. I can see why Canadians are so apologetic now. They have no idea how to make tea.

Tim Horton is a very nice place to be... I love the morning breakfast. So affordable and very close to Free. 7-11:30 am. Is always a good time.

Very disappointed. I've been to lots of Tim Hortons in Canada and this just does not compare. Doughnuts were ok, but hot chocolate was awful. Bottom of the cup was just full of sugar.

I really like iced french vanilla from this shop. Lately I visited twice in the evening and the girl who took my order messed up my drink both times. The management should reconsider employees who are not good enough to make the drinks!

Ordered breakfast both orders were wrong and the coffee was luke warm don't know what it's like in store but I wouldn't recommend ordering.

Very dirty restaurant but the decaf coffee was nice enough and the donuts were ok. This is a staffing issue obvs but the place was nearly empty. Litter and dirty tables all around.

Self service machines are awful, barely responsive. All toilets were out of order so I had to leave to find some. Ordered two hot drinks, both in cardboard cups although we were sitting in and the menu showed coffees in glass mugs. Echoey place. Constant high pitched beeping. Nothing special about drinks, location or atmosphere to warrant the "nearly double prices compared with a nearby fast-food chain". I couldn't wait to leave.

Great food and we do love the coffee with Timbits! Toilets arent great and you'll need to get the code from staff (it's not printed on the receipt). As it has 2 entrances - one from Queen St and one from the Mall...the atmosphere can seem a bit like a Fast food outlet, rather than a relaxing coffee shop. But this is a minor thing likely because its in the centre if Cardiff!

I bought meals and two coffees. The coffees had the option of cream and sweetener which was paid and pressed on the self service. Coffee came black, when I asked for what I ordered, the server (man) looked at me like I was stupid. I then was given a small cup of milk and I had to go find sweetners. As a Canadian who is a fan of Tim Hortons and frequently buys their coffee and food in Canada. I am disappointed at the cleanliness of the store on queen street Cardif and the clearly out of their depth staff. May not return hopefully some training is done.

Requested chipotle sauce and was given ketchup instead.

We had hot chocolates. One without marshmallows and another with it. Just loved it.

Don't even bother. Went to order not knowing its card only.. had a whole order until went to pay to be get moaned at that they don't accept cash. Bloody ridiculous. They should honestly put a card only sign on the doors, its beyond a joke how you're treated if you don't know the payment situation. We went to millies cookies instead. Which does intact take cash.

Better than expected & a bigger menu than I thought. Free offers for kids on Saturdays as well as a number of different offers during the week . Double cheeseburger was excellent,full of flavour onions included in the filling & the lattice fries were superb with a barbecue dip. Drink included & it was less than £9 .
